Acciones conscientes.
Swami nos transformó, nos cambió, nos ayudó. Y ahora es el momento de perfeccionarnos a nosotros mismos y luego transmitir esta perfección a los demás. Cuando se da más, se le exige más. No solo esperado, sino exigido.
Él nos ha dado tanto y continúa dandonos. Mira la magia y la belleza de eso. Se dio a sí mismo cuando estaba en cuerpo físico. Luego eligió acercarse a cada uno de nosotros, nos inspiró desde dentro, nos explicó y nos convenció para que volviéramos a Él, para que siguiéramos llevando esa vida pura, feliz y dichosa en su presencia. Tanta compasión ¡
Ya es hora de que nos pongamos a la altura de las circunstancias!

Todos tenemos que estar CONSCIENTES, no sólo para la ocasión, al participar en un servicio. Sino que hagamos lo que hagamos, debemos hacerlo desinteresadamente como una ofrenda a Èl.
Entonces, habrá perfección en nuestro servicio y altruismo. Cuando hagas tu trabajo, piensa que es tu trabajo y hazlo. Pero cuando termines el trabajo, ofrécelo como si fuera de Swami.
¡Pero la mayoría de nosotros pensamos que Swami debería hacerlo, y nosotros deberíamos ser dueños de eso!
De hecho, tiene que ser 'deberías hacerlo y Swami debería ser el dueño del trabajo'.
Tenemos que hacer nuestra parte, el papel que Él nos ha dado en Su misión. Tenemos que hacerlo a la perfección.
Él, elige a las mismas personas en el próximo drama y el próximo drama. Él, sigue trayéndolos con cada Avatar, porque ama la forma en que representaron su papel en el drama anterior. Swami desea llevar actores perfectos por menor que sea Su trabajo.
Una vez que les da el guión, el actor sabe qué hacer. Del mismo modo, Él nos ha llamado a hacer su trabajo. Cuando lo hacemos a la perfección, Él es feliz.
Cuando lo hacemos por Él, llegamos a ser como Él.
Y estamos listos para recibir el más alto papel.

Conscious Actions.
Swami has transformed us, changed us, helped us. And now it is time for us to perfect ourselves and then pass on this perfection to others. When more is given, more is demanded of you. Not just expected, but demanded. He has given us so much and continues to give. See the magic and beauty of it. He gave himself away when in physical. Then He chose to somehow reach out to each one of us, inspired us from within, explained and convinced us to bring us back to Him so that we continue to lead that pure, happy and blissful life in His presence. So much of compassion. It’s high time we rise to the occasion!
We all must CONSCIOUSLY, not just by chance, engage in service. And whatever we do, we do selflessly as an offering to Him. So there is perfection in our service and selflessness. When you do the work, think that it is your work and do. But when you finish the work, offer it as if it belongs to Swami. But most of us think, Swami should do and we should own it! In fact, it has to be ‘you should do and Swami should own the work’. We have to do our part, the role that He has given in the mission. We have to do it to perfection. Swami says, it is like a director who loves his actors who do their job well. He casts the same people in the next drama and the next drama. He keeps bringing them back in every Avatar, because He loves the way they enacted their role in the previous drama. Swami wants to take perfect actors everywhere where His job is less. Once He gives the script, the actor knows what to do. Likewise, He has called us to do His work. When we do it to perfection, He is happy. As we do for Him, we become like Him. And we are ready to receive the highest. Being with an Avatar and nobody has realised his true self?! Isn’t it sad? We have to work harder. Nothing less than self-realisation and the derivation of the oneness we should settle for.

Cuando se le preguntó a Sri Madhusudan Naidu acerca de la Universidad que está siendo establecida por Bhagavan, si tendrá importancia la cultura india en el plan de estudios y también la ingerencia directa de Swami durante los primeros años de crecimiento de la Universidad, respondió así.
La Universidad Sri Sathya Sai para la Excelencia Humana tendrá una sección separada para la Cultura India y las Bellas Artes. En la primera fase, será canto, música y danza. Estas son las cosas que se estarán implementando en el primer año de la universidad. Y también va a haber un curso muy interesante llamado " Cid Science" que será todo sobre lo que los Vedas y los Upanishads han enseñado, y cómo encaja todo eso, en todo el esquema de las cosas, hoy.
Swami viene con este curso en la universidad que está comenzando en el próximo curso académico. Esa es una buena noticia y estoy muy emocionado por este curso. Si pudiera volver a ser un estudiante, me encantaría tomar este curso.
Swami dijo, ya que Èl está comenzando una Universidad en el próximo año académico, tiene que estar en el terreno(involucrado directamente). Es un líder y gerente perfecto y se encargaría de que el proyecto despegue bien, por lo que obviamente pasará más tiempo en Gulbarga por el bien de la Universidad que se acerca.
Pero eso no significa que Él no estará disponible aquí y que no viajaría a otros lados. Sin embargo, se puede esperar que venga más para los festivales, o en esos días importantes o especiales en los que muchos devotos acuden para estar con Él, mientras que la parte sustancial del próximo año será con los estudiantes y el personal del Campus de Gulbarga donde se está estableciendo la universidad. Eso es de esperar.
En los días iniciales, cuando la gente iba a las entrevistas, ¡venían más para investigar y no por la entrevista!
Le hacían preguntas a Swami, y alguien una vez le preguntó: "Swami, ¿por qué dejaste Puttaparthi y viniste aquí cuando todo estaba bien establecido allí, por qué empezar de nuevo?". Y Swami le pregunto al devoto, "¿No eres un hombre de negocios? Si abres otra sucursal de tu negocio, ¿qué haces? ¿Sigues sentado en la oficina central o vas a la sucursal, te sientas allí y haces que las cosas sucedan? "El devoto dijo: 'Sí, si estoy invirtiendo y comenzando un nuevo lugar, una nueva rama de mi negocio, prestaré atención a eso'.
"Eso es exactamente lo que estoy haciendo", contestó Swami.
Cuando quiso que apareciera Muddenahalli, vino aquí, le prestó toda su atención. Ahora, cuando quiere que aparezca el Campus Universitario de Gulbarga, estoy seguro de que también pondrá toda su atención allí.
Entonces, irá allí y hará lo que se requiera.

When Sri Madhusudan Naidu was asked about the university which is being established by Bhagawan, whether there will be importance given to Indian Culture in the curriculum and also Swami's direct availability during the university's initial years of growth, he answered thus.
Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence will have a separate section for Indian Culture and Fine Arts. In the first phase, it will be vocal, music and dance. These are the things which are coming up in the very first year of the university. And there is also going to be a very interesting course called ‘Vedic Sciences’, which will be all about what Vedas and Upanishads have taught and how does all that fit into the whole scheme of things now. Swami is coming up with this course in the university which is starting in the coming academic year. That’s a good news and I am very excited about this course. If I could become a student again, I would love to take this course.
Swami said, since He is starting a University in the coming academic year, He has to be on the ground. He is a perfect leader and manager and would see to it that the project takes off well, so He is obviously going to spend more time at Gulbarga for the sake of the university which is coming up. But that does not mean that He will not be available here and He would not be travelling elsewhere. However you can expect that He will be coming here more for the festivals or on those important or special days when many devotees come here to be with Him while the substantial part of the next year is going to be with the students and staff of the Gulbarga campus where the university is being established. That is to be expected.
In the initial days, when people would come for interviews, they would come more for investigation, and not interview! They would ask questions to Swami so someone asked, ‘Swami why would you leave Puttaparthi and come here when everything is well established there, why start anew?’ Swami asked the business man devotee, ‘Are you not a businessman? If you open another branch of your business, what do you do? Do you keep sitting in the head office or you go to the branch office, sit there and make things happen?’ The devotee said, ‘Yes if I am investing and starting a new place, a new branch of my business I would pay attention to that.’ “That’s exactly what I am doing”, Swami replied.
When He wanted Muddenahalli to come up, He came here, paid all His attention. Now when He wants Gulbarga campus to come up, I am sure He will pay all His attention out there too. So, He will go there and do whatever is required. At the same time, it’s a great opportunity for all of us here. Swami told sometime back, ‘having got out of one kind of illusion; don’t end up in another one.’ He keeps warning! Having got out of one illusion of a form, name and a place, don’t you end up in another illusion. Then you are no better. So Swami’s unavailability is an opportunity to go further within and develop that inner connect with Swami.

Fue en Padua - Italia, que Swami fue conducido, de regreso del Satsang público a la casa del devoto en su automóvil, que estaba decorado con un ramo de flores en el capó.
Obviamente, era un espectáculo poco común e hizo que muchas cabezas giraran. Un grupo de jóvenes que notaron que las flores, se lo confundieron con una pareja de recién casados que viajaban en el auto, y bastante común según sus costumbres, aplaudieron y vitorearon mirando, hacia lo cual Swami inocentemente me preguntó: "¿Por qué están aplaudiendo?"
"Tal vez vieron las flores, pensaron que una pareja de recién casados viajaba en este automóvil, así que lo felicitan", respondí.
"Por supuesto, hay un matrimonio, el más grande de todos, que se celebra aquí. El matrimonio de Prakriti (la creación) y Purusha (el creador). Esta unión es la más grande de todas, cuando el Jivaatma se une con el Paramaatma. Eso es lo que representa al devoto Radha y su Señor Krishna. Ese es el significado del principio dual de Shiva-Shakthi. El verdadero matrimonio es cuando el devoto se une en devoción con el Señor. Es una ocasión que debe celebrarse ".
Swami es el Maestro de Maestros, aprovecho esta oportunidad también, para decirnos una verdad mayor. Incluso cuando estaba pensando en este hermoso concepto de la unión del hombre con Dios, el devoto y el Señor, el Jeevaatma y Paramaatma, Swami dijo: "Este matrimonio solamente, es una verdadera fusión, todo lo demás es un mero espejismo".

*The greatest marriage*
It was in Padova – Italy, that Swami was driven back from the Public Satsang to the home to the devotee in his car, that was decorated with a bouquet of flowers on the bonnet.
Obviously, it was an uncommon sight and it made many heads turn. A group of youngsters who noticed the flowers mistook it for some newlywed couple travelling in the car, and quite common to their custom, they clapped and cheered, looking at which Swami innocently asked me, “Why are they clapping?”
“Perhaps seeing the flowers, they thought some newlywed couple is travelling in this car, so they are congratulating”, I replied.
“Of course, there is marriage, the greatest of all, that is being celebrated here. The marriage of Prakriti (the creation) and Purusha (the creator). This union is the greatest of all, when the Jivaatma unites with the Paramaatma. That is what is represented by the devotee Radha and her Lord Krishna. That is the significance of the dual principle of Shiva-Shakthi. The true marriage is when the devotee merges in devotion with the Lord. It’s an occasion that must be celebrated.”
Swami being the Master of Masters, did not let go of this opportunity too, to tell us all a greater truth. Even as I was dwelling on this beautiful concept of the union of man and God, the devotee and the Lord, the Jeevaatma and Paramaatma, Swami said, “This marriage alone is true merger, all the rest is mere mirage”

En un satsang celebrado en la presencia divina en Singapur, el 8 de agosto de 2017, un devoto busca orientación para hablar sólo lo que se necesita y cuando se requiere.
Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:
Pregunta: Swami, siempre has dicho: "Cuida tus pensamientos, acciones y palabras", con pensamientos positivos y acciones como servicio a los demás. Mi pregunta es, ¿cómo hablamos menos y solo hablemos sobre lo que se requiere ? A veces, tendemos a hablar demasiado, especialmente en el trabajo. Pensamos en lo que es correcto, pero eso no siempre es bien recibido por los demás, lo que se convierte en conversaciones innecesarias. ¿Cómo evitamos eso y hablamos menos sobre lo que realmente se requiere?
Swami: Dios te ha dado dos oídos, pero solo una lengua, con el único propósito de hablar menos. La pregunta es cómo hablas cada vez que abras la boca.
En las escrituras, dice, "Sathyam vada priyam vada" - Di la verdad, pero dila dulcemente. "Na bruyat sathyam apriyam" - no hables de una manera que no sea dulce. Eso significa que debes decir la verdad de una manera dulce, sin hablar desagradablemente. No hablar de una manera desagradable es muy importante. Todo esto requiere práctica y contemplación.
Comprenda que hay dos formas de decir lo mismo. Una forma es decirlo de una manera desagradable; la otra forma es decirlo de una manera agradable. Incluso si la verdad es amarga, pero la dices de una manera agradable, será aceptada por las personas que te rodean. Discrimina entre las dosformas.
Hay una vieja historia sobre un rey que tuvo un bebé y pidió a los astrólogos que predigan el futuro de su hijo. El primer astrólogo entró y dijo: "Su hijo tendrá una vida muy corta".
El rey se enojó mucho y dijo: "¡En este día auspicioso, me estás diciendo cosas terribles!" Él hizo que sus guardias lo metieran en la cárcel.
Luego llamó al siguiente astrólogo, quien dijo: "Su hijo no va a vivir mucho". Una vez más, el Rey se enojó mucho y les dijo a los guardias que decapitaran al segundo astrólogo.
El tercer astrólogo vio lo que le sucedió a los dos anteriores, pero sintió que debía decir la verdad. Pensó para sí mismo: "No puedo decir una mentira ya que esta es mi profesión, pero debo decirlo de una manera que no moleste al Rey".
Entonces el tercer astrólogo dijo: "¡Tu hijo te traerá una gran fortuna! Él te ha traído largos años de vida. Vivirás incluso más tiempo que él. "El rey estaba muy feliz y lo recompensó. Era la misma verdad, pero se dijo de una manera que era agradable para el rey.
No estoy diciendo que debas hablar falsedad por el bien de agradar a los demás, eso es un pecado. Debe decir la verdad, pero hable de una manera agradable para los demás. Ahí es donde la discriminación entra en escena. Discrimina y piensa antes de decir algo.

Speak the truth but speak it in a sweet way.
Sairam,
In a satsang held in the divine presence in Singapore, on 8 August 2017; a devotee seeks guidance on speaking only what is required and when it is required.
And here is what Swami said:
Question: Swami, You have always said, “Watch your thoughts, actions and words,” with thoughts being positive, and actions as service to others. My question is, how do we speak less and speak only what is absolutely required? Sometimes, we tend to over-speak, especially at work. We think about what is right, but that is not always received well by others, which turns into unnecessary conversations. How do we avoid that and speak less about what is really required?
Swami: God has given you two ears, but only one tongue, for the very purpose of speaking less. The question is how you speak whenever you open your mouth.
In the scriptures, it says, “Sathyam vada priyam vada” - speak the truth but speak it in a sweet way. “Na bruyat sathyam apriyam” – do not speak in a way that is not sweet. That means you must speak the truth in a sweet way, not speaking unpleasantly. Not speaking in an unpleasant way is very important. All this requires practice and contemplation.
Understand that there are two ways of saying the same thing. One way is to say it in an unpleasant way; the other way is to say it in a pleasant way. Even if the truth is bitter, but you say it in a pleasant way, it will be accepted by the people around you. Discriminate between the two.
There’s an old story about a king who had a baby and called for astrologers to predict his son’s future. The first astrologer walked in and said, “Your son will have a very short life.”
The king got very angry and said, “On this auspicious day, you are telling me terrible things!” He had his guards put him in jail.
He then called the next astrologer, who said, “Your son is not going to live very long.” Again, the King got very upset and told the guards to behead the second astrologer.
The third astrologer saw what happened to the previous two, but felt he must tell the truth. He thought to himself, ‘I can’t tell a lie as this is my profession, but I must tell it in a way that does not upset the King.’
So the third astrologer said, “Your son will bring great fortune to you! He has brought you long years of life. You will live even longer than him.” The king was very happy and rewarded him. It was the same truth, but it was said in a way that was pleasant to the king.
I am not saying you should speak untruth for the sake of pleasing others – that is a sin. You must speak the truth, but speak it in a way that is pleasant to others. That is where discrimination comes into the picture. Discriminate and think before you say anything.
