NADA NI NADIE PUEDE DETENER SU SANKALPA(Voluntad Divina).
La historia del Bungalow de la cima de la colina en Kodaikanal, de cómo llegó a Swami y fue vendido por Él en cuerpo físico, para regresar a Él en cuerpo Sutil, es muy interesante.
Está situado en el punto más alto de kodaikanal, cerca del club de golf. Es un edificio centenario construido por el padre del Dr. Ida Scudder, una mujer estadounidense que permaneció soltera al servicio de Jesús a través del servicio de los pobres, y fundó el prestigioso Colegio de Medicina Cristiana en Vellore.
El Bungalow cambió de manos muchas veces. Era propiedad de los Birlas cuando se le regaló a Swami a principios de los años 90. Sin embargo, a excepción de los viajes anuales de Swami a Kodaikanal con sus estudiantes, cuando visitaba el bungalow para un almuerzo, permaneció mayormente sin uso y descuidado. En 2008, Swami quería construir casas para las víctimas de las inundaciones de Orissa y aparentemente estaba sin fondos, por lo que decidió vender esta propiedad a uno de sus cercanos devotos, que era un industrial. El bungalow ahora pertenecía a la compañía de los devotos, aunque no tenía uso para él, porque él lo había comprado para ayudar a Swami.

Las cosas estaban yendo bien cuando, de repente, recibimos un mensaje del devoto que era dueño del bungalow que desafortunadamente, no estaría disponible para nuestro uso este verano (2015) debido a algunos problemas locales. Mientras los otros pensaban diferente, mi pequeña experiencia con Swami me hizo entender que tenía más que tener con sólo cuestiones locales!
Los que no desean que el retiro se llevará a cabo, ejercieron una presión considerable sobre el propietario, y él sucumbió. La única opción era comprar la propiedad.
Como si Swami leyera mis pensamientos, me dijo que llamara al Señor C. Sreenivas y le dijera que le ofreciera al propietario un buen precio para comprar la propiedad bajo el fideicomiso que él cuidaba. Esa fue una especie de sorpresa al borde de la conmoción para él, ya que no fue fácil reunir tanta cantidad en tan poco tiempo, pero siguió las órdenes de Swami.
El 1 de mayo, Swami adelantó un cheque para el acuerdo de compra del bungalow, que fue aceptado por el propietario el 5 de mayo de 2015, y así se firmó un acuerdo de venta que nos permitió usar el bungalow el 10 de mayo, solo cinco días después .
Justo cuando comenzamos nuestro viaje, descubrimos para nuestro asombro que aquellos que no deseaban que el retiro ocurriera, llamaron al dueño esa misma mañana y ofrecieron comprar la propiedad, en un último intento desesperado de sabotear el Campamento de Verano en Kodai.
Sin embargo, llegaron tarde por cinco días, ya que el bungalow ya había sido vendido a Swami.
En el primer viaje de Kodaikanal, Swami había declarado que el bungalow que había vendido a la compañía del devoto fue siempre suyo y eventualmente volvería a Èl.
Todos tuvimos un adelanto de su plan maestro infalible, según el cual Swami había vendido el bungalow en 2008, para recaudar fondos para el proyecto de vivienda para las víctimas de inundaciones de Odisha, para que cuando lo necesitara en 2015, pudiera comprarlo de nuevo!
Durante el viaje a Kodai, los devotos de Singapur felizmente se ofrecieron a comprar la propiedad para Swami, y a partir de hoy, este magnífico edificio que se alza sobre la colina más alta de Kodai, oficialmente pertenece a Swami y ahora es bendecido por ser testigo de lo ' Una Divina aventura amorosa 'cada verano, para las edades por venir.

The story of the Hill Top Bungalow in Kodaikanal, of how it came to Swami in physical and was sold by Him in physical only to return to Him in subtle, is a very interesting one.
It is perched on the highest point in Kodaikanal, close to the golf club. It is a century-old edifice built by the father of Dr. Ida Scudder, an American woman who remained unmarried in the service of Jesus through service of the poor, and founded the prestigious Christian Medical College in Vellore.
The bungalow changed hands many times. It was owned by the Birlas when they gifted it to Swami in the early ‘90s. However, except for Swami’s annual Kodaikanal trips with His students, when He would visit the bungalow for one lunch session, it remained mostly unused and unkempt. In 2008, Swami wanted to build houses for the flood victims of Odisha and was seemingly running short of funds, so He decided to sell this property to one of His close devotees, who was an industrialist. The bungalow now belonged to the devotee’s company, although he had no use for it, for he had purchased it to help Swami.

Things were going on well when, all of a sudden, we received a message from the devotee who owned the bungalow that unfortunately, it would not be available for our use this summer (2015) due to some local issues. While the others thought differently, my little experience with Swami made me understand that it had more to do than just local issues! Those who did not wish the retreat to happen had exerted substantial pressure on the owner, and he had succumbed. The only option was to buy out the property. As if Swami read my thoughts, He told me to call up C. Sreenivas Sir and tell him to offer the owner a handsome price to purchase the property under the Trust that he looked after. That was kind of a surprise bordering on shock for him, as it wasn’t easy to gather such large amount in such a short time, but he followed Swami’s command. On May 1st, Swami advanced a cheque towards the agreement for purchasing the bungalow, which was accepted by the owner on May 5, 2015, and thus a sale agreement was signed that enabled us to use the bungalow on May 10, just five days later.
Just as we started our journey, we found out to our astonishment that those who did not wish the retreat to happen, had called up the owner that very morning, and offered to purchase the property, in a desperate last attempt to sabotage the summer camp at Kodai. However, they were late by five days, as the bungalow had already been sold to Swami.
In the very first Kodaikanal trip, Swami had declared that the bungalow that He had sold to the company of the devotee was always His and would come back to Him eventually. We all had a sneak peek into His infallible master plan, as per which Swami had sold the bungalow in 2008, to raise funds for the housing project for the flood victims of Odisha, so that when He needed it in 2015, He could buy it back!
During the Kodai trip, the devotees from Singapore happily offered to purchase the property for Swami and, as of today, this most magnificent edifice that stands tall atop the highest hill of Kodai, officially belongs to Swami and now is blessed to witness the ‘Divine love affair’ every summer, for ages to come.
