En un satsang que tuvo lugar en la presencia divina en el Estambul, Turquía, el 3 de abril de 2017, un devoto solicita orientación sobre la liberación del alma.
Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:
Pregunta: ¿Cómo podemos liberar el alma?
Swami: ¿Cómo sales de esta habitación? Abres la puerta, y sales . La mente es la llave de la puerta, la conexión entre el alma y el cuerpo. Si gira la llave hacia la derecha, la puerta se abrirá y podrá salir. Si gira la llave hacia la izquierda, se bloqueará, sin permitir salir. Por lo tanto, voltea la mente hacia Dios y recuérdese a sí mismo: "Yo soy Dios, soy Dios, soy Dios", y eventualmente se liberará. Simplemente decir "Yo soy Dios" no es suficiente. Tienes que hablar como Dios, caminar como Dios, pensar como Dios, hablar como Dios y comportarte como Dios en todo momento.
Cuando llega un pensamiento, pregúntate si es un pensamiento divino o un pensamiento mundano y elige correctamente. Cuando tengas que pronunciar una palabra, considera si la palabra es divina o terrenal. Al realizar cualquier acción, considera si esa acción te ayudará a ser divino o vas a crear más servidumbre para ti. Del mismo modo, en todos los aspectos, discrimina con este criterio: 'yo soy Dios; debería estar pensando, hablando o haciendo este tipo de cosas?'
Cada vez que elijas sentimientos piadosos sobre los sentimientos mundanos, te acercarás un poco más a la puerta, por lo que con el tiempo, terminarás con esta servidumbre. Si tu cuerpo, tus pensamientos, palabras y acciones se convierten en instrumentos de Dios, y nada de usted.

Haber aprendido hoy, pero olvidarlo mañana, no va a ser de alguna utilidad. Es como comer un día, y al siguiente, no. Se come cuatro veces al día, todos los días. Del mismo modo, la buenas compañías es como la comida que alimenta la mente. La comida, no es sólo lo que entra en la boca; es lo que se ve, lo que se escucha, lo que se toca y donde quiera que vaya. Todo eso es alimento para la mente. Discrimina y mantengan la compañía de gente buena, y su bondad crecerá, ese es el camino a Dios.

And here is what Swami said:
Question: How do we liberate the soul?
Swami: How do you go out of this room? Open the door, go outside. The mind is the key to the door, the connection between the soul and the body. If you turn the key to the right, the door will open, allowing you to go outside. If you turn the key towards the left, it will lock, not allowing for an exit. Therefore, turn the mind towards God, reminding yourself, ‘I am God, I am God, I am God’, which will eventually liberate you. Simply saying, “I am God,” is not enough. You have to talk like God, walk like God, think like God, speak like God and behave like God at all times.
When a thought comes, ask if is it a divine thought or a worldly thought and choose correctly. When you must utter a word, consider if the word is divine or worldly. When you undertake any action, consider whether that action will help you become divine or will create more bondage for you. Likewise, in every aspect, discriminate with this yardstick: ‘I am God; should I be thinking, speaking or doing things like this?’ Every time you choose godly feelings over worldly feelings, it brings you one step closer to the door, so that eventually, you will be finished with this bondage. Your body, your thoughts, words and actions will become instruments of God and nothing of you.
Such good feelings come only in good company. If you are in the company of good people, your mind will only think good and you will do only good, because that is the way to God. Run away from the company of selfish, worldly people, and join the company of noble, selfless devotees. Because of this, I urge all the devotees, all the people who are here, to meet often in good company, discuss good things and share their experiences about how doing good is helping you. Doing so will help you progress together.
Having learnt today, but forgetting it tomorrow, is not going to be of any use. Do you eat one day, but not the next? You eat four times a day, every day. Likewise, good company is like food that feeds the mind. Food is not just that which goes inside the mouth; it is what you see, what you hear, what you touch and where you go. All of that is food to the mind. Discriminate and be in the company of good people, and your goodness will grow, which is the way to God.

El 26 de noviembre de 2017, Swami junto con el Ministro Principal de Maharashtra como anfitrión y una galaxia de personas de todo el mundo, seguirá bendiciendo a los niños de la India y del mundo que tengan una enfermedad del corazón, sentando las bases para otro majestuoso Hospital de Corazón Infantil en Mumbai. En realidad no es nada trascendente y milagroso para todos nosotros y es una bendición ser testigo y participar en un gran servicio que Swami está haciendo en varias partes de la geografía de nuestro país. Tantos miles de niños y especialmente en Mumbai siendo lo que es, llevara el servicio gratuito a aquellos que no pueden pagar, pero que están sufriendo, y posiblemente esperando morir, para todos esos padres, Swami se convierte en su Padre Divino al darles vida. Para ver eso, por ser parte de eso y por desempeñar algún papel, hoy, mañana y en los tiempos por venir, esta gran Institución de Swami está establecida no sólo para curar a los niños, sino también establecer por primera vez en el país y posiblemente en El mundo, un centro de entrenamiento para las habilidades cardíacas pediátricas. Esta es una institución única por la que el gobierno está muy orgulloso y con interés para entrenar a los paramédicos, enfermeras y médicos en ciernes, para adquirir habilidades de trabajo cardíaco pediátrico, para que podamos ofrecer cuidados, no sólo en Mumbai, sino a gente de diferentes partes del mundo.

On November 26th, 2017, Swami along with the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and a host and galaxy of people from all over the world will be blessing the children of India and the world who have heart disease by laying the foundation for yet another majestic Child Heart Hospital in Mumbai. It is truly nothing short of momentous and miraculous for all of us and a blessing to be witness and participating in such a great service that Swami is rendering to several parts of the geography of our country. So many thousands of children and especially Mumbai being what it is, to bring free service to those who cannot afford but who are suffering and possibly waiting to die, to all those parents Swami becomes their Divine parent in the form of giving them life. To see that, to be part of that and to play some role, today, tomorrow and the times to come, this great institution Swami is setting up for not just curing children but also setting up for the first time in the country and possibly in the world a training center for Pediatric Cardiac skills. This is a unique institution for which the Government there is extremely proud and looking forward to train budding Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors in acquiring skills of Pediatric cardiac work so that not just in Mumbai, but in different parts of the world we are able to offer care.

Esta es una buena noticia y como todo lo bueno, debe compartirse de inmediato. Lo malo debe ser pospuesto. Una vez más, la noticia es un hospital en forma de corazón, el sello distintivo de los Hospitales Pediátricos de Atención Cardíaca de Swami.
El 26 de noviembre de 2017, se colocará la PIEDRA FUNDAMENTAL y dentro de un año (¡ni un día más ni uno menos!), Se realizará la primera cirugía esta vez en MUMBAI.
De nuevo, lo que ven hoy no es lo que ha sucedido hoy. Durante años, Indulal Shah y otros, han orado y vinieron a Swami, porque querían hacer un Hospital en Mumbai. Lo intentaron de muchas maneras. Ese no era el momento adecuado. Pero la semilla que se sembró entonces, en la temporada correcta ahora está brotando, y se convertirá en un hospital, único en su tipo que también entrenará a los médicos.
Hemos viajado por todo el mundo. Están comenzando Hospitales en Fiji, Sri Lanka y Nigeria. Pero el único problema principal al que nos hemos enfrentado es que no hay médicos adecuados que estén capacitados. ¿Cuánto tiempo podemos ir y servir allí.? Debemos entrenar a sus propios médicos para servir a su propia gente.
Con esta única intención, ÚNICO DE SU TIPO EN EL MUNDO, UN HOSPITAL COMPLETAMENTE DEDICADO AL CUIDADO CARDÍACO PEDIÁTRICO, LIBRE DE CARGOS, JUNTO CON PROGRAMA DE ENTRENAMIENTO (QUE SERÁ GRATUITO PARA TODOS LOS DOCTORES QUE VIENEN DE TODAS PARTES DEL MUNDO OBTENDRÁN ENTRENAMIENTO ESPECÍFICO).
Esta es la forma en que la misión se va a expandir. ¡El corazón debería tener expansión de amor , no contracción !, Raipur, Palwal y ahora Mumbai.

"One of its kind in the world completely dedicated pediatric cardiac care hospital which is free along with the training programme".
It is a good news and anything good should be shared immediately. Bad should be postponed. Again, this is going to be a heart shaped hospital, the very hallmark of Swami's pediatric cardiac care hospitals. On Nov 26, 2017, the foundation stone will be laid and within a year (not one day more or less!), first surgery will be performed in Mumbai. Again what you see today is not what has happened today. For years, Indulal Shah and others, have prayed and they came to Swami, wanted to do a hospital in Mumbai. They tried so many ways. That was not the right time. But the seed that was sown then in the right season now is sprouting and it is going to grow into a hospital, one of its kind which will also train doctors. We have traveled around the world. They are starting hospitals in Fiji, Sri Lanka and Nigeria. But the one main issue that we have faced is there are no proper doctors who are trained. How long can we go and serve there. We must train their own doctors to serve their own people. With this sole intention, ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE WORLD COMPLETELY DEDICATED PEDIATRIC CARDIAC CARE HOSPITAL WHICH IS FREE ALONG WITH TRAINING PROGRAMME (WHICH IS AGAIN FREE FOR ALL THE DOCTORS WHO COME FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO GET TRAINED). This is the way the mission is going to expand. Heart should have expansion love, not contraction!, Raipur, Palwal and now Mumbai. Like this in future Gujarat, Kolkata, Odisha.. one by one it is going to increase. That is the pure expansion love. Everybody must develop that kind of love. Swami aconseja a un devoto._Máximas de conducta, atesóralas, ponlas en práctica, y se feliz.
Tú también encuentras dificultoso todo lo que escribo y explico y por eso me pides que te diga lo más importante ¿no es así? Pero mira, los Nombres tienen su esencia, los temas sobre los cuales preguntas son distintos. Aunque su objetivo y resultado final sea uno, las prácticas y los caminos de actividades no pueden ser uno. ¡No se pueden condensar en una sola palabra!
De todas formas, te daré ahora algunas joyas elegidas, máximas de conducta que son muy importantes. Colecciónalas y atesóralas bien. Experiméntalas bien, ponlas en práctica y obtén alegría de ellas. Usa esas joyas y te embellecerás.
1 - El Amor que se manifiesta en todas las cosas igualmente, sabe que este mismo Amor es el Alma Universal, es Dios.
2 - Este Amor dirigido hacia Dios es devoción, esta es la prueba fundamental, la adquisición de devoción.
3 - Convéncete de que no hay nada más grandioso que la Verdad, nada más precioso, nada más dulce y nada más duradero.
4 - Debes estar atento a los cuatro pecados que tu lengua estará dispuesta a cometer:
1) hablar falsamente;
2) hablar mal de los demás;
3) contestar con furia y
4) hablar demasiado. Debes tratar de controlar estas tendencias.
5 - Trata de evitar los cinco pecados que comete el cuerpo: el homicidio, el adulterio, el robo, el ingerir tóxicos y consumir carne. Para lograr una vida elevada es de gran ayuda mantener éstos lo más lejos posible.
6 - Uno debe estar siempre alerta, sin un momento de descuido contra los ocho pecados que comete la mente: deseo, ira, gula, apego, impaciencia, odio, egoísmo, orgullo. El deber primordial del hombre es mantener todo esto a una distancia prudente.
7 - La paciencia es toda la fuerza que necesita el ser humano.
8 - Aquellos que conquistan estados y fama en el mundo son considerados como héroes, sin ninguna duda; pero aquellos que han conquistado los sentidos son héroes que deben ser aclamados como conquistadores del Universo.
9 - Mantente silencioso cuando la ira te invada o recuerda el Nombre del Señor. En cambio, no trates de recordar las cosas que alimentarán aún más tu rencor. Eso produce un daño incalculable.
10 - Trata, tanto como sea posible, con un corazón humilde, de satisfacer las necesidades de los pobres, quienes son realmente necesitados. Comparte con ellos cualquier alimento que tengas y hazlos felices aunque sea por esa vez.
11 - Cuando tengas un momento de descanso, no lo gastes en trivialidades, en cambio utilízalo en la meditación en Dios o en hacer servicio a los otros.
12 - El Señor es comprendido solamente por el devoto dotado de autocontrol, desapego, fe y constancia. Este devoto virtuoso es comprendido solamente por el Señor, los otros no lo pueden comprender. Por lo tanto, no discutas asuntos relacionados con el Señor con aquellos que no tienen devoción. En estas discusiones, tu devoción disminuirá.
13 - Desecha todas las dudas acerca del Maestro Espiritual y de Dios. Si tus deseos mundanos no se cumplen, no culpes a tu devoción; no hay ninguna relación entre tales deseos y la devoción a Dios. Estos deseos mundanos deben ser abandonados algún día; los sentimientos de devoción deben ser adquiridos algún día. Convéncete firmemente de esto.

En un satsang que tuvo lugar en la presencia divina en el Singapur, el 8 de agosto de 2017. Un devoto preguntó ¿por qué Rama hacer penitencia después de matar a Ravana.
Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:
Pregunta: Swami, el Ramayana menciona que Rama hizo penitencia después de matar a Ravana. Siempre he pensado de la penitencia como para alguien que ha cometido un crimen, y es castigado, pero Rama mismo era un avatar del Señor Narayana, que mató al malvado Ravana. ¿Por qué necesitaba hacer penitencia en esta situación?
Swami: El Bhagavad Gita dice, ‘Yad yad acharati shreshthah tat tad evetaro janah’ - Por la forma en que los hombres nobles se comportan, el mundo los sigue. Rama era purushottama maryada, el que tuvo el mayor 'maryada'. No hay significado exacto para maryada, pero puede ser pensado como la naturaleza ideal de Rama (justo y obligado por el deber). Rama tuvo que establecer este ideal frente al mundo: quien sea que dañes, ya sea demonio o alguien que te haya lastimado o dañado, aunque sea por mantener el dharma, entonces todavía se considera como daño. Por lo tanto, uno debe expiar eso.
Más que cualquier otra cosa, como dije, Rama llegó a ser un ejemplo a seguir, para todo el mundo. Hacer daño a alguien es definitivamente papa (pecado); ayudar a los demás es punya - auspicioso y meritorio. Sólo para dar un ejemplo a seguir, para todo el mundo, Rama hizo penitencia.
Incluso Dios, al venir a esta Tierra y tomar una vida humana, sigue todas las reglas del mundo físico o de cualquier mundo, para ayudar a los demás y no dañar a nadie. Por el bien de proteger el dharma, a pesar de que Rama había sido herido, siempre oró y lo expió para que otros lo siguieran, como el ejemplo.

Question: Swami, the Ramayana mentions that Rama did penance after killing Ravana. I’ve always thought of penance as being for someone who has committed a crime, and was punished, but Rama Himself was an Avatar of Lord Narayana, who slayed the evil Ravana. Why did He need to do penance in this situation?
Swami: The Bhagawad Gita says, ‘Yad yad acharati shreshthah tat tad evetaro janah’ – in the way noble men conduct themselves, the world follows. Rama was maryada purushottama, the one who had the highest ‘maryada’. There’s no exact equivalent for maryada, but it can be thought of as the ideal nature of Rama (righteous and duty-bound). Rama had to set this ideal in front of the world: whomever you harm, whether demon or somebody who has hurt or harmed you, if it is for the sake of upholding dharma, then it still is considered as harm. Therefore, one must atone for that.
More than anything else, as I said, Rama came to set an example for everyone to follow. Hurting anyone is definitely papa (sin); helping others is punya – auspicious and meritorious. Just to set an example for everyone to follow, Rama did penance.
Even God, when coming to this Earth and taking upon himself a human life, follows all the rules of the physical world or of any world, to help others and not hurt anyone. For the sake of protecting dharma, even though Rama had been hurt, He always prayed and atoned for it so that others would follow Him, as the example.
