La historia detrás de esta foto: (Centro Sai Malleswaram en Bangalore)
En el mes de febrero, me encontraba en la ciudad de Bangalore. Algunos centros Sai aprovechado esta oportunidad organizaron reuniones de sahsangh. Hablé en el Samithi Sai(Centro Sai) en Marthahalli en el camino al viejo aeropuerto, y también en un Mandali Bhajan en el Poorvankara Apartments en la misma zona.
En otro Samithi Sai llamado"Malleswaram", tuve el privilegio de hablar. El sathsangh contó con la presencia de más de 300 devotos.
Deseo mencionar algunas palabras en el Samithi Malleswaram . El año pasado se celebraron las Bodas de Oro de este Samithi, (50 años de servicio amoroso). . Una distinción única para una organización espiritual! Yo admiraba y tenía ganas de saber más sobre ellos.
Usted está viendo una copia de dos fotografías para esta historia. El 19 de noviembre de 1961, estas fotografías fueron traídas personalmente por el mismo Bhagavan Baba, a la residencia del Sr. Dr. Dschander, y Sra. Rathna Chandar, y las instaló como una marca inaugurando el primer Centro Sai Bhajan en todo el mundo. En los años de 50, 60 y 70 del siglo pasado, Swami solía visitar Malleswaram muy a menudo. Estas dos fotos están colocadas en el altar del Samithi.
En el año 1965, en un discurso divino en Malleswaram, Swami mencionó:

Story behind this Photo: 101 (Malleswaram Sai Center In Bangalore)
In the month of February, I happened to be in the city of Bangalore. Few Sai centers availed this opportunity and organized few sahsangh meetings. I spoke in the Sai Samithi in Marthahalli in the old Airport road, and also in a Bhajan Mandali in the Poorvankara Apartments in the same area.
One other Sai Samithi which I had the privilege of speaking was, “Malleswaram”. The sathsangh was attended by over 300 devotees.
I wish to mention a few words on Malleswaram Samithi. Last year they celebrated the Golden Jubilee of this Samithi, (50 years of Loving service). . A unique distinction for a spiritual organization! I admired and was keen to know more about them.
You are seeing copies of two photographs for this story. On the 19th November 1961, these photographs were personally brought by Bhagavan Baba Himself, to the residence of Mr. Dr. D.S.Chander, and Mrs. Rathna Chandar, and installed them as a mark of inauguration
of a first ever Sai Bhajan Center anywhere in the world. In the years of 50s, 60s, and 70s of last century, Swami used to visit Malleswaram very often. Along with couple of big Photographs, these two photos are also finding their place in the Altar of the Samithi.
In the year 1965, in a Divine speech in Malleswaram, Swami mentioned:
“ Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka people and Malleswaram is like the head of the city. Here the Bhajan Mandali is run and they are also celebrating functions in connection with the Prashanthi Vidwan Mahasabha, Kannada Branch,. Make the best use of this chance, all of you” --- Baba
