Región Qld Sesión B con Anil Kumar

El programa de la noche comenzó con tres Oms y un bhajan a Ganesh a las 7pm invitando a nuestro amado Señor para que viniera a tomar testimonio de la charla de la noche. Con aproximadamente 200 devotos deseosos de escuchar la charla del profesor Anil Kumar y de su esposa, el MC (Raj Naidu, actual Región Qld Chair B), subió al podio para introducir los oradores invitados.
Nuestro primer ponente, la Sra. Vijaya Lakshmi Kamaraju se dirigió a la audiencia con diversas experiencias sobre su interacción personal con los mensajes y lecciones de Swami transmitidos a todos.
Las historias tratan:
la importancia de tomar parte en alguna actividad de servicio lo que nos ayuda a sentir que Swami nos circunda (Maanav seva);
así como su propia experiencia de darshan donde le llamó la atención que tocar los pies de Swami en una foto era lo mismo que recibir padanamaskar diario.
Swami ha hablado a menudo de no estar apegado a la forma física a lo que ella escribió un poema (y lo narró a la audiencia, en telugu?) Preguntando sobre"¿cómo podemos hacer esto? La mente es difícil de controlar "Swami respondió a sus preguntas en varios darshans hablándole del control de los sentidos.
El maestro de ceremonias presentó a continuación el Profesor Anil Kumar y le pidió que fuera al estrado, donde se llenó el auditorio de inmediato con un sentido de alegría y felicidad por la acogida simple de "Sai Ram '! (Antes de su introducción, el profesor Kumar caminaba por el pasillo una vez de saludar a los devotos con las manos juntas, y humildemente diciendo Sai ram para todos). Comenzó su intervención dando las gracias humildemente a todos los que habían acompañado, cocinado y acomodado a él durante su visita y estancia en Gold Coast / Brisbane .
La charla principal del Profesor Anil Kumar se basó en la pregunta: ¿es Sri Sathya Sai Baba físico o espiritual? Durante la hora y media siguiente, comentó muchas vivencias que tuvo con Swami, lo que le llevó a la conclusión de que Sri Sathya Sai Baba es físico y espiritual.
A lo largo de la charla, se podía ver la gran atención y deleite en las caras de todos los devotos, que con frecuencia se reían con sus relatos, como si Swami mismo estuviera allí hablando con ellos - tal era la presencia y el impacto del Profesor Anil Kumar!
El profesor Anil Kumar concluyó con una sesión de preguntas y respuestas de la audiencia que incluía preguntas del tipo de:
¿Cómo practicamos ser el testigo?
Son los Vahini (en particular el Bhagvata) historias o colección de citas?
Cuando Swami habla de "amor", ¿ de qué está en realidad hablando?
¿Cómo mantenemos la presencia de Swami con nosotros todo el tiempo?
La sesión concluyó con algunos bhajans conducidos por el profesor Anil Kumar y Mangala Aarti a las 9:30 pm. El MC también concluyó felicitando al Profesor Anil Kumar por su acento australiano mejorado que había aprendido durante su visita a Australia y una cita a propósito que dice "dondequiera que el nombre Sri Sathya Sai Baba se mencione y se hable de sus enseñanzas, también estará junto el nombre de Prof. Anil Kumar".

The evening program began with three Oms and a Ganesh bhajan at 7pm to invite our beloved Lord to come and take witness to the evenings talk. With approximately 200 devotees eager to hear Professor Anil Kumar and his wife talk, the MC (Raj Naidu, current Qld Region B Chair), took to the podium to introduce the guest speakers.
Our first speaker, Mrs. Vijaya Lakshmi Kamaraju addressed the audience with various stories and her own personal interaction with Swami relaying the messages / lessons to all. The stories included:
the importance of partaking in some measure of service and how that helps us to feel swami around us (Maanav seva);
as well as her own darshan experience where it was brought to her attention that touching Swamis feet in a photo was the same as getting daily padanamaskar.
Swami has often spoken about not being attached to the physical form so she wrote a poem (and narrated it to the audience, in Telugu?) asking “how do we do this? The mind is hard to control!” Swami answered her questions at various darshans by telling her to control the senses.
The MC then introduced Professor Anil Kumar and requested him to come up to the front, where the audience was immediately filled with a sense of joy and happiness by the simple welcome of ‘Sai Ram’! (Prior to his introduction, Prof Kumar walked around the hall once greeting the devotees with folded palms, and humbly saying Sai ram to everyone). He began his talk by humbly thanking individuals who had escorted, cooked for and accommodated him during his Gold Coast / Brisbane visit and stay .
Professor Anil Kumar’s main talk was based around the question – is Sri Sathya Sai Baba physical or spiritual? Over the next 1.5hrs, he relayed many interactions that he had with Swami, leading to the conclusion that Sri Sathya Sai Baba is physical yet spiritual. Throughout the talk, you could see the rapt attention and delight on devotees faces with everyone frequently laughing at his stories, as if Swami himself was there talking to them – such was the dynamic presence and impact of Professor Anil Kumar!
Professor Anil Kumar concluded with a question and answer session from the audience which included questions such as:
How do we practice being the Witness?
Are the Vahini’s (Bhagvata in particular) stories or collection of quotes?
When Swami talks about ‘love’, what is he really talking about?
How do we keep Swami’s presence with us all the time?
The session concluded with a few bhajans led by Professor Anil Kumar and Mangala Aarti by 9:30pm. The MC also concluded by complimenting Professor Anil Kumar for his improved Australian accent that he had picked up during his Australian visit and an apt quote stating “wherever Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s name and teachings are professed, there will be Prof Anil Kumar’s name in accompaniment”.
