Dios dirige el Universo como una universidad.

En una de los Satsangs celebrados en la presencia divina en Croacia, el 24 de abril de 2016. Un devoto preguntó sobre los hombres en la tradición Teosófica y su conexión con Swami.
Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:
PREGUNTA: Swami, ¿puede decirnos algo acerca de '' hombres perfeccionados, que son, en la tradición Teosófica del mundo occidental, conocido como '' Maestros de Sabiduría? ¿Cuál es su relación contigo, sobre todo en el momento actual?
SWAMI: La conexión entre Yo y los yoguis perfeccionados, maestros y mensajeros, es la conexión entre el director y los maestros de la escuela. Dios dirige el Universo como una universidad; El lo comenzó, para promover el conocimiento del Ser, no siempre enseña directamente en las clases, aunque administra y gestiona todo el asunto, al igual que un director.
Él tiene profesores que van a impartir la asignatura a los estudiantes. Él les confía la gran responsabilidad de difundir la sabiduría del Ser, pero sus profesores no son sólo predicadores - son personas que enseñan a través de lo que practican.

Como dije esta mañana, todas las religiones, filosofías y creencias no son más que varias escuelas que enseñan el mismo tema, pero en diferentes idiomas y con diferentes reglas: todas son ramas de la misma universidad, que es administrada por Dios.
Para mí, el maestro perfecto es aquel que enseña por práctica perfecta. Para mí, la perfección es el estado de desinterés, uno que es desinteresado es perfecto. Cada palabra que es desinteresada es una palabra perfecta; cada pensamiento que es desinteresado es un pensamiento perfecto; y cada acción que es desinteresada es una acción perfecta. Entonces, los maestros que encarnan la perfección son elegidos por Dios para ir a diferentes escuelas y enseñar a diferentes estudiantes, en base a su comprensión y evolución. Así es como todos ustedes están conectados. Así como un director, una vez que le ha confiado al maestro, la clase, no lo interferirá, Dios no interferirá.
Mucha gente piensa: 'Hay tantos grandes maestros alrededor del mundo que son tan devotos de Dios. ¿Por qué no saben sobre Sai Baba? Cuando Sathya Sai Baba vino como un Avatar, ¿por qué tantos de esos maestros y gurús no vinieron a rendirle homenaje a Baba? "
Esa es su imaginación, con su entendimiento limitado. Un estudiante no siempre puede ver al director, esta confinado a su clase con su maestro; sin embargo, el maestro y el director siempre están conectados. Se reúnen a menudo para discutir el trabajo y buscar la guía del director. Por lo tanto, no limiten su pensamiento a solo los 'Maestros y sus cuerpos' y 'Swami y Su cuerpo'. Todos ustedes están conectados a un nivel divino mucho más profundo. Es el mismo Divino que existe en cada uno de ellos, por el cual son guiados y a través del cual enseña, ¿y qué enseña?
El convertirse en la naturaleza divina que ya está allí dentro de ustedes; para ayudarlos a restaurar lo que realmente son y deshacerse de lo que no son.
Es por eso que la educación completa es Educare; que es sacar lo que está latente dentro de ustedes, que es su propia Divinidad. Están todos conectados y trabajando juntos, como varias escuelas y maestros, pero solo hay un director.
Así es como es.

In one of the satsangs held in the divine presence at Croatia, on 24 April, 2016. A devotee asked about the men in Theosophical tradition and their connection with Swami.
And here is what Swami said:
QUESTION: Swami, can You tell us something about ‘perfected men’, who are, in the Theosophical tradition of the western world, known as ‘Masters of Wisdom’? What is their connection to You, particularly in the present time?
SWAMI: The connection between Me and the perfected yogis, masters and messengers is the connection between the principal and the teachers of the school. God runs the Universe as a university; He who started it, to promote the knowledge of the Self, does not always come to teach in the classes, though He administers and manages the whole affair, just like a principal. He has teachers who go to teach the subject to the students. He entrusts them with the great responsibility of spreading the wisdom of the Self, but His teachers are not just preachers – they are people who teach through what they practice.
Mankind are the students, with different people in different classes, according to their level of knowledge and understanding. So, there is a primary level, high school, college and various classes. For each of these classes, according to the needs of the child, God sends the right kind of masters to teach them. As I said this morning, all the religions, philosophies and faiths are nothing but various schools teaching the same subject, but in different languages and with different rules – they are all the branches of the same university, which is managed by God.
To Me, the perfect teacher is one who teaches by perfect practice. To Me, perfection is the state of selflessness – one who is selfless is perfect. Every word that is selfless is a perfect word; every thought that is selfless is a perfect thought; and every action that is selfless is a perfect action. So, the teachers who embody perfection are all chosen by God to go to different schools and teach different students, based on their understanding and evolution. That is how you are all connected. Just as a principal, once he has entrusted the teacher with the class, would not come and interfere, God does not interfere.
Many people think, ‘There are so many great masters around the world who are so devoted to God. Why do they not know about Sai Baba? When Sathya Sai Baba had come as an Avatar, why is that so many masters and gurus did not come to pay their obeisance to Baba?’ That is all your imagination with your limited understanding. A student may not always get to see the principal, confined to his class with his teacher; nevertheless, the teacher and the principal are always connected. They meet often to discuss the work and seek guidance from the principal. Therefore, do not limit your thinking to just ‘Masters and their bodies’ and ‘Swami and His body’. You are all connected at a much deeper divine level. It is the same Divine that exists in each of them, by which they are guided and through which they teach – and what do they teach? To become the divine nature that is already there within you; to help you to restore what you truly are and get rid of what you are not. That is why complete education is Educare; to bring out what is latent within you, which is your own Divinity. You are all connected and working together, like various schools and teachers, but there is only one principal. That is how it is.
