EL PROFESOR ANIL KUMAR EN EL ENCUENTRO ESTATAL DE LA OSSB DE KERALA.

Sri Sathya Sai Mahothsavam es el título con el que se denomina a los grandes eventos, como es este encuentro anual de coordinadores de la organización Sai en el estado de Kerala.
A dicha reunión extraordinaria han acudido cerca de un millar de delegados, en la primera jornada de trabajo inaugurada esta mañana por el Vice- Presidente Nacional de la organización Sr. Ramani.
En sus palabras de apertura, este alto cargo ha hecho un llamamiento al trabajo en equipo, ahora que se hace más necesario que nunca, tras la desaparición física de la figura del Maestro.
A continuación intervino Nimish Pandya, Vice-Presidente Nacional llegado directamente de Mumbai, que hizo especial hincapié en que la organización, si tiene una razón de ser por encima de todo en este momento, es para nuestra transformación en ejemplos practicantes del amor. Esa, -dijo-, será la seña de identidad de un verdadero devoto.
Tras la pausa de mediodía intervino el profesor Anil Kumar, con una encendida charla de casi dos horas de duración.
El que fuera traductor oficial de Sai Baba arranca los aplausos y contagia al público con su entusiasmo, dondequiera que inicia y ameniza sus charlas con sus acostumbrados bhajans y citas de los cantos védicos para ilustrar sus conferencias.
Eso fue lo que sucedió una vez más esta tarde, en que el Profesor despertó a la audiencia del sopor de los más de treinta grados centígrados, en el bochorno de la sobremesa malabar.
En esta ciudad sureña de Cochín han sonado de nuevo fuertes sus aseveraciones.
El profesor ha hecho un nuevo llamamiento a los devotos a no convertir su libertad en esclavitud, especialmente a los altos cargos a quienes reclamó más responsabilidad que nunca.
Anil Kumar se refirió específicamente, al inexcusable cometido que tienen los dirigentes de la organización en transmitir el mensaje original e inalterado de Sai Baba a las nuevas generaciones de jóvenes, que no pudieron acceder a las palabras del maestro en el tiempo que duró Su presencia física entre nosotros.
“Es profesor el que profesa”, -insistió-. “No más reglas y sí más transformación de nuestro carácter, porque lo que no ha sido dicho por Sai Baba, que no lo venga a decir ahora nadie en su nombre”, aclaró al final de su intervención.
A su charla de esta tarde bajo el lema “El papel de los altos cargos, hoy”, le seguirá mañana la que pondrá fin a su visita y al encuentro estatal de los coordinadores de Kerala que llevará por título: “De devoto a trabajador activo”.
El cierre del encuentro previsto para las tres y media de la tarde de mañana domingo, contará entre otros oradores, con la intervención de Sri.Sathyajith, profesor de las Escuelas Sai, que hablará sobre Vidya Vahini.
Éste es un proyecto coordinado por él para favorecer el acceso de los alumnos a la informática, a internet y a las comunicaciones en red.
Dado que este devoto y estudiante de Swami fue Su asistente personal durante los últimos años de vida del Avatar, su presencia despierta gran expectación, dada la escasez con la que se prodiga en sus apariciones públicas.
