Un informe sobre el Programa de Entrenadores de Maestros Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas, del Grupo III.
El programa de Maestros Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas, para el Grupo III de India, fue inaugurado el 15 de julio de 2011, el auspicioso día de Guru Purnima, por SMT Sarla Shah.
El Movimiento Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas fue desarrollado por Bhagavan Baba para el beneficio de la humanidad .
Cerca de 230 Entrenadores Maestros (190 Mahilas( mujeres) y 30 Caballeros) procedentes de todas las partes de la India. 10 observadores asistieron al programa.
En el discurso inaugural, Smt Vidya Srinivasan, la Coordinadora Nacional para Balvikas, destacó la importancia de dar insumos adecuados a los niños para el día a día, a través de Balvikas.
Añadió que el enfoque en los resultados esperados del Grupo III, debe ser el desarrollo de un grupo de niños que serían portadores de la antorcha de la Nación, con la capacidad de percibir la unidad subyacente en toda la creación, y reflejar los ideales de Bhagavan Baba en sus vidas.
El Presidente de la Org. para toda la India, Shri V Srinivasan, al tiempo que con un profundo conocimiento de la visión de Balvikas, destacó la necesidad de adaptarnos a la situación moderna, cambiando la modalidad de enseñanza, sin cambiar los valores fundamentales.

Exhortando a los gurus ha ser dinámicos y vibrantes, llamó a un cambio gradual en el enfoque de plan de estudios, orientado al enfoque de la actividad dirigida a allanar el camino para el aprendizaje experimental.
Shri Nimish Pandya, presidente del distrito Mumbai, resumió acertadamente el sello de Balvikas como "la experiencia nacida de la práctica, la inspiración a través de la vibración y la comunicación a través del amor y el servicio" .

Dr. Jumsai, Director del Instituto de Calidad de Educación, Tailandia, compartió sus experiencias de la fuerza transformadora del amor en la Escuela Sri Sathya Sai de Tailandia.
El programa fue una experiencia única de aprendizaje con exponentes como el doctor Gururaj Karajagi, quien explicó la importancia de la Bhagavad Gita, para afrontar los desafíos de la vida en el mundo de hoy.
Un mensaje tan profundo y sublime del Gita, fue transmitido de una manera sencilla con lucidez, dejando al público pidiendo más. La sesión inspirada en la vida de los luchadores por la libertad, se complemento con canciones patrióticas, transportando a la asamblea, a nostálgicos días pasados de la lucha por la libertad.
El arte de la gestión de los recursos propios, es decir, el pensamiento, la respiración , el tiempo, el inculcar el hábito del ahorro en los niveles físico, mental y espiritual y la importancia de la participación de la familia y la crianza de los hijos, fueron manejados con destreza para transmitir el mensaje.
Sin embargo, la guinda del pastel, fue la charla de inspiración en el "potencial transformador en el Grupo III y la integración de la conciencia social de Balvikas" por Shri Vijay Menon, que destacó la importancia de exponer a los niños a las realidades de la vida, con el fin de despertar la empatía con su medio, para facilitar el seva desinteresado.
Aunque el programa concluyó el 17 de julio, dejando una huella indeleble en los corazones de los participantes con entusiasmo, marcó el inicio de una nueva era en Balvikas, que anuncia un nuevo mañana.
En sus observaciones finales, el Presidente de la Org. para toda la India Shri Srinivasan, exhortó a la reunión que lleven el legado de amor de Bhagavan, a toda la creación.

The programme was a unique learning experience with speakers like Dr Gururaj Karajagi who explained the relevance of Bhagavad Gita in facing the challenges of life in today's world.
Such a profound and lofty message of the Gita was conveyed in a simple lucid way that left the audience asking for more. The inspiring session on the lives of freedom fighters complemented by patriotic songs transported the gathering, down memory lane to the bygone days of freedom struggle. The art of managing one's own resources, namely, thought, breath and time, inculcating the habit of savings at physical, mental and spiritual levels and the importance of family participation and Parenting were deftly handled by the speakers to drive home the message.
Using the spiritual diary as a means to strengthen the sadhana of self-audit was made easy by the speaker.
However, the icing on the cake was the inspiring session on "Transforming Potential in Group III and integrating social consciousness in Balvikas' by Shri Vijay Menon who stressed the importance of exposing children to the realities of life so as to arouse the empathy element in them to facilitate selfless seva.

Although the programme concluded on 17th July, leaving an indelible imprint in the hearts of the enthused participants, it marked the beginning of a new era in BalVikas to herald a new tomorrow. In his concluding remarks, the All India President Shri Srinivasan exhorted the gathering to carry Bhagavan's greatest legacy of love to all creation.
