Pero hay profesionales médicos que piensan que en estos días de falta de fe y entendimiento mutuo entre el médico y el paciente y la intervención del gobierno, tratan al paciente como un consumidor, como en cualquier establecimiento comercial, a través de la Ley de Protección al Consumidor que resulta en la incomprensión y los ataques físicos sin piedad a los médicos, que tienen que adoptar prácticas médicas en defensa y seguridad para salvarse de los litigios y las agresiones físicas, independientemente de la condición del paciente, y más sobre el gobierno que está tratando la profesión médica como negocio, con una serie de impuestos a la par de los establecimientos comerciales, impuestos a los médicos y profesionales en sus establecimientos.
A pesar de las desventajas, los médicos aún pueden seguir las prescripciones de Swami, si un médico atiende al paciente en confianza con fe, sinceridad, disciplina y en el camino espiritual, sin ningún tipo de interés comercial y tratando el sufrimiento humano, como un regalo que Dios le ha dado , para servir a los pacientes. Los médicos sólo deben tratar la enfermedad física del cuerpo, pero al ser humano tomarlo como una unidad holistica de mente y cuerpo .

Inspite of these handicaps the doctors can still follow Swami's prescriptions if a doctor takes patient into his confidence and faith with sincerity,discipline and in spiritual way without any mind of commercial nature and treating the suffering human being as a gift to him by God by serving the patients. Doctors should only treat the physical illness of the body but the total human being as one unit treating the mind and body.And let the doctors not cross their limit of proffessional excellence.Let the patients be educated on the pros and cons of the disease and the risks involved and any untoward results etc.Thus ultimately the patient has to be taken into their confidence and faith to avoid any problems.
But the only and final way is to pray Swami for His blessings to follow Him and His messages as there are many experiences of doctors who were saved in critical situations while treating the patients resulting in complications because WE TREAT, HE CURES.
