"La estatua de Shiva será instalada. Montones de personas de todo el mundo vendrán aquí. Muddenahalli estará justo encima del mapa mundial de peregrinación. ¿Pero qué nos pasa, es la pregunta que debemos hacernos? ¿Somos parte de la imagen más grande, de su obra? ¿Estamos encajando en Su historia, en algún lugar, de una manera adecuada, de una manera aceptable para Swami? Esa es la pregunta que debemos hacernos. Su trabajo continuará. No hay obstáculos. No hay obstrucciones. Nadie puede detener su voluntad ".

Swami ha dicho muy bellamente que esta es la última fase de la forma sutil. ¡Esto puede sonar como una campana de advertencia para algunos y casi enviar a algunos a la depresión! '...¡DIOS MIO! Si esto también va a desaparecer, ¿qué seguirá? ¿A qué debemos aferrarnos?
No hay nada a lo que aferrarnos. Tienes que SER ESO!
No hay nada en que "convertirse".
¡Tienes que SER aquello en lo que se supone que te convertirás! Ese es el final de este viaje. Tienes que aprender a volar. Eso es Él.
Swami estaba explicando en la reunión de directores que hay tres fases en la misión sutil. No puso fechas específicas. Puso eventos alrededor de estas. La primera vez en 2011 cuando conocí a Swami, de esta manera sutil, Él me dijo que debía estar listo y que había mucho trabajo por hacer; viajar por todo el mundo, conocer a mucha gente. Estaba compartiendo conmigo el plano de la misión; cuántos hospitales, colegios, universidades y ashrams. Solo lo escuche y dije: ¿Es esto todo verdad o estoy alucinando? ¡Pero fue una alucinación interesante incluso si es una alucinación! ¿Quién podría siquiera pensar así?
Swami llamó a la primera fase como "Sankarshana" (atraer a las personas hacia Él). Y literalmente lo hizo. El fue a casa a casa. Me pedía que atendiera llamadas, hablara con alguien y dijera que Swami quería reunirse con él. Algunas personas aceptaron y otras lo rechazaron. Fui de casa a casa, con Swami a través de trenes, autobuses, vuelos y en todas las formas posibles. ¡Continuó haciendo esto durante los primeros tres años y medio y reunió a su equipo central!
Luego vino la segunda fase; "Sandarshana", cuando comenzó a conocer gente en general. Comenzó a reunirse y hablar en público. La primera charla pública que Swami dio fue a un grupo de personas en un salón la víspera del primer viaje de Kodaikanal en mayo de 2014, en Sri Sathya Sai Anandam, Muddenahalli. Swami me había dicho entonces que mantuviera mi mente pura y tranquila. ¡La misión se iba a acelerar! Después del viaje de Kodaikanal, el mundo entero lo supo y tuvimos reacciones encontradas entre las personas. En el cumpleaños 89, Swami dio un discurso público. Conoció a mucha gente entre el viaje de Kodaikanal en mayo y el cumpleaños en noviembre de 2014. Reunió a tantos alumnos como quería. La primera fase fue atraer personas y la segunda fase fue la expansión de su trabajo.
Durante el 93º cumpleaños, Swami dijo que ahora estamos cambiando el equipo nuevamente. Dijo que su avión está lleno y que está despegando y que ya no hay lugar para nadie más. "Tengo a quien quería y haré lo que sea necesario por medio de estas personas. El resto es secundario o simplemente incidental a esta misión ".
Ellos no son el núcleo de esto. Estamos en ese grupo central de personas que trabajarán lado a lado con Dios. Todo lo que trato de decir es que ¡SOMOS EL EQUIPO DE DIOS! Y nosotros somos los motores y agitadores de Dios. Si no lo movemos y lo sacudimos, nadie lo va a hacer. Depende de todos nosotros, porque dijo que no tiene un cuerpo, y logrará su misión a través de todos nosotros, y cuánto más debemos elevarnos dentro de nosotros mismos para lograr el concepto de "Amor sin deber". Todos estamos haciendo el deber con amor. Muy raramente hacemos el deber sin amor. Pero el amor sin deber es la siguiente fase. Y solo aquellos que viven solo para amar, porque "hacer" se convierte en una segunda naturaleza y el amor se convierte en su naturaleza primaria; Sólo ellos encajan en esta misión.
La tercera fase de 'Sankramana' es un período de transición; mucho más milagros van a suceder. Swami dijo de repente que el ritmo aumentará; de repente las cosas van a empezar a verse completamente diferentes. Este es el equipo de Dios.
De repente, tantas cosas gloriosas van a empezar a suceder; el mundo va a empezar a venir aquí. No vas a ser capaz de creer lo que está pasando. Estamos entrando en ese esta fase. Esta fase continuará hasta su 96 cumpleaños.
Después de eso, habrá un seis años de silencio. Sólo deberías asimilar, contemplar y ser eso. Ya no podemos buscar sistemas de apoyo débiles fuera de nosotros. Tenemos que empezar a depender de la verdad, la divinidad que está dentro de nosotros. Después de este período, Prema Sai estará disponible para el público. Antes de eso, podría estar disponible, pero en privado.
Cuando me senté y puse todos estos pensamientos desde 2011 juntos; todo cae en forma perfecta.
Prema Sai anunciará su avataridad cuando tenga 19 años. De los 13 años a 19 años, estará aquí (en Muddenahalli) siendo entrenado. Todo está planeado.
Como he dicho, todos somos parte de este plan; como partidarios de su trabajo, o como opositores que se oponen a su trabajo, dependerá de nosotros. En ambos sentidos, podríamos ser parte de su plan!
Nuestro problema no es con aquellos que no entienden y hacen las cosas de manera diferente. Nuestro problema es con los que entienden y todavía hacen las cosas de manera diferente. No deberíamos llegar a eso. Puede ser que todos deberíamos sentarnos y hacer una auto auditoría. Qué tan lejos hemos llegado a este viaje? He desarrollado menos deseos, pero es suficiente? Está en consonancia con la cantidad de entrenamiento, atención y orientación que he recibido? Si crees que podríamos haber sido mejor que lo que somos hoy, entonces creo que todos tenemos que trabajar muy duro en nosotros mismos y no debemos escatimar nada para lograrlo.
"Me he vuelto contundente. Déjame ser más agudo para que te sea más útil ". Ese es el tipo de oración que tenemos que hacerle a Swami. De lo contrario, esta es la última etapa de la Misión. El ritmo va a subir. Esto no es para los de corazón de pollo. Esto es para los corazones valientes. Si no podemos mantener este tipo de crecimiento y ritmo, creo que todos nos saldremos del carro. No podemos sostenernos. Seremos los tontos más afortunados. Sabíamos que Dios estaba allí y también sabíamos que Dios estaba en lo sutil. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ser Sus contemporáneos y compañeros de trabajo, y al final, nos salimos de la fila. No puede haber mayor desgracia que esa.
Swami es muy particular en cuanto a que la cultura debe ser de amor, humildad, respeto mutuo, comprensión, adaptación y el verdadero sentimiento de ser una familia Sai. No en palabras sino en la práctica real; que estamos listos para perdonar, olvidarnos y abrazarnos a pesar de nuestros defectos. Nadie es perfecto.
Todos tenemos que crecer juntos. Todo el mundo tiene que llevar su carga. Esa es la idea de esta misión. El resto va a pasar.

¿Pero qué nos pasa es la pregunta que debemos hacernos? ¿Somos parte de la imagen más grande, de Su obra? ¿Estamos encajando en la historia en algún lugar de una manera adecuada, de una manera aceptable para Swami? Esa es la pregunta que debemos hacer. Su trabajo continuará. No hay obstáculos. No hay obstrucciones. Nadie puede detener su voluntad. Tal vez parezca como si hubiera algún retraso, pero Él sabe exactamente cuáles son sus planes.

‘Shiva statue will come up. Hoards of people from around the world will come here. Muddenahalli will be right on top of the world pilgrimage map. But what happens to us is the question that we must ask? Are we part of the bigger picture? Are we fitting in the storyline somewhere in a proper way, in an acceptable way to Swami? That is the question we must ask. His work will go on. No obstacles. No obstructions. Nobody can stop His will’.

Swami has told very beautifully that this is the last phase of the subtle form. This may sound like a warning bell to some and almost send a few into depression! ‘OMG! If this is also going to go, what next? What should we cling on to?’ There is nothing to cling on to. You have to BE THAT! There is nothing to ‘become’. You have to BE that which you are supposed to become! That’s the end of this journey. You have to learn how to fly. That is it.
Swami was explaining at the Chairmen’s Meeting that there are three phases in the subtle mission. He did not put specific dates. He put events around that. In the very first time in 2011 when I met Swami this way, He told me that I must be ready and there is a lot of work to do; travel around the world, meet lot of people. He was sharing with me the blueprint of the mission; how many hospitals, schools, college and ashrams. I would just listen to Him and say is this all true or am I hallucinating? But it was an interesting hallucination even if it is a hallucination!! Who could even think like this?
Swami called the first phase as ‘Sankarshana’ (attracting people towards Him). And literally He did that. He went home to home. He would ask me to pick up call and speak to someone and say that Swami wants to meet him. Some people accepted and others rejected. I went home to home with Swami through trains, buses, flights and in all possible ways. He went on doing this for the first three and a half years and gathered His core team!
Then came the second phase; ‘Sandarshana’, when He started meeting people at large. He started meeting and speaking publicly. The first ever public talk that Swami ever gave was to a group of people in a hall on the eve of first Kodaikanal trip in May 2014, at Sri Sathya Sai Anandam, Muddenahalli. Swami had then told me to keep my mind pure and calm. The mission was going to accelerate! After Kodaikanal trip, the whole world got to know and we had mixed reactions from people. On the 89th Birthday, Swami gave a public discourse. He met a lot of people between the Kodaikanal trip in May and the Birthday in November 2014. He gathered as many alumni as He wanted. The first phase was attracting people and the second phase was expansion of His work.
During 93rd Birthday, Swami said we are now changing the gear again! He said that his plane is full and is taking off and there is no more place for anybody else. ‘I have got whom I wanted and I will get it done whatever needs to be done through these people. The rest are secondary or just incidental to this mission’. They are not the core of it. We are in that core group of people who are going to work side by side with God. All I am trying to say is that WE ARE THE TEAM OF GOD! And we are the movers and shakers of God. If we don’t move it and shake it, nobody is going to do it. He depends on all of us because He said He does not have a body and He will achieve His mission through all of us and how much more we must rise within ourselves to achieve the ‘Love without Duty’ concept. We are all doing duty with love. Very rarely we do duty without love. But Love without Duty is the next phase. And only those who live only to Love, for ‘doing’ becomes second nature and Love becomes their primary nature; they alone fit into this mission.
The third phase of ‘Sankramana’ is a period of transition; much more miracles will happen. Swami said suddenly the pace will increase; suddenly things will start looking altogether different. This is the top gear. Suddenly, so many glorious things will start happening; world will start coming over here. You will not be able to believe what is happening. We are getting into that kind of a phase. This phase will continue till His 96th Birthday.
After that, there will be a six years of silence. You should just be assimilating and contemplating and BE THAT. We can no longer look for flimsy support systems outside us. We have to start depending on the truth, the divinity which is within us. After this period, Prema Sai will be available for public. Before that, He might be available, but in private.
When I sat and put all these thoughts since 2011 put together; everything falls in perfect line. Prema Sai would announce His avatarhood when He is 19. From 13 years to 19 years, He will be here (in Muddenahalli) getting trained. Everything is planned. As I said, we are also part of this plan; as supporters of His work or obstructers who oppose His work will depend on us. Both ways, we would be part of His plan!
Our problem is not with those who don’t understand and do things differently. Our problem is those who understand and still do things differently. We should not become that. May be we all should sit down and do a self audit. How far have we reached in this journey? I have developed lesser desires but is it enough? Is it in line with the amount of training, attention and guidance I have received? If you think we could have been better than what we are today, then I think we all have to work very hard on ourselves and we should not spare ourselves.
‘I have become blunt. Let me become sharper so that I am more useful to You’. That is the kind of prayer we have to make to Swami. Otherwise, this is the last leg of the Mission. The pace is going to pick up. This is not for the chicken hearted ones. This is for the brave hearts. If we cannot keep up with this kind of growth and pace, I think we all will fall off the bandwagon. We cannot sustain. We will be the most fortunate fools. We knew God was there and also knew God was in the subtle. We got an opportunity to be His contemporaries and co-workers and at the end of it, fell out of the line! There cannot be greater misfortune than that.
Swami is very particular that the culture should be of love, humility, mutual respect, understanding, accommodating and the real feeling of being one Sai family. Not in words but in real practice; that we are ready to forgive, forget and embrace each other despite our shortcoming. Nobody is perfect.
Everybody has to grow together. Everyone has to pull their weights. That is the idea of this mission. The rest will happen. Shiva statue will come up. Hoards of people from around the world will come here. Muddenahalli will be right on top of the world pilgrimage map. It will happen because where God is, there has to be all these things. But what happens to us is the question that we must ask? Are we part of the bigger picture? Are we fitting in the storyline somewhere in a proper way, in an acceptable way to Swami? That is the question we must ask. His work will go on. No obstacles. No obstructions. Nobody can stop His will. It will perhaps appear like there is a delay but He knows exactly what His plans are.
