Cuando su corazón está puesto en llamas para servir alimentado por la compasión y el cuidado, hasta el sol abrasador de mayo, nunca podrá disuadir a usted de sanar y traer la sonrisa en el rostro de cada niño precioso!  Si bien el clima registró una constante de 44 grados en Raipur y Palwal, nuestros equipos sacaron otro mes de trabajo encomiable.  Sri Sathya Sai Centro Internacional para Niños Sanjeevani Heart Care & Research, Palwal, desde el inicio ha gestionado 622 consultas externas cardíaca pediátrica y completado con éxito 20 cirugías cardíacas pediátricas desde la primera cirugía que se realizó el 18 de abril de 2017. En Sri Sathya Sai hospital Sanjeevani , Centro de Cuidado de Niños del corazón, Naya Raipur, el equipo médico dedicado el mes de mayo de 2017 como el mes CVPAT .CVPAT ser uno de los complejos problemas cardíacos congénitos, este mes el equipo médico realizó 9 casos, por lo tanto regalo alegría sin límites a los padres de los niños. El 12 de mayo, las celebraciones tuvieron lugar tanto a hospitales con todos los miembros del equipo que se unen para valorar el Día Internacional de la Enfermería. Junto a todos los miembros del equipo de enfermería se comprometieron de nuevo al juramento de enfermería.  En SSSICCHCR, Palwal, recibimos la delegación ministerial de las Islas Fiji. Un equipo médico de Sai Sanjeevani, Naya Raipur, fue a las Islas Fiji en agosto pasado para llevar a cabo operaciones de corazón en 25  niños- totalmente libre de costo. Impresionado por el servicio desinteresado se quedaron , porque querían ver estos templos de curación y entender cómo podemos trabajar juntos para servir más a los niños necesitados del mundo. Los AMIGOS DE Sanjeevani  iniciativa, en donde como profesionales de la medicina y mente se unen para llevar a cabo cirugías para niños dirigidos por el equipo de Sai Sanjeevani, ahora está creciendo en fuerza. Este mes hemos tenido 4 cirugías de este tipo Cardiaca Pediátrica realizadas por médicos comprometidos como el Dr. Vijay Agarwal, Head, Cardiaca Pediátrica y cirujano, Fortis Mulund, Mumbai y el Dr. Vinod Ahuja, Consultor Senior, Cirugía Cardiaca Pediátrica, Raipur, que llevó a cabo cirugías en sus instalaciones totalmente libre de costo.  En esta edición del golpe de corazón, estamos encantados de presentar nuestros nuevos miembros del equipo médico Sanjeevani, que nos acompañan a realizar esta noble misión de difundir la alegría y la difusión de sonrisas en el rostro de cada niño. Dr. Rashmi Murthy  MBBS, MS, DNB, FPCS Originalmente de Mysore, Karnataka, ha completado su educación médica de Mysore y DNB en cirugía cardiaca y en cirugía cardiaca pediátrica de Narayana Hrudayalaya en Bangalore. Ella tiene una década de experiencia en cirugía cardíaca pediátrica. Su último papel fue como Consultor en Narayana Hrudayalaya Bangalore, en el Departamento de Cirugía Cardiaca Pediátrica. Ella se une a nosotros como Consultor en el Departamento de Cirugía Cardiaca Pediátrica y será muy decisivo en la creación del equipo de técnica cardíaco departamento de Cirugía en SSSSICCHCR. Dr. Madhu M  MBBS, DNB, DA, FCA, FIACTA Originalmente de Mysore, Karnataka, Ha completado su educación médica de Karnataka, DNB en Anestesiología en Kamineni Hospitales, Hyderabad y beca en Anestesia Cardiaca de Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitales, Bangalore.  Tiene más de 13 años de experiencia en Anestesia Cardiaca. Su último papel fue como Consultor con Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitales Bangalore, en el Departamento de Anestesia Cardiaca.  Se une a nosotros como Consultor en el Departamento de Anestesia Cardiaca Pediátrica y Cuidados Críticos y jugará un papel decisivo en la creación de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos en SSSSICCHCR. A medida que continúan inspirándonos, queremos aprovechar esta oportunidad por estos niños de para darnos esta oportunidad de servir a ellos.  Pics - Bebés Unnati y Prajapati de Uttar Pradesh y el cielo Sharma y Krish de Haryana Amor en el Trabajo PEDIATRICOS SERVICIOS AMBULATORIOS cardíaco (Nov 2016 - mayo 2017) Desde la creación del Hospital en noviembre de 2016, 622 pediátricos ambulatorios cardíacos refugio sido evaluados y manejados con pacientes procedentes de 14  estados del país - Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat , Jharkhand, Jammu y Cachemira, Odisha, Punjab, Manipur, Rajasthan, Uttarahand, Bengala Occidental y Madhya Pradesh.  Cardiaca Pediátrica CIRUGÍAS (noviembre 2016 - mayo de 2017) El primer Cirugía Cardiaca Pediátrica en el Centro se llevó a cabo el 18 de abril de 2017. 20  cirugías cardíacas pediátrica se han realizado desde entonces en Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Centro Internacional para Niños Heart Care & Research, Baghola, Palwal, Haryana. Cierre VSD - 3 Cierre VSD + SAM Resección - 2 CIV + TEA Cierre - 1 Cierre de la CIA - 8 PAPVC Reparación - 2 La ligadura de PDA - 4 Amor en el Trabajo CIRUGÍAS (mayo de 2017) 100 cirugías cardíacas pediátrica se llevaron a cabo en mayo de 2017 y3369 cirugías se han llevado a cabo en Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani hospital, Naya Raipur desde el inicio en noviembre de 2012, con los pacientes procedentes de todo el país y en otros países en desarrollo.   SERVICIOS FUERA DEL PACIENTE (Mayo 2017)  1132  registros ambulatorios se registraron durante el mes - 704 nuevos casos pediátricos,  y 428  de revisita y seguimiento de los casos pediátricos. De un total de 1472  ECHO lleva a cabo este mes, 704  son nuevos casos pediátricos cardiacos como se muestra en la siguiente tabla. También 340 proyecciones de hospitalización post-operatorias y  428  se realizaron de revisita y seguimiento ECHO médicos. Todos los servicios se prestan de forma totalmente gratuita CVPAT MES 9 pediátricos cirugías cardiacas realizadas en 1 mes a Ssssh, Naya Raipur En el mes de mayo, hemos operado sin precedentes 9 niños con CVPAT. Estos niños comprendidos de diferentes edades y pesos y complejidad. El siendo el más joven de unos pocos días y ser más antigua en la adolescencia. Todos estos niños hicieron una excelente recuperación con una expectativa de vida normal y sana. En CVPAT, la sangre no toma la ruta normal de los pulmones al corazón. En cambio, el rojo sangre de los pulmones abiertos en la cámara equivocada que está destinado a recibir sólo la sangre azul. La causa de esta enfermedad cardíaca congénita rara no se conoce. Es responsable de aproximadamente el 1% de todas las enfermedades del corazón. Esto significa que la incidencia de CVPAT es uno de cada 10.000 nacidos vivos. El niño con CVPAT puede presentar inmediatamente después del nacimiento y dificultad para respirar y decoloración azulada de la piel y las uñas. Este niño debe ser operado de inmediato para salvar su vida. A veces, el niño va a permanecer asintomáticos y presentar más tarde con solamente se queja de fatiga y decoloración azulada leve. Estas presentaciones diferentes se rigen por los diferentes grados de obstrucción a lo largo de la vía anormal de sangre de los pulmones. When your heart is set ablaze to serve fueled by compassion and care even the scorching sun in May can never deter you to heal and to bring the smile on the face of every precious child ! While the weather clocked a consistent 44 degrees in Raipur and Palwal, our teams pulled of another month of commendable work.  Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani International Centre for Child Heart Care & Research, Palwal, since inception has managed 622 pediatric cardiac outpatient consultations and successfully completed 20 pediatric cardiac surgeries since the first surgery that was done on April 18, 2017. At Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Center for Child Heart Care , Naya Raipur, the medical team dedicated the month of May 2017 as the TAPVC month. TAPVC being one of the complex congenital heart conditions, this month the medical team conducted 9 such cases , thus gifting boundless joy to the parents of the children. On May 12, celebrations took place at both the hospitals with all the team members coming together to cherish International Nursing Day. A medical team from Sai Sanjeevani, Naya Raipur, went to Fiji Islands last August to perform heart surgeries on 25 children- totally free of cost. Impressed by the selfless service being rendered,they wanted to see these temples of healing and understand how we can work together to further serve the needy children of the world. The FRIENDS OF SANJEEVANI initiative, where like minded Medical professionals come together to conduct surgeries for children referred by Sai Sanjeevani team, is now growing strength to strength. VSD Closure - 3 VSD Closure + SAM Resection - 2 VSD + ASD Closure - 1 ASD Closure - 8 PAPVC Repair - 2 PDA Ligation - 4 Love at Work SURGERIES  (May 2017) 100 Pediatric Cardiac surgeries were conducted  in May 2017 and3369 surgeries have been conducted at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Naya Raipur since Inception in Nov 2012, with patients coming from all over the country and other developing countries. OUT PATIENT SERVICES (May 2017) 1132 outpatient registrations were recorded during the month - 704 new pediatric cases,  and 428 revisit and followup pediatric cases. Out of a total of 1472 ECHOs performed this month, 704 are new pediatric cardiac cases as shown in the table below. All Services are rendered Totally Free of Charge TAPVC  MONTH 9 Pediatric Cardiac Surgeries conducted in 1 month at SSSSH, Naya Raipur In the month of May, we operated an unprecedented 9 children with TAPVC. These included children of various ages and weights and complexity. The youngest being a few days and oldest being in early teens. All these children made excellent recovery with an expectation of normal healthy lives. In TAPVC,  the blood doesn't take the normal route from lungs to the heart. Instead, the red blood from the lungs open into the wrong chamber which is meant to receive only the blue blood. The cause for this rare congenital heart disease is not known. It accounts for about 1% of all CHD. This means that the incidence of TAPVC is one in 10000 live births. The child with TAPVC may present immediately after birth with laboured breathing and bluish discolouration of skin and nails. This child must be operated immediately to save his life. Sometimes, the child will remain asymptomatic and present later with only complains of fatigue and mild bluish discolouration. These varying presentations are governed by the varying degrees of obstruction along the abnormal pathway of blood from the lungs. During his fellowship training in Australia, Dr Atul often pondered and questioned how the existing models for Pediatric Cardiac Care could meet the purpose of providing best possible quality healthcare to the poor and the needy of the country.
