En este incidente Sri N. Kasturi nos cuenta, cuando Swami recupero el diamante legendario que adornaba el anillo en la nariz de la diosa Kanyakumari y luego lo envío de vuelta:
Se llevó a cabo en Kanyakumari en 1958. En el momento en que ocurrió, Baba estaba sentado en la playa con un pequeño grupo de devotos. Uno de los devotos había estado leyendo un libro sobre el centro de peregrinación allí, y Baba le preguntó que decía el libro sobre el templo.
El devoto contó la historia de un diamante que había adornado una vez la nariz de la diosa del templo. Fue un magnífico diamante, dijo que los piratas podían verlo brillando en el mar.
Así, que un día asaltaron el templo y se llevaron el diamante. El escritor del libro no sabía su destino posterior.
Después de escuchar la historia, Baba dijo: "¿quieres ver el diamante? Yo sé exactamente donde está ahora: yo puedo traerlo para que usted lo vea y enviarlo de vuelta antes de que su ausencia se note ".
Todos estuvieron de acuerdo que les gustaría ver el famoso diamante. Entonces Baba simplemente le dio unas palmaditas en la arena frente a Él, y de repente allí estaba el diamante resplandeciente! Lo levantó para que todos puedan verlo con claridad, y entonces simplemente desapareció de su mano.

All agreed eagerly that they would like to see the famous diamond. Whereupon Baba simply patted the sand in front of Him, and suddenly there was the glittering diamond! He held it up for everyone to see clearly, and then it simply vanished from His hand.
