Yo estoy ahí siempre que mis palabras son seguidas_Bhagavan.

La mayoría de ustedes seguramente se jactan de que han estado visitando Puttaparthi desde hace veinte años o que han hecho de el su lugar de residencia permanente, pero, a menos que sigan las lecciones que he estado enseñando todos estos años, no cuenta, no es más que vacío y hueco. 

Si usted desarrolla amor por todos los seres, y la fe de que Dios reside en todos, es posible que, estén donde estén,  sus oraciones lleguen a mí, y mi gracia lo alcance.

En mi cuerpo anterior, le dije a Nanashab que yo estoy en las hormigas, insectos y animales, además de todos los hombres. 

Cuando un perro se comió todas las ofrendas destinadas a Baba,  declare que han llegado a Baba, porque había comido en esa forma. 

"Nana dice, que él me está dando comida, pero cuando voy en la forma de un perro, me ahuyenta". 

Sigan lo que yo digo siempre que estén en el mundo, si ello ocurre, Yo estaré cerca de ti siempre, Yo estaré ahí, siempre que mis palabras sean seguidas.

I am there always where my Words are followed - Bhagawan.

Most of you will surely boast that you have been visiting Puttaparthi since twenty years or that you have made the place your permanent residence; but, unless you follow the lessons I have been saying all the years that boast is nothing but empty and hollow. If you develop love for all beings, in the faith that God resides in all, you may be anywhere else, but your prayers would reach Me and My Grace will reach you.

While in My previous body, I told Nanashab that I am in ants, insects and animals, besides all men. When a dog ate all offerings intended for Baba, it was declared to
have reached Baba, for he had eaten it in that form. "Nana says, he is giving Me food, but when I go in the form of a dog, he drives Me off". Follow what I say wherever you are in the world, if you do then Iam near you always, Iam there always where my Words are followed.

Estar cerca del Señor y estar lejos.

Q: A veces uno tiene la sensación de que está muy cerca de Dios y otras veces siente que Dios esta muy lejos. Swami explica las razones de esos sentimientos?

Bhagavan: Los celos y la ira son los responsables de estos sentimientos. Si estos son controlados, entonces uno está en condiciones de controlar el Espíritu Supremo (Paramatma). Es decir, Swami se acerca, de lo contrario, parece lejos de ti. 

A veces los chicos (se refiere aquí a sus niños de la universidad) no entienden por qué Swami parece estar enojado con ellos. Tienen que darse cuenta de sus pensamientos, los que Swami sabe, son los responsables de las reacciones de Swami.

Aquí hay una pequeña historia. Una vez que el rey Akbar fue informado por algunos de sus nobles musulmanes, que Guru Nanak estaba disfrutando de una gran popularidad, con una gran parte de la población musulmana. 

Ahora Akbar tenía una madre hindú, así que era muy tolerante hacia los no musulmanes y lo invitó a Guru Nanak a visitar su palacio. Pero, Nanak rechazó la invitación y le dijo: "Sólo tengo un rey y ese es Dios. Los reyes mundanos están ahí y mañana no estan. Rindo homenaje sólo a
Dios ".

Akbar se dio cuenta de la sabiduría en respuesta Nanak, por lo que invitó a Nanak a orar en una mezquita. En la mezquita, Guru Nanak creó una conmoción por reírse a carcajadas cuando el sacerdote comenzó a recitar las oraciones. Todos los allí reunidos estaban enojados con Nanak, pero Akbar aconsejó paciencia. Entonces Akbar comenzó a recitar las oraciones y la sorpresa, Nanak comenzó a reírse aún más fuerte. Ahora Akbar exigió una explicación por la conducta de Nanak y en respuesta Nanak dijo: "Tú estabas pensando en tus caballos árabes (Akbar había recibido estos como un regalo el día anterior) durante el rezo de las oraciones y el sacerdote estaba pensando en su hijo enfermo. Entonces, ¿qué podía hacer sino reírme de la hipocresía. " Su reacción se basa en sus pensamientos y no en su comportamiento externo.

Swami no se ve afectado por las apariencias externas o actuaciones. Swami está siempre en busca de la pureza interna.

Being close to the Lord and being far away


Q: Sometimes one gets a feeling that One is very close to God and at other times one feels that God has moved very far away. Would Swami please explain the reasons for those feelings?

Bhagawan: Jealousy and anger are responsible for these feelings. If these are controlled, then one is in a position to control the Supreme Spirit (Paramatma). That is, Swami comes near, otherwise he appears far from you. Sometimes the boys (referring here to His college boys) do not understand as to why Swami appears to be angry with them. They have to realize that their thoughts, which Swami knows, are responsible for Swami's reactions.

Here is a small story. Once King Akbar was informed by some of his Moslem noblemen, that Guru Nanak was enjoying great popularity with a large section of the Moslem population and he should be firmly put down. Now Akbar had a Hindu mother, so he was very tolerant towards non-Moslems and he invited Guru Nanak to visit his palace. But, Nanak refused the invitation and said, "I have only one King and that is God. Worldly kings are there and gone tomorrow. I pay homage only to
God."

Akbar realized the wisdom in Nanak's reply, so he invited Nanak to pray in a mosque. At the mosque, Guru Nanak created a commotion by laughing loudly when the priest began to recite the prayers. All those assembled there were angry with Nanak, but Akbar counseled patience. Then Akbar began to recite the prayers and to the surprise, Nanak began laughing even louder. Now Akbar demanded an explanation of Nanak's behaviour and in reply Nanak said, "You were thinking of your Arabian horses (Akbar had received these as a gift the day before) during the recitation of your prayers and the priest was thinking of his ill son. So what could I do but laugh at this hypocrisy." His reaction was based on their thoughts and not on their external behaviour.

Swami is not affected by external appearances or performances. Swami is always looking for internal purity only.
