Una aclaración:

Se ha informado ha la prensa que el juez en la corte de sesiones de Hindupur, ha desestimado una petición de revisión del Fideicomiso Central Sathya Sai,  por el retorno del dinero en efectivo 35,5 Lakhs,  incautados por la policía desde un vehículo perteneciente a la Fundación en junio de 2011.

El mencionado informe contiene errores de hecho:


(A) El Fondo Central no ha formulado ninguna petición,  por la devolución de los 35,5 mil rupias.

(B) El Fondo Central no hace, ni ha hecho en el pasado, reclamó por la propiedad de las 35,5 mil rupias.

(C) El vehículo en el que se incauto la suma de dinero, no pertenecen al Central Trust.

A CLARIFICATION:
It has been reported in the Press that the judge at the sessions court at Hindupur has dismissed a revision plea of the Sathya Sai Central Trust seeking return of the 35.5 Lakhs cash seized by the police from a vehicle belonging to the Trust in June 2011.
.
The above report is factually incorrect.


(a) The Central Trust has not lodged any petition seeking return of the 35.5 Lakhs.

(b) The Central Trust does not,nor has it in the past,claimed any ownership of the 35.5 Lakhs.

(c) The vehicle in which the alleged seizure took place does not belong to the Central Trust.
