Swami dice en un maravilloso discurso el 25 de agosto de 1999, que "La palabra (Krishna) tiene tres significados:


(1) "Krushathi Iti-Krishna" es decir, "el que ara se llama Krishna." El campo aquí simboliza el corazón. El corazón debe estar limpio de malezas (malas cualidades). Debe estar lleno de amor. Las semillas de el nombre del Señor se debe sembrar en él. Krishna es el que inspira al devoto a hacer todo esto.


(2) "Karshathi Iti-Krishna" es decir, "El que llama se llama Krishna." Krishna tiene el poder supremo de la atracción. Por sus palabras, su deporte, su música y todos sus actos, atrae a todas las personas. Este poder de atracción divino está presente en todo el mundo. Por lo tanto, todo el mundo es potencialmente Krishna.


(3) "Kushyathi Iti-Krishna" es decir, "El que da la felicidad se llama Krishna." Todo el mundo busca la felicidad. El Divino, que es la encarnación de la felicidad, está en ti. 
Dios quiere que seas feliz, pero no se dan cuenta. Trata de reconocer la fuente de la felicidad dentro de ti. La verdadera naturaleza del hombre es ser infeliz. Cuando alguien está triste, la gente alrededor de él están preocupados por él. Usted siempre debe ser feliz, porque eres la encarnación del Atma. No ceder al paso de las preocupaciones.

Swami says in a Wonderful Discourse on 25th August 1999, that "The word (Krishna) has three meanings:


(1) "Krushathi-ithi Krishna" that is, "The One who ploughs is called Krishna." The field here symbolizes the heart. The heart should be cleared of weeds (evil qualities). It should be filled with love. The seeds of the Lord's name should be sown in it. Krishna is the one who inspires the devotee to do all this.


(2) "Karshathi-ithi Krishna" that is, "The One who attracts is called Krishna." Krishna has the supreme power of attraction. By His words, His sport, His music and all His actions, He attracts all people. This power of Divine attraction is present in everyone. Hence, everyone is potentially Krishna.


(3) "Kushyathi-ithi Krishna" that is, "The One who imparts bliss is called Krishna." Everyone seeks happiness. The Divine, who is the embodiment of happiness, is in you. God wants you to be happy, but you do not realize it. Try to recognize the source of bliss within you. It is not the true nature of man to be unhappy. When anyone is sad, people around him are concerned about him. You should always be happy, because you are the embodiment of the Atma. Never give way to worry.
