*Plan de maestría - Plan maestro*
A medida que el séquito, que consistía principalmente en ex alumnos y ex alumnas, del Centro para la Excelencia Humana Sri Sathya Sai, y algunos que sirven en diversas capacidades en el Fideicomiso, fueron llamados a la sala palaciega de Swami en la casa del anfitrión en Dubai. Swami les mostró todo con gran entusiasmo.
Luego les pidió a todos que se alinearan frente a Èl y realizó una observación muy conmovedora mientras miraba a cada uno de los aproximadamente 20 reunidos. Él dijo: "¿Notaron que todos ustedes son Mis alumnos? Algunos estudiaron en Muddenahalli, algunos en Alike, algunos en Prasanthi Nilayam o Brindavan y aún algunas en Anantapur. Hoy, todos ustedes están en Mi Misión como maestros, administradores, doctores, personal y estudiantes.¡Este es mi plan maestro! "
Luego se volvió hacia el anfitrión y dijo: "Siempre estoy preparando a Mis alumnos para llevar a cabo Mi Misión. Lo hice antes, y lo hago ahora también. Mientras ayudas desde afuera, ellos son los hombres y mujeres en el terreno, para ayudar a la misión desde adentro ".
Mientras los abrumados miembros de la comitiva se iban a almorzar, la Hermana Bhuvana que estaba sirviendo comida a Swami se quedó atrás, y mirándola, Swami dijo, "Simplemente estabas llorando por quedarte después de tu graduación y servir en Prasanthi Nilayam, mientras Yo insistía que salieras y trabajaras... ¡Mira!... Hoy todos los viajes que hiciste mientras trabajabas en el extranjero te están ayudando a ayudar en la Misión. Este es un plan maestro!
Como un maestro que conoce las preguntas de examen, pero obligado por la ley, no puede revelarlo a sus alumnos, en cambio el , les enseña todas las lecciones importantes para que les vaya bien en los exámenes; del mismo modo, Yo soy un maestro, un maestro que sabe lo que necesitaran para sus exámenes en la vida, y me aseguro de que lo aprendan bien para que salgan airosos cuando finalmente lleguen los exámenes. Como el plan de un maestro para sus alumnos, este es Mi plan para cada uno de ustedes, el plan de un maestro; ¡Plan Maestro!"
Adornando un muro en nuestra biblioteca estaba este cartel que decía: "Dios tiene un plan para mi vida, y eso es todo lo que necesito saber".
Sí,... ¡todos podemos estar tranquilos sabiendo que Él tiene un plan para nosotros!

As the entourage, which mainly consisted of alumni and alumnae, from Sri Sathya Sai Centre for Human Excellence, and a few who are serving in various capacities in the Trust were called in to Swami’s palatial room at the host’s home in Dubai. Swami showed them around with great excitement.
Then He asked all of them to line up in front of Him and made a very poignant observation as He looked at each one of the 20 or so assembled. He said, “Did you notice that all of you are My students. Some studied in Muddenahalli, some in Alike, some in Prasanthi Nilayam or Brindavan and yet a few at Anantapur. Today, you are all in My Mission as teachers, administrators, doctors, staff and students. This is My master plan!”
He then turned to the host and said, “I am always preparing My students to carry out My Mission. I did it before, and I do it now too. While you help from outside, they are the men and women on ground, to help the mission from inside.”
As the overwhelmed members of the entourage left for their lunch, Sister Bhuvana who was serving food to Swami stayed back, and looking at her Swami said, “You were simply crying to stay back after your graduation and serve in Prasanthi Nilayam, while I insisted that you went out and worked. See! Today all the travel that you did while working abroad is helping you to help the mission. This is a master plan! Like a teacher who knows the whole question paper but bound by law, and can’t reveal it to His students, however, instead teaches them all important lessons so that they would do well in exams, likewise I am a teacher, a master who knows what you would need for your exams in life, and I ensure that you learn it well so that you come out in flying colours when the exams finally arrive! Like a teacher’s plan for his students, this is My plan for each of you, the plan of a master; Master plan!”
Adorning a wall in our library was this board which read, “God has a plan for my life, and that is all I need to know”. Yes we all can be at ease knowing He has a plan for us!
