Homenaje a la leyenda del amor puro: Otra Ofrenda musical en Mumbai.

Borivali samthi de  la Organizaciones Sai en Bombay, patrocino un programa de música maravilloso en el Dharmakshethra como tributo a la leyenda de amor puro. 

Shri. Shivamani, el bien conocido baterista, hizo una presentación emocionante con su banda de música. La presentación de una hora que realizó,  hechizo a la vasta audiencia, arrancando aplausos repetidos de los devotos que se habían reunido en las instalaciones Dharmakshethra.


Shri Shivamani recordó la rara oportunidad en que llegó a participar en un programa de música en la Divina Presencia en Prashanti Nilayam. Dio las gracias a Baba y los devotos de Sai en Bombay por invitarlo y darle la oportunidad de tocar para su amado señor.


Sivamani es el hijo de SM Anandan, un percusionista de Chennai . Comenzó con la batería a la edad de siete años. Sivamani comenzó su carrera musical a la edad de 11 años, y más tarde se trasladado a Bombay . Fue inspirado por Noel Grant y Billy Cobham . En el año 1990 compartió el escenario con Billy Cobham en Mumbai Rang Bhavan. Se promociona SP Balasubrahmanyam como su padrino.

Los primeros  experimentos con la música de Sivamani ,  fueron con maestros Carnatic  como Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan , Gopalakrishnan TV , Valliyapatti Subramaniam y Pazhanivel y L. Shankar . 

 El interprete de  tabla,  Zakir Hussain , lo invitó a compartir el escenario con él y Trilok Gurtu en un concierto de fusión en Mumbai. 

Sivamani desde entonces ha colaborado con varios músicos, incluyendo bancos Louis . 

Ha hecho giras mundiales con AR Rahman , y colaboró con él durante Bombay Dreams . 

También ha sido parte de un grupo musical llamado Shraddha que comprende Shankar Mahadevan , Hariharan, U. Srinivas y Mendonsa Loy .

Tribute to the Legend of Pure Love: Yet another Musical Offering in Mumbai
Mr. SHIVAMANI scintillates in Dharmakshethra 20/5/2012)

Borivali samthi of Sai Organizations in Mumbai sponsored a wonderful Music Programme in Dharmakshethra as Tribute to the Legend of Pure Love. Shri. Shivamani, the well known, drummer presented a thrilling presentation of Music band. The one hour presentation held the vast audience spell bound, drawing repeated applause from the housefull of devotees who had gathered in the Dharmakshethra premises.


Shri Shivamani recalled the rare chance he got to participate in a Fusion Music programme in the Divine Presence in Prashanthi Nilayam. He thanked Dear Baba and also the sai devotees in Mumbai for inviting him and giving chance to play for His Loving Lord.


Sivamani is the son of S. M. Anandan, a Chennai
-based percussionist. He began drumming at the age of seven. Sivamani started his music career at the age of 11, and later shifted to Mumbai
. He was inspired by Noel Grant
and Billy Cobham
. In 1990, he actually shared the stage with Billy Cobham at Mumbai's Rang Bhavan. He touts S. P. Balasubrahmanyam
as his Godfather
Sivamani's earliest experiments with music were with Carnatic

Bhagavan Baba se queda en la residencia de Sri. C.Ramachandran, en Pune.



Ir a lugares con Bhagavan es una cosa, pero vivir con Bhagavan es otra cosa. Sólo muy pocos devotos habían conseguido el privilegio de ser visitados y que Bhagavan permanezca en sus hogares. Uno de ellos era un devoto cercano de Bhagavan Baba en esos días, llamado C. Ramachandran, en cuya casa, Swami solía alojarse cada vez que Bhagavan decidía visitar Pune.

C. Ramachandran fue el asesor científico en  jefe,  jefe del Comando Sur, con sede central en Pune. Era un ardiente devoto de Sai Baba de Shirdi, Él vino a seguir y adorar a Bhagavan Sai Baba. Él aceptó a Baba después de dudar durante varios años.

Nosotros estábamos acostumbramos a  vivir con el primo de mi señora, en su casa de Khirkee en Pune. Fue inmediatamente después de la inauguración del Dharmakshethra, y después de la conclusión de la Primera Conferencia Mundial de la Organización Sri Sathya Sai, que Swami le dijo a Sri Ramachandran que iba a visitar su casa en Pune al día siguiente. 

En ese entonces, no había organización Sai en ese momento, no había nadie para ayudar en la organización en la visita divina. Su casa era un cuarto modesto y pequeño en Khirkee. 

Al día siguiente por la noche se corrió la voz y un gran número de devotos se reunieron allí, ocupando todo el espacio disponible en el recinto. 

Pude ver claramente la tensión en el desarrollo de la mente del Sr. Ramachandran, sin saber qué hacer y qué no hacer. 

Tarde cuando el darshan había terminado y los devotos se habían marchado. Devotos mayores como Sri. Kasthuri y otros que habían acompañado a Bhagavan, fueron llevados a un espacioso bungalow de otro devoto local, el Sr. Pestonjee.

Swami caminaba dentro de la casa, hablando con la gente de la familia. Al caer la noche, Swami preguntó bruscamente a Ramachandran, ¿qué debía hacer? Este es un modesto cuarto sin muebles decente, definitivamente no es apropiado para una personalidad divina como Baba. Ramachandran sólo pudo decir: "Swami,  voy a sugerir algo. Usted decida, Swami ". 

Swami miró a su alrededor, y encontró que era un pequeño cuarto de 10 'x 10'. 

Swami ordenó que un catre sea puesto en esa habitación, donde permanecería durante la noche. Ramachndran proporciono una cama de hierro, que fue puesta en la habitación. No había colchón. Una colcha de cama de algodón se extendió sobre la chapa de hierro de la cama, con un par de almohadas usadas. Después Swami cerró la puerta detrás de él, habiendo hablado de lo que aria al día siguiente, y se durmió. 

A las  4.00 AM nos despertamos, me bañe y me pare frente a la puerta cerrada, en espera de que Swami aparezca. Al amanecer Swami abrió la puerta y estaba de pie sonriéndonos. 

¡Oh! Esa cautivadora sonrisa, el señor y la señora Ramachanran pusieron guirnaldas a Bhagavan e hicieron Padanamaskar, seguidos de todos los miembros de la familia. Me asomé a la habitación para ver la cama utilizada. Pero parecía tan fresca como cuando la habíamos armado la noche anterior. Swami me miró y sonrió con picardía. Él comentó: "Swami nunca duerme! Pero, ¿todos durmieron bien? "

Pero,¿cómo íbamos a dormir, cuando tuvimos a el precioso Baba con nosotros en nuestra casa !!

Años más tarde, Swami le recordó al señor C. Ramachanddran que se quedo en su casa, cuando otros devotos ricos, estuvieron esperando a Swami toda la noche.

Bhagavan Baba stays in the residence of Sri. C.Ramachandran, Pune



Going places with Bhagavan is one thing, but living with Bhagavan is different thing. Only very few devotees had got the privilege of Bhagavan visiting and staying in their homes. One such a close devotee of Bhagavan Baba in those days was Sri. C. Ramachandran, in whose house, Swami used to stay whenever Bhagavan chose to visit Pune.

Sri. C. Ramachandran was the Chief Scientific Advisor, to the Chief of Southern Command, with head quarters in Pune. An ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba, He came to follow and worship Bhagavan Sai Baba. He accepted Baba after hesitating for several years.

Mrs. Thankam Ramachandran was the cousin of my wife and we used to go and live with them in their Khirkee Home. Pune. It was immediately after the inauguration of Dharmakshethra, and after conclusion of First World Conference of Sri Sathya Sai Organization, that Swami told Sri Ramachandran that Swami will be visiting their Home in Pune the next day. Since, there was no Sai Organiation at that time, there was nobody to assist in organizing the Divine visit. His house was a modest defense quarters in Khirkee with a small compound. The next day evening the word has spread and a large number of devotees gathered there, occupying every available space in the compound. I could clearly see the tension developing in Mr. Ramachandran’s mind, not knowing what to do and what not to do. Evening darshan was over and devotees had departed. Senior devotees like Sri. Kasthuri and others who had accompanied Bhagavan, were taken to a spacious bungalow of another local devotee, Mr. Pestonjee for night stay.

Swami was moving around inside the home, talking to family people like us. At nightfall Swami abruptly asked Ramachandran, what should He do? It was a modest government quarters without any decent furniture, definitely not appropriate for a Divine personality like Baba. Sri. Ramachandran could only say, “Swami, I will not suggest anything. It is all upto you to decide, Swami”. Swami looked around, and found that there was small 10’ x 10’ extended room, which was a slopped titled extension. Swami directed that a cot be put in that room, where He would stay for the night. Ramachndran provided a single Iron cot, which was put in the room. There was no mattress. A cotton bed sheet was spread on the iron sheet of the cot, with couple of used pillows. After Swami closed the door behind Him, we talked about the next day’s arrangements, and slept off. By 4.00 AM we were woke up, took bath and stood opposite the closed door, waiting for Swami to show up. At early dawn Swami opened the door and was standing smiling at us. Oh! That captivating smile, told several emotions from Bhagavan. Sri. Ramachandran and Mrs. Thankam Ramachanran garlanded Bhagavan and took Padanamaskar, followed all family members. I peeped into the room to see the used Bed. But it looked as fresh as we had set it the previous night. Swami watched me and smiled mischievously. He commented, “Swami never sleeps! But did you all sleep well?”

But how could we have slept, when we had the precious Baba with us in the same shelter!!!!

Years later, Swami reminded Mr. C.Ramachanddran about his Stay in their home, when other rich devotees, were waiting for Swami all the night.

Q: A veces uno tiene la sensación de que uno está muy cerca de Dios y otras veces uno siente que Dios se ha movido muy lejos. Swami me explica los motivos de esos sentimientos?

Swami: Los celos y la ira son los responsables de estos sentimientos. Si éstos están controlados, entonces uno está en posición de controlar el Espíritu Supremo (Paramatma). Es decir, Swami se acerca, de lo contrario, parece lejos de ti. A veces los chicos (se refiere aquí a sus muchachos de la universidad) no entiendo por qué Swami parece estar enojado con ellos. Tienen que darse cuenta de sus pensamientos, que Swami sabe, ellos son responsables de las reacciones de Swami.

Aquí hay una pequeña historia. Una vez el rey Akbar fue informado por algunos de sus nobles musulmanes, que Guru Nanak estaba disfrutando de gran popularidad entre un gran sector de la población musulmana. Akbar tenía una madre hindú, así que era muy tolerante hacia los no musulmanes, e invitó a Guru Nanak a visitar su palacio. Pero, Nanak rechazó la invitación y le dijo: "Sólo tengo un rey y ese es Dios. Reyes mundanos están allí y mañana ya no. Rindo homenaje sólo a Dios. "

Akbar se dio cuenta de la sabiduría en la respuesta de Nanak, por lo que invitó a Nanak a orar en una mezquita. En la mezquita, el gurú Nanak, genero una conmoción por reírse en voz alta cuando el sacerdote comenzó a recitar las oraciones. Su reacción se basa en tus pensamientos y no en tu comportamiento externo.

Q: Sometimes one gets a feeling that One is very close to God and at other times one feels that God has moved very far away. Would Swami please explain the reasons for those feelings?

Swami : Jealousy and anger are responsible for these feelings. If these are controlled, then one is in a position to control the Supreme Spirit (Paramatma). That is, Swami comes near, otherwise he appears far from you. Sometimes the boys (referring here to His college boys) do not understand as to why Swami appears to be angry with them. They have to realize that their thoughts, which Swami knows, are responsible for Swami's reactions.

Here is a small story. Once King Akbar was informed by some of his Moslem noblemen, that Guru Nanak was enjoying great popularity with a large section of the Moslem population and he should be firmly put down. Now Akbar had a Hindu mother, so he was very tolerant towards non-Moslems and he invited Guru Nanak to visit his palace. But, Nanak refused the invitation and said, "I have only one King and that is God. Worldly kings are there and gone tomorrow. I pay homage only to
God."

Akbar realized the wisdom in Nanak's reply, so he invited Nanak to pray in a mosque. At the mosque, Guru Nanak created a commotion by laughing loudly when the priest began to recite the prayers. All those assembled there were angry with Nanak, but Akbar counseled patience. Then Akbar began to recite the prayers and to the surprise, Nanak began laughing even louder. Now Akbar demanded an explanation of Nanak's behaviour and in reply Nanak said, "You were thinking of your Arabian horses (Akbar had received these as a gift the day before) during the recitation of your prayers and the priest was thinking of his ill son. So what could I do but laugh at this hypocrisy." His reaction was based on their thoughts and not on their external behaviour.

Prashanti hoy - Sangeetha Vibhavari por el distrito de Ranga Reddy ...


Más de 1.100 devotos del Distrito de Ranga Reddy, llegaron en un Yatra Pavitra Parthi (peregrinaje sagrado a Prashanti Nilayam) ayer por la tarde. Se llevaron a cabo una serie de oración a Lalita Sahasranama Parayanam esta mañana a las 11:00 horas y un Satsangam (reunión espiritual) en al 14:45hrs . y se escucho a un orador de renombre antes de discutir diversos temas.

En 17:15hrs, el Presidente del Distrito de Sri Ramakuchel presentó un informe de las actividades de los servicios del Distrito de Ranga Reddy, en el salón Sai Kulwant en la Divina Presencia. 

A partir del discurso de agradecimiento se presento un el drama sobre recuerdos de Radha Krishna, que se presentó el 26 de julio de 2009. 

A continuación, enumeró las distintas actividades de la organización en el marco del Programa Integrado de Pueblo, Cuidado de la Agricultura, atención sociosanitaria, Medi-Care y Deena Proyecto Jano Dharana.

Esto fue seguido por un concierto de música titulado "Sangita Vibhavari 'que resonó en toda la sala con melodía y brillante devoción. Todos los aspectos del programa, incluyendo la narración, las voces y los instrumentos,  fueron muy agradables. La canción 'Veyi Kannulu Chaaluvu Manaku "fue particularmente conmovedora. Llegaron a la conclusión del programa con 'Rama Sathya Sai, Saketa Sarvabhouma'. El Arati se ofreció a las 18:30hrs.

A las 19:00hrs se inició un Rathothsavam, una procesión de carros de Sri Sathya Sai Baba, desde el templo de Sri Swami Venugopala por el pueblo. 

El programa continuará mañana con un drama titulado Sarvadevatateetam Sri Sayeeshwaram a las 17:20hrs.

Prasanthi today - Sangeetha Vibhavari by Ranga Reddy District...


Over 1100 devotees from Ranga Reddy District arrived on a Pavitra Parthi Yatra (sacred pilgrimage to Prasanthi Nilayam) last evening. They conducted a group prayer of Lalita Sahasranama Parayanam this morning at 1100 hrs and a Satsangam (Spiritual gathering) at at 1445hrs were they listened to a renowned orator before discussing various topics.

At 1715hrs, the District President Sri Ramakuchel presented a report of the service activities of Ranga Reddy District at the Sai Kulwant hall in the Divine Presence. Starting the speech with gratitude of the memories of the Radha Krishna drama, they presented on 26th July 2009. He then enumerated the various activities by the organisation under the Village Integrated Programme, Agri Care, Socio Care, Medi Care and Deena Jano Dharana Project.

This was followed by a music concert entitled ‘Sangita Vibhavari’ that resounded all over the hall with brilliant melody and devotion. Every aspect of the programme including the narration, the vocals and the instrumentals was extremely enjoyable. The song ‘Veyi Kannulu Chaaluvu Manaku‘ was particularly moving. They concluded the programme with ‘Sathya Sai Rama, Saketa Sarvabhouma‘. Arati was offered at 1830hrs.

At 1900hrs there commenced a Rathothsavam, a chariot procession of Sri Sathya Sai Baba from the Sri Venugopala Swami temple in the village. The programme will continue tomorrow with a drama entitled Sarvadevatateetam Sri Sayeeshwaram at 1720hrs.

Durante las celebraciones Janmastami Krishna de 1982,  los chicos tenían a cargo, como de costumbre, las vacas del Sathya Sai Gokulam en procesión al Mandir de Prashanti. 

Un estudiante en la procesión, tenía los pies bastante pisoteados por una vaca y estaba sangrando muy fuertemente, un hecho que nadie sabía. 

Justo antes de entrar al Mandir, cuando la procesión se había detenido, el muchacho corrió hasta el grifo cerca del Mandir Ganesha y se lavó los pies para quitar la sangre, pero él estaba con un dolor muy severo.

Después de unos minutos, Swami salio y vio la procesión,  luego se acercó a las vacas, y Swami sólo se detuvo cerca de la vaca que el muchacho llevaba y le dio unas palmaditas, ya que era la única vaca que se estaba comportando de una manera extraña y áspera, Swami también le dio al muchacho vibuthi prasadam y Padanamaskar.

Todo el mundo se sorprendió de que Swami pasó casi todo el tiempo cerca de ese niño y la vaca, cerca de la cual él estaba de pie. 

Cuando Swami se alejó después de acariciar la espalda del niño, el pequeño estaba llorando, al darse cuenta que milagrosamente la gran herida en la pierna había desaparecido por completo.

During the 1982 Krishna Janmastami Celebrations, All the boys had as usual assembled with the Cows from the Sathya Sai Gokulam in the Prasanthi Mandir. A Student in the cow procession had his feet badly trampled by a Cow and was bleeding very heavily,a fact that no one knew. Just before entering the Mandir when the procession had stopped, the boy ran to the tap near the Ganesha Mandir and washed His Feet to remove the blood , but he was in the Most Severe pain.

After a Few minutes, Swami came and watched the Procession and then went near the Cows, Swami stopped only near the Cow which the Boy was holding and patted it as it was the only cow which was behaving in a strange and rough Manner, Swami also gave the Boy Vibuthi Prasadam and Padanamaskar.

Everyone was surprised that Swami spent almost the whole time near that boy and the cow near which he was standing. When Swami moved away after patting his back, the Boy was in tears, Then he Noticed that Miraculously the Big Wound in His Leg had completely Dissapeared.
