Swami, lección de Física ... por la Sra. R. Bhuvaneshwari, alumna del ISSSES.
La experiencia maravillosa a continuación, fue compartida por la Sra. Bhuvaneshwari Raghunandan, Alumna del Campus de Anantapur, 1982-85.
Para mí, Swami está conmigo siempre, en todo lo que hago.
Estudié en la universidad de Swami para la Mujer, el campus de Anantapur 1982-85. De hecho, nuestro lote fue el primero en egresar de esta universidad. Me gustaría compartir un pequeño incidente de hace mucho tiempo. Este evento tuvo lugar en marzo de 1984.
Yo estaba entonces en mi cuarto semestre de la Licenciatura en Ciencias. Estábamos estudiando un tema en Física-Interferencia y difracción. Este fue un tema que no podía entender-en absoluto! Todos mis amigos trataron de explicármelo, pero sin éxito. Entonces nuestro profesor la señora Rani lo intentó también sin resultado positivo. Independientemente de lo que intentara, no conseguía fijar el concepto en mi cabeza! Por último, me harté y decidí dejarse lo a Swami.
Una amiga y yo solíamos estudiar juntos con frecuencia. En la noche del 24 de marzo de 1984, las dos nos sentamos juntas a estudiar para nuestro examen del día siguiente. Desalentada con mi incapacidad para entender el tema, le dije a mi amiga que en lugar de romperme la cabeza intentándolo me iris a la cama. Swami, le dije, va a explicármelo a mí en mis sueños.
Esa noche, cuando me dormí Swami apareció en mi sueño. Estaba de pie en el pasillo del hostal y me llamó. Emocionada, corrí hacia él, llevando mi libro de física por Resnick y Hallidey.
Swami tomó el libro en la mano y luego procedió a explicarme todo el concepto-con diagramas y material práctico! Él lo explico con tanta paciencia y tan bien!
Luego me preguntó si había visto el problema en la página 108. Le respondí negativamente. Él me dijo: "Si usted tiene muchos problemas en la vida, venga a verme." Entonces Él me dijo que fuera con él. Antes de irse, me dio Padanamaskar.
Me desperté, muy, muy feliz. Corrí a contarle a todos mis amigos que yo había entendido por fin el capítulo, muy bien ! Por desgracia, les dije, me olvidé de hacer el problema en la página 108!
Mis amigos, felices con esa pieza inesperada de información, de inmediato abrieron el libro en la página 108 y el problema estaba allí, como Swami me había enseñado!
Como era de esperar, el mismo problema se incluyo en el examen de ese día, y por supuesto, todos mis amigos fueron capaces de hacerlo.
Para mí, la parte más hermosa de la historia es que incluso después de 26 años no he olvidado el capítulo como Swami me lo explicó. Hoy en día, soy profesora, y enseño el mismo tema de física interferencia y difracción, a mis alumnos, de la misma manera que Swami me ha enseñado. Yo uso los mismos ejemplos y las mismas explicaciones prácticas que Él usó entonces. Sorprendentemente, en todos estos años, ninguno de mis alumnos nunca cometió un error en ese capítulo!
Después de todos estos años, no sé por qué sentí que tenia que compartir esta increíble historia personal con todos ustedes. Estoy muy feliz ahora. Gracias.

The Below wonderful experience was shared by Mrs. Bhuvaneshwari Raghunandan, Alumnus, Anantapur Campus, 1982-85
For me, Swami is with me always, in whatever I do.
I studied at Swami’s college for Women, Anantapur campus from 1982-85. In fact, our batch was the first batch of the newly formed university. I would like to share a small incident from that time long ago. This event took place in March, 1984.
I was then in my fourth semester of Bachelor of Science. We were studying a topic in Physics- Interference and Diffraction. This was a topic I could not understand-at all! All my friends tried to explain it to me, to no avail. Then our teacher Mrs. Rani tried, again with no positive result. Irrespective of what they tried, I just could not get the concept into my head! Finally, I got fed up and decided to leave it to Swami.
A friend and I used to often study together. On the night of March 24th 1984, we both sat together, studying for our exam the next day. Disheartened with my inability to grasp the topic, I told my friend that instead of cracking my head further over it, I’m going to bed. Swami, I told her, will explain it to me in my dreams.
That night, as nodded off, Swami appeared in my dream. He stood in the hostel corridor and called me to Him. Excited, I ran to Him, carrying my Physics textbook by Resnick and Hallidey. Swami took the book from my hand and then proceeded to explain to me the whole concept-with diagrams and practical stuff! He explained it so patiently and so well!
He then asked me if I had seen the problem on page 108. I replied in the negative. He told me “You have so many life problems, where are you going to look at it.” Then He told me to go through it. Before He left, He gave me Padanamaskar.
I woke up, very, very happy. I ran to tell all my friends that I had finally understood the chapter-very well at that! Alas, I told them, I forgot to do the problem on Page 108!
My friends, happy with that unexpected piece of ‘inside’ information, immediately opened the book to Page 108 and went through the problem included there, as Swami had instructed me!
As expected, the same problem came in the exam that day, and of course, all my friends were able to do it.
For me, the most beautiful part of the story is that even after 26 years I have not forgotten the chapter as Swami explained it to me. Today, I am a teacher myself, and teach the same Interference and Diffraction to my students- the SAME way Swami taught me. I use the same examples and the same practical explanations He used then. Amazingly, in all these years, none of my students ever make a mistake in that chapter!
After all these years, I don’t know why I felt like sharing this amazing personal story with you all. I am very happy now. Thank you.
