De lo contrario, ¿cómo se pueden iniciar tantos proyectos todos los días en tantos países? Mientras se dirigía a un grupo de devotos, dijo: "Todo ha sido planeado por mí, todo ya ha sido ejecutado en mi mente, al igual que el Director ve todo el drama en su mente. Entonces, sé quién va a desempeñar qué papel, hasta qué hora, de qué manera, todo ya se ha decidido. Entonces, ¿qué hay en tus manos? ¡Es obedecer, llevar a cabo la orden y hacer bien tu parte!"  Eso es todo lo que hay... haciendo bien nuestra parte y permitiendo que lo Divino fluya a través de nosotros. ¡Tenemos que 'simplemente ser'! Izquierda Bhuvana Santhanam ātmano mokshārtam (Emancipación de uno mismo) Extracto de La vista interior Acceso directo a la autorrealización Swami dijo a los voluntarios sevā que todos nacen para servir, que es el propósito principal de toda existencia. "Desde un insecto hasta la planta, desde los ríos hasta los animales, todos están sirviendo a los demás, mientras que el hombre (y la mujer también) olvida la verdad básica y pierde su camino en actividades egoístas. El sevā desinteresado debe hacerse por la propia emancipación. El que sirve es el primer beneficiario del sevā, incluso más que el que es servido".  Swami continuó diciendo que si bien existen muchos caminos hacia la autorrealización, como cantar el nombre, cantar la gloria de Dios, la penitencia y las peregrinaciones, el servicio desinteresado es la ruta más corta y segura hacia la autorrealización. De hecho, sevā es el atajo a la autorrealización. Mi historia Sinceridad – Un paso hacia la transformación Por Kathiravan Soundrarajan Estudiante, Malasia A medida que caminamos a través del viaje hacia nosotros mismos, me gustaría compartir mis pasos en mi Auto-transformación. Soy Kathiravan de Kuala Lumpur, Malasia. Bajo la guía divina de Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, actualmente estoy cursando mi licenciatura en contabilidad. Este hermoso viaje de mi transformación comenzó cuando entré en la morada Divina de Sai Ananda Ashram, Malasia. Siendo el más travieso entre mis hermanos y recibiendo muchos comentarios negativos debido a mi pobre carácter, nunca me di cuenta de la buena suerte de ser parte del Ashram, pero hoy estoy agradecido y ofrezco mi gratitud a Swami. Inicialmente, mi amada madre me obligaba a participar en varias actividades de servicio del Ashram. Y hoy me doy cuenta de la importancia de estar bajo el paraguas de Dios y trabajar junto con el pueblo de Dios. En los primeros años, todo comenzó con asistir a bhajans los sábados y clases de Balvikas los domingos en Sai Ananda Ashram. Día tras día, aprendí el verdadero propósito de mi vida y la razón detrás de haber nacido en este mundo. Honestamente, si no fuera por la entrada de Swami en mi vida, no habría tenido ni idea de hacia dónde me dirigía o dónde terminaría. Afortunadamente, por Su inmensa gracia, seguí contemplando las enseñanzas y lecciones de Swami en mi corazón y seguí Sus instrucciones desde adentro y desde fuera. No es fácil practicar las enseñanzas de Swami, pero eso no me disuade de esforzarme. Como un regalo para la práctica concienzuda en mi vida diaria, Swami me ha bendecido con abundante paz y satisfacción. Estoy agradecido a Swami por tomarme de las manos y ayudarme a recorrer el camino de la espiritualidad. La serie de discursos de 'Maestro la Mente' y'kaṭhopaniṣad' me han ayudado enormemente a equilibrar entre el mundo espiritual y el material. Estoy haciendo todo lo posible para seguir todo lo que se enseña en estas sagradas escrituras. Hoy, mis compañeros me elogian al observar mi extensa transformación y cambio de percepción hacia la vida. Swami siempre dice: "el mayor servicio a la humanidad es convertirse en un ejemplo para los demás". Swami me ha puesto a prueba en muchas ocasiones. Recientemente, mi amada madre falleció. Todo lo que se practicó hasta ahora me ayudó a mantener mi equipo y mantener la calma. Mi corazón seguía diciéndome que todo es la Voluntad de ese Brahman,el Todopoderoso, y que pase lo que pase, sucede solo para nuestro bien mayor. En pocas palabras, la auto-transformación comienza cuando sinceramente ponemos esfuerzos y tratamos de traer cambios positivos en nosotros mismos, manteniendo los valores aprendidos y nunca nos damos por vencidos hasta que alcanzamos la meta, es decir, la autorrealización. Es porque nunca antes habíamos caminado sobre él. Cuando un niño se levanta para ponerse de pie e intenta dar pasos de bebé, pasa por muchas dificultades y caminar incluso dos pequeños pasos es loable. Solo porque el niño tiene dificultades para caminar en las etapas iniciales, ninguna madre se abstiene de que su hijo intente caminar y aprender. Caerse es parte de caminar; el fracaso es parte del aprendizaje; y los errores son parte de la experiencia. Por lo tanto, caer, fallar o cometer errores no debería disuadirnos de este camino tan glorioso de buscar nuestra verdadera identidad. Un error no es un error si hemos aprendido una lección de él. Solo si uno no aprende del error, permanece como error. En este camino, todos van a cometer muchos errores. Ciertamente es difícil, pero no imposible. Para recorrer este camino, uno necesita una guía adecuada. Sólo un gurú puede iluminarse y guiarse para llegar al destino. Para un sādhaka (aspirante espiritual), es muy importante intentar caminar por este camino. Cuando el aspirante camina dos pasos adelante, el gurú y Dios tomarán los pasos restantes para guiar. Si estás en paz, estás viviendo en el presente". – Lao Tse hitāya cazado (Bienestar del Mundo) Los jóvenes de Malasia han continuado todas las iniciativas de servicio sin faltar. El 5 de septiembre de 2021, se llevó a cabo un campamento de provisión móvil. Se distribuyeron alrededor de 200 paquetes de verduras frescas, bolsas de arroz y aceite de cocina a tres lugares diferentes cerca de las cuevas de Batu, que se asignaron al Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR). Además, se entregaron 200 kits que incluyen ración seca, ingredientes de cocina, aceite, bolsas de arroz y una barra de pan a los refugiados en Taman Wilayah Selayang durante otro campamento. El 26 de septiembre, se distribuyeron 120 paquetes de raciones secas que consistían en bolsas de arroz, aceite de cocina y verduras frescas en Sai Ananda Ashram a los lugareños necesitados. We must not underestimate the power and impact of what Swami is doing, and the levels at which He is working! Otherwise, how can so many projects be initiated every day across so many countries? While addressing a group of devotees He said, "Everything has been planned by me, everything has already been executed in my mind, just as the Director sees the entire drama in his mind. So, I know who is going to play what part, till what time, in what way, everything has been decided already. So, what is in your hands? It is to obey, carry out the command and do your part well!"  That's all that there is…doing our part well and allowing the Divine to flow through us. We have to 'just be'! Sairam Bhuvana Santhanam ātmano mokshārtam (Emancipation of one's self) Excerpt From Inner View Shortcut to Self-Realisation Swami said to the sevā volunteers that everyone is born to serve, which is the primary purpose of all existence.  "From an insect to the plant, from rivers to the animals, all are serving others, while man (and woman too) forgets the very basic truth and lose his way in selfish pursuits. Selfless sevā is to be done for one's own emancipation. The one who serves is the first beneficiary of sevā, even more than the one who is served."  Swami went on to say that while many paths exist to Self-realisation, like chanting the name, singing God's glory, penance and pilgrimages, selfless service is the shortest and surest route to self-realisation. In fact, sevā is the shortcut to Self- realisation. My Story Sincerity – A step Towards Transformation By Kathiravan Soundrarajan Student, Malaysia As we walk through the journey towards ourselves, I would like to share my footsteps on my Self-transformation. I am Kathiravan from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Under the Divine guidance of Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in accounting. This beautiful journey of my transformation began when I stepped in the Divine abode of Sai Ananda Ashram, Malaysia. Being the naughtiest among my siblings and receiving many negative remarks due to my poor character, I never realised the good fortune to be a part of the Ashram, but today I am grateful and offer my gratitude to Swami. Initially, my beloved mother would force me to participate in various service activities of the Ashram. And today I realise the importance of being under the umbrella of God and working along with God's people. In the initial years, it all started with attending bhajans on Saturdays and Balvikas classes on Sundays at Sai Ananda Ashram. Day after day, I learnt the real purpose of my life and the reason behind being born in this world. Honestly, if it were not for Swami's entry into my life, I would have had no clue where I was heading or where I would end up. Fortunately, by His immense grace, I kept contemplating on Swami's teachings and lessons in my heart and followed His instructions from within and without. It's not easy to practise Swami's teachings, but that did not deter me from putting efforts. As a gift for conscientious practice in my daily life, Swami has blessed me with abundant peace and satisfaction. I am grateful to Swami for holding my hands and helping me to tread the path of spirituality. The series of discourses of 'Master the Mind' and 'kaṭhopaniṣad' have helped me tremendously to balance between the spiritual and material world. I'm trying my best to follow all that is taught in these sacred scriptures. Today, my peers laud me observing my extensive transformation and change of perception towards life. Swami always says, 'the greatest service to humanity is by becoming an example to others.' Swami has tested me on many occasions. Recently, my beloved mother passed away. All that was practiced so far helped me to maintain my equipoise and stay calm. My heart kept telling me that everything is the Will of that Brahman, the Almighty, and whatever happens, happens for our greater good alone. In a nutshell, Self-transformation begins when we sincerely put efforts and try to bring positive changes in ourselves, by keeping up the values learnt and never give up till we reach the goal i.e., Self-realisation. Log on to www.iohv.org today! upaniṣad The path of spirituality is a difficult one. Why so? It is because we have never walked on it before. When a child pulls up to stand and attempts baby steps, it goes through many difficulties and walking even two small steps is laudable. Just because the child struggles to walk in the initial stages, no mother refrains her child from attempting to walk and learn. Falling is a part of walking; failing is a part of learning; and mistakes are the part of experience. Therefore, falling, failing or making mistakes shouldn't deter us from this most glorious path of seeking our true identity. A mistake is not a mistake if we have learnt a lesson out of it. Only if one doesn't learn from the mistake, it remains as mistake. On this path, everyone is going to commit many mistakes. It is certainly difficult, but not impossible. To tread this path, one needs appropriate guidance. Only a guru can enlighten and guide oneself to reach the destination. For a sādhaka (spiritual aspirant), it is most important to attempt walking on this path. When the aspirant walks two steps ahead, guru and God will take the remaining steps to guide. INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE FOR THE WEEK "If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present." – Lao Tzu jagat hitāya (Welfare of the World) The youth from Malaysia have been continuing all the service initiatives without a miss. On the 5th of September 2021, a mobile provision camp was conducted. Around 200 packs of fresh vegetables, rice bags and cooking oil were distributed to three different locations near Batu Caves, which were allocated to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). In addition to it, 200 kits inclusive of dry ration, cooking ingredients, oil, rice bags and a loaf of bread were given to the refugees in Taman Wilayah Selayang during another camp. On the 26th of September, 120 dry ration packs consisting of rice bags, cooking oil and fresh vegetables were distributed in Sai Ananda Ashram to the needy locals. Another 100 packs were distributed to the UNHCR refugees in Kampung Laksamana, Sungai Tua and Shah Alam. Join One World One Sai ‌ ‌
