Prasanthi Vidhwan Mahasabha ...

Los Yajnas (sacrificios) no se hacen aquí de manera rutinaria, con expectativas o metas mundanas, sino que se llevan a cabo más desinteresadamente por el bienestar universal, se escucho un audio discurso de Bhagavan que fue retransmitido en la primera noche de Prasanthi Vidwaan Mahasabha 2012, aquí en Prashanti Nilayam.

Anteriormente, el proceso se inició con los cantos Vedicos a las 16:30 hrs.. Duró diez minutos, antes de los pequeñines de la Escuela Primaria se hicieran cargo de cantar el Namakam durante otros diez minutos.

En la primera sesión de Prasanthi Vidhwaan Mahasabha,  hubo dos oradores que compartieron el podio ilustrando al público. Los exponentes fueron Sri Ruchir Desai, Asst. Profesor del Campus Brindavan, y el Dr. Nori Surya Narayana Murthy, estudioso erudito en sánscrito y en Telugu.





Hablando con referencia al discurso Divino de Bhagavan con motivo del primer  Vidwaan Mahasabha en Prasanthi,  cincuenta años atrás, Sri Ruchir Desai habló sobre el Yajna, sacrificio y el significado de las oblaciones, citando a Bhagavan, mencionando una historia personal que ilustra el amor desinteresado de Bhagavan. Al concluir su discurso Sri Desai dijo que Bhagavan vivio cada momento por los demás, vivió  su mensaje: "Mi vida es mi mensaje".





Dr. Nori Surya Narayana Murthy, el orador invitado para el día, habló con elocuencia sobre la gloria de la "Sundara Kanda 'en la épica Ramayana. El orador expuso las virtudes supremas de Hanuman, que le allanaron el cariño del Señor Rama y lo puso como ejemplo a seguir y emular , para los jóvenes. Por último el Dr. Moorthy Bhagavan describe como la reencarnación del Señor Ramachandra, descendio para la promoción y protección del Dharma. El discurso esclarecedor del  Dr. Murthy fue entrelazado con hermosas representaciones poéticas cantando glorias al Señor, que ilustra varias historias.





A partir de entonces, los talentos en ciernes del Campus Brindavan, presentaron una ofrenda musical conmovedora, cantando alabanzas a Bhagavan en sus diversas manifestaciones. Algunos de los números eran "Aum Namah Shivaya ..." y "Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva ...", etc





A principios de el Prof. Anantaraman , en la actualidad Coordinador de los medios de comunicación  de Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, también profesor de alto nivel del Departamento de Estudios de Gestión, ISSSES , habló de la leyenda y la evolución de Prasanthi Vidwaan Mahasabha en la Divina Presencia. A partir de una referencia a la leyenda de la festividad de Dasara, el profesor Anantaraman dio una visión general de la evolución de la 'asamblea arquetipo "de la más alta morada divina, antes de narrar su experiencia personal con Bhagavan con referencia a la Mahasabha .

Sri Aman Jhaveri, Research Scholar , ISSSES, Prashanti Nilayam Campus, realizo la agradable tarea de hacer la introducción por altavoces a la asamblea.

Mientras los  bhajans continuaban el orador invitado fue felicitado por el profesor Sashidhara Prasad, VC, ISSSES. Prasadam se distribuyó a todo los presentes y el Mangala Arathi se ofreció a las 19:10 hrs.

Yajnas are not done here in a routine way, with any worldly expectations or goals; they are performed most selflessly for universal welfare, echoed Bhagawan when a discourse audio was relayed in the first evening of Prasanthi Vidwaan Mahasabha 2012 here in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Earlier, the proceedings began with Veda chanting at 1630 hrs., lasted ten minutes, before tiny tots from the Primary School took over chanting Namakam for another ten minutes.

In the first session of Prasanthi Vidhwaan Mahasabha, ensemble of learned speakers, there were two speakers sharing the podium enlightening the audience. The speakers were Sri Ruchir Desai, Asst. Professor, Brindavan Campus and Dr. Nori Surya Narayana Murthy, en erudite scholar in Sanskrit and Telugu.





Speaking with reference to Bhagawan’s Divine discourse on the occasion of first Prasanthi Vidwaan Mahasabha, half-a-century ago, Sri Ruchir Desai spoke about Yajna, Sacrifice and the purport of oblations quoting Bhagawan, summing up mentioning a personal story illustrating Bhagawan’s selfless love. Concluding his speech Sri Desai said, Bhagawan lived every moment for others, living His message ‘My Life Is My Message.”





Dr. Nori Surya Narayana Murthy, the guest speaker for the day, spoke eloquently on the glory of ‘Sundara Kanda’ in the epic Ramayana. The speaker expounded the supreme virtues of Hanumanji which endeared him to Lord Rama and made him stand as a role model for the youth to emulate. Lastly Dr. Moorthy described Bhagawan as the reincarnation of Lord Ramachandra Who descended down to foster and protect Dharma. Dr. Murthy’s enlightening speech was entwined with beautiful poetic renderings singing glories to Lord, illustrating various stories.





Thereafter, budding talents from the Brindavan Campus presented a soulful musical offering singing paeans to Bhagawan in His varied manifestations. Some of the numbers were “Aum Namah Shivaya…” and “Dorakuna Ituvanti Seva…” etc.





Earlier Prof Anantaraman, currently Media Co-ordinator with Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, also a senior faculty with Dept. Of Management Studies, SSSIHL spoke on the legend and evolution of Prasanthi Vidwaan Mahasabha in the immediate Divine Presence. Beginning with a reference to the legend of Dasara festivity, Prof Anantaraman gave an overview of the evolution of the ‘archetype assembly’ of the highest Divine Abode, before narrating his personal experience with Bhagawan with reference to the Mahasabha.

Sri Aman Jhaveri, Research Scholar with SSSIHL, Prasanthi Nilayam Campus performed the pleasant task of introducing the speakers to the august assembly.

Even as bhajans continued the guest speaker was felicitated by Prof Sashidhara Prasad, VC, SSSIHL. Prasadam was distributed to the entire assembly and Mangala arathi was offered at 1910 hrs.
