Una noche de Thiruvonam colorida en Prasanthi Nilayam ...

Después de la procesión cultural masiva por la mañana, a lo largo de la carretera principal en Puttaparthi, esta tarde, fue el turno de los niños Balvikas de Calicut (Kozhikode) Distrito del Estado, para dar color al Mandir y presentar un teatro bailado titulado Parvathi Parinayam, aquí en Prashanti Nilayam.
El programa comenzó a las 17:00 horas, con un musical en solitario por Sri TS Radhakrishnan, una voz familiar en Prasanthi durante los festivales de Kerala, que cantó al Señor Krishna con la popular canción "Neerajadala Nayana Hare Krishna ..."
Ganadores del Concurso Anual de Escritura de ensayos, organizado por la Sociedad Estatal mantuvieron el niveles muy altos de College y secundarias, se entregaron las Medallas de Oro para la ocasión. Los ganadores KS Kum Jessey de Thiruvananthapuram y Kum Surya Raghavendran de Trissur, recibieron las medallas de manos de Sri K Chakravarthi, ex Secretario Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, Síndico actualmente miembro de la Fundación.
Hablando para la ocasión, Sri K Chakravarthi elogió el esfuerzo encomiable por la Organización Sri Sathya Sai Seva, en lograr una mayor conciencia en los estudiantes en los niveles escolares y universitarios. Sri Chakravarthi instó a otras organizaciones estatales a emular el modelo de Kerala.
El orador invitado de la noche fue el Excmo. Juez Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, magistrado del Tribunal Superior de Kerala.
"Todos los esfuerzos que hemos realizado para estar aquí valen la pena, ya que Onam no esta en Kerala, ya que es aquí", dijo el Hon. Juez, frente a los miles de Kerala, que se reunieron en el Salón Sai Kulwant. Al comentar sobre la erosión de los valores humanos debido a la cultura insalubre del comercialismo y el materialismo excesivo, se plantea la pregunta de hasta qué punto somos capaces de practicar las enseñanzas de Bhagavan y hasta qué punto somos capaces de difundir sus mensajes en el futuro. También mencionó acerca de su personal experiencia, en cuanto a cómo Bhagavan bellamente disipó la ilusión de la "dualidad en la espiritualidad", después de años de luchas internas, con lo que logro una mayor conciencia acerca de que Bhagavan todo lo impregna.
Al concluir su discurso inspirador de Justicia, instó a todos los devotos ha elevar el nivel de la práctica de sus enseñanzas, mezclando los cinco valores humanos con grandes valores constitucionales, para que la India sea un Bharat Sai, según lo previsto por el Amado Bhagavan.
A continuación se presento un drama de baile colorido por los Niños Balvikas de Calicut, titulado Parvathi Parinayam. Entrelazados con canciones melodiosas y secuencias de baile, y recordatorios diminutos del estado, presentaron una sesión muy absorbente, que representa la leyenda del santo matrimonio de Lord Shiva con la Madre Parvathi.
Al final de la presentación, todos los niños participantes fueron felicitados y prasadam fue distribuido a todo los presentes. Los Bhajans continuaron por algún tiempo antes de que el Mangala Arathi se ofrezca a 18:45 hrs.
Más temprano, antes del inicio del programa, el profesor Mukundan, Presidente del Estado de las Organizaciones Sri Sathya Sai Seva , dio una breve charla introductoria sobre los eventos, también menciono a las actividades de servicio que se realizan en el Estado.

After the massive cultural procession in the morning, along the main road in Puttaparthi, this evening, it was the turn of the Balvikas Children from Calicut (Kozhikode) District of the state to bring colour to the Mandir precincts presenting a Dance Drama entitled Parvathi Parinayam here in Prasanthi Nilayam.
The programme commenced at 1700 hrs. with a musical solo by Sri TS Radhakrishnan, a familiar voice in Prasanthi during Kerala festivals, who serenaded Lord Krishna with the popular song “Neerajadala Nayana Hare Krishna…”
Winners of Annual Essay Writing Competition, organised by the State Organisation and held at College and Higher Secondary levels, were given away Gold Medals on the occasion. The winners Kum. Jessey KS from Thiruvananthapuram and Kum Surya Raghavendran from Trissur received the medals from Sri K Chakravarthi, formerly Secretary Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, currently Member Trustee with the Trust.
Speaking on the occasion, Sri K Chakravarthi lauded the commendable effort by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations in bringing greater awareness in students at school and college levels. Sri Chakravarthi urged other state organisations also to emulate the Kerala model.
The Guest Speaker for the evening was Hon. Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, sitting judge at the Kerala High Court.
“All the efforts that we have taken to assemble here is worth as you do not have Onam in Kerala as it is here” said the Hon.Justice addressing the thousands, from Kerala, assembled in the Sai Kulwant Hall. Commenting on the erosion in human values owing to unhealthy culture of commercialism and excess materialism, he posed a question as to how much we are able to practise Bhagawan’s teachings and how far are we able to take His messages forward. He also mentioned about His personal experience, as to how Bhagawan beautifully dispelled the illusion of ‘duality in spirituality’, after years of infighting, bringing greater awareness about Bhagawan’s all-pervasive entity.
Concluding his inspirational speech the Justice urged every devotee to raise to the level of practising His teachings, irrespective position and cadre, mingling five Human Values with great constitutional values, making India a Sai Bharat, as envisioned by Beloved Bhagawan.
Next to come was a colourful dance drama by the Balvikas chidren from Calicut, entitled Parvathi Parinayam. Intertwined with melodious songs and dance sequences, tiny tots from the state presented a most absorbing session, depicting the legend of the Holy Marriage of Lord Shiva with Mother Parvathi.
At the end of the presentation all the participating children were felicitated and prasadam was distributed to the entire assembly. Bhajans continued for sometime before Mangala Arathi offering at 1845 hrs.
Earlier, before the commencement of the programme, Prof. Mukundan, State President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, gave a brief introductory talk introducing the speakers, events also touching upon the service activities being done in the State.
