Sai Ram - La comida es de Dios.


Bhagavan dice

"¿Que es la comida? ¿Constituye solamente arroz y verduras lo que consumimos? No. 

El mundo entero está compuesto de los alimentos. Por eso se dice, la comida es Dios. Le ofrezco el alimento a Dios cantando el famoso verso", Brahmarpanam ... ", antes de participar de ella. Pero ¿dónde está Dios?, esta en ti, por eso es que responde a tu oración de inmediato, desde el interior:. "Aham Vaishvanaro Bhoothva ...", es decir, "yo estoy en ti en forma de Vaishvanara, digiriendo los alimentos que tu consumes. 

Sathyam constituye la base de la alimentación. ¿Qué es Sathyam? Es lo que crea los alimentos. Satyam se compone de tres sílabas - Sat,  el Ser en el individuo (Jiva), alimentos (Anam) el sol. 

La luz solar produce alimentos, que sostiene al individuo. Por lo tanto, la verdad es la base para todos. Nuestros ancestros consideraban a la verdad y la justicia como su aliento vital. 

Pero, la gente de hoy aspiran a la alimentación, dejar de lado la verdad. Ellos no entienden que la Verdad es la base de la alimentación.

Bhagawan says

" What is food? Does it constitute merely rice and vegetables that we consume? No. The whole world is composed of food. Therefore it is said, food is God. You offer the food to God by chanting the Sloka, "Brahmarpanam…"before you partake of it. But where is God? He is very much in you. That is why He responds to your prayer immediately from within: "Aham Vaishvanaro Bhoothva…"meaning, "I am in you in the form of Vaishvanara, digesting the food that you consume.

Sathyam forms the basis for food. What is Sathyam? It is that which creates food. Sathyam comprises of three syllables - Sath, Ye, Yam, which stand for the Individual (Jiva), food (Annam) and the sun. Sunlight produces food, which sustains the individual. So, Truth is the basis for all. Our ancients considered Truth and righteousness as their very life breath. But, people today aspire for food, neglecting Truth. They fail to understand that Truth is the basis for food.
