Cuando Shri Swami le pidió a Anil Kumar a renunciara a su trabajo y le ordenó unirse a la universidad en Brindavan como director, Sr. Anil Kumar estuvo un poco vacilante y no estaba mentalmente preparado para tomar una decisión inmediata, a causa de ciertas obligaciones familiares y paso una noche de insomnio pensando sobre el tema.
En los días siguientes Swami dio un discurso sobre Ramayana en que Swami habló sobre la fe, la devoción y la dedicación de Hanuman ....... Cuando el Señor Rama le dio un anillo a Hanuman que debia darle a la Madre Sita para establecer su identidad, nunca Hanuman tuvo duda alguna en cuanto a si iba a ser capaz de localizar a la madre Sita ....... Él tenía fe total, de que una vez el Señor Rama le había dado el anillo para entregar a la Madre Sita, era cierto que Hanuman sin duda seria capaz de localizar a la Madre Sita.
Sri Anil Kumar entendió el mensaje, de que una vez que Swami nos pide que hagamos ciertas cosas ....... Es cierto que él se encargaría de que la tarea se complete ...... Y Sri Anil Kumar no miró hacia atrás.

When Swami asked Shri Anil Kumar to resign his job and commanded him to join the Brindavan college as Principal, Shri Anil Kumar was slightly hesitant and was not mentally prepared to make an instant decision on account of certain family obligations and spent a very sleepless night pondering over the issue.
The following day Swami gave a Discourse on Ramayana in which Swami spoke about the faith, devotion and dedication of Hanuman……. When Lord Rama gave Hanuman a ring to be given to Mother Sita to establish his identity, Hanuman never doubted whatsoever as to whether he would be able to locate mother Sita……. He had total faith that once Lord Rama had given him his ring to hand over to Mother Sita it is certain that Hanuman would certainly be able to locate Mother Sita.
Shri Anil Kumar understood the message that once Swami asks us to do a certain thing……. It is certain that he would see to it that the task would complete in fruition…... And Shri Anil Kumar did not look back.
