Fuimos testigos de una hermosa obra titulada "Crisis de valores", donde los niños Balvikas del Estado de Odhisha desempeñaron papeles de diversos animales salvajes en el bosque, señalando el peligro de extinción de los mismos, gracias a la interferencia inmoral de los seres humanos hacia la vida silvestre, matando a animales inocentes y destruyendo las reservas forestales.
El tema en su conjunto fue muy singular y único en su género y la parte emocionante fue que estuvo muy bien retratado por los niños pequeños, que tienen la llave para el futuro. Esto fue seguido por un programa de música de la Juventud de Odhisha.

Esta tarde fue el turno de un poco conocido estado del este de India, Sikkim. La presentación musical fue dirigida por uno de los finalistas de " Talentos de India Season 4", el Maestro Deepraj que hizo bellas canciones.

Niños Balvikas de Rajasthan que habían venido a Puttaparthi en gran número, presentaron un hermoso drama con danzas llamado "Mayur Pankh"(pluma de pavo real). que narra la bella historia de Sri Krishna, Sus lilas y Su propósito como Avatár.
El drama comienza con la Pankh Mayur ", la hermosa pluma de pavo real que adorna su cabeza, narrando la tierna historia de Krishna y cómo Él hipnotizo a la madre Yashoda mostrando el universo entero en su boca, y algunos otros relatos fascinantes del Avatar de la edad Dwapara.
El Pankh Mayur "también recordó a los grandes devotos de Sri Krishna como Tukaram, Meera, Andal etc.
Al final "Mayur Pankh", anunció la llegada de Bhagavan Sathya Sai Avatar en la era de Kali. Este drama con danzas fue hecho fantásticamente por los Niños y Jóvenes Balvikas de Rajasthan. Después de el Yatra Parthi los jóvenes de Rajasthan se dirigieron a Shivam, la Morada de Swami en Hyderabad camino a Rajasthan.

Esta tarde fue el turno de LASA (Love All Serve All), una banda formada por 18 jóvenes de 11 países que presentaron un programa musical titulado "Sai Visión". Fue increíble ver y escuchar a estos grandes talentos de diferentes países bajo un mismo techo.

Como cada año, los ex alumnos estudiantes de Swami traen su amor a Parthi. Este es el día en que los hijos predilectos de la Madre Sai se toman su momento para cumplir con su Madre Divina y buscar sus bendiciones. Estudiantes de Swami, que ahora están literalmente esparcidos por todo el mundo, haciendo lo mejor para la sociedad a su manera, llegan a la morada divina para recargar sus baterías espirituales, encontrarse con viejos amigos y planificar el nuevo año para mejorar su misión.
Este año, además, hubo decenas de antiguos alumnos de Sai en Puttaparthi con una serie de programas. Para cualquier forastero, ver este vínculo de amor entre ellos y Swami es fascinante y de hecho muy emocional. Swami, en varias ocasiones dijo que sus estudiantes son de su propiedad y ellos son los futuros portadores de la antorcha de la Misión Sathya Sai. Lo cierto es que la asociación estudiantil se dirige hacia este objetivo y que es sólo una cuestión de tiempo para que el plan divino se desarrolle muy pronto.
En el programa de la noche hubo dos oradores procedentes de diferentes ámbitos de la vida y los roles difíciles que juegan en sus vidas. El primer orador fue la Hermana Sonia Thakar exalumna de 1996, que tuvo un papel difícil en empresas de medios. Ella narró cómo Swami le ayudó a hacer frente a las situaciones en las que hubo publicidad negativa sobre Swami en los medios. Su charla fue muy inspiradora y muy fácilmente relaciono esas situaciones incómodas en nuestra propia vida.
El segundo orador fue el hermano de Gunaranjan egresado 1987, que participo activamente en actividades de servicio. Además de mencionar la gran suerte de estar en la institución de Swami, también explicó la importancia de "dar". Cuando uno está en el umbral de la muerte, él / ella tiene que inevitablemente "regalar" todos los bienes físicos y mundanos, y pidió a todos practicar el acto de "dar" a una edad temprana en la vida de uno.
Más tarde algunas hermosas canciones fueron cantadas por los alumnos y el más destacado y emotivo momento fue cuando las damas cantaron "Tu Hai Pyar Ka Sagar".

Aquí hay un mensaje escrito a mano por Swami en 01/01/1987 que es válido para la eternidad y más allá
Siendo el primer día del nuevo año, Puttaparthi estaba lleno de miles de devotos que entraron por las puertas del cielo en la tierra, Puttaparthi. Habia sonrisas por todos lados. Cientos de devotos fueron vistos rompiendo cocos por Ganesha, algunos rezando, otros circunvalando a Ganesha rezando por un mejor año nuevo. El Sai Kulwanth y el Sanctorium Santuario de Swami, estaba hermosamente decorado con flores de colores por todas partes. Después de los cantos védicos, la banda de la Universidad dio la bienvenida al nuevo año con algunas hermosas canciones.
El programa de la tarde tuvo una pequeña procesión, por los estudiantes, con banderas y cantos Vedicos. Hubo dos charlas esta noche y la primera fue para el Dr.Srinivas quien habló sobre la omnisciencia de Swami y su hospital .

Post Christmas, Puttaparthi has been still very busy with so many activities especially in Sai Kulwanth hall.
December 27th, 2012:
We witnessed a beautiful and a variety theme entitled "A Crisis in values" where the Balvikas children of Odhisha state played the roles of various animals in the wild forests, signalling the danger of them being extinct, thanks to the unethical interference by the Humans in the wild life, in the form of killing the innocent animals and destroying the forest reserves.
The theme as a whole was very unique and one of its kind and the thrilling part was it was completely portrayed by little children who hold the key for the future. This was followed by a music programme by the Odhisha Youth.

DECEMBER 28, 2012:
This evening it was the turn of a little known Eastern state of India, Sikkim. The musical presentation was led by one of the finalist of "India's got talent Season 4" show Master Deepraj who rendered beautiful songs.

Balvikas children of Rajasthan who had come to Parthi in big numbers presented a beautiful dance drama "Mayur Pankh" narrating the beautiful story of Sri Krishna, His leelas and His Avataric purpose. The drama starts with the Mayur Pankh", the beautiful peacock feather adorned on His head narrating the sweet story of Krishna and how He mesmerised mother Yashodha by showing the entire universe in His mouth and few other fascinating stories of Avatar of Dwapara age.
The Mayur Pankh" also remembered the great devotees of Sri Krishna like Tukaram, Meera, Andal etc.
At the end "Mayur Pankh" announced the advent of Bhagawan Sathya Sai Avatar in Kali Age. This dance drama was fantastically done by the Balvikas Children and Youths of Rajasthan which comprised of quite a few first timers. After the Parthi Yatra the Rajasthan Youths headed to Shivam, swami's Abode in Hyderabad enroute to Rajasthan.

This evening it was the turn of LASA (Love All Serve All) band consisting of 18youths from 11 different countries presented a musical programme entitled "Sai Vision". It was amazing to watch and listen to such great talents from different countries under one roof.
DECEMBER 31 2012:
Like every year, the Alumni meet of Swami's students had so much love in air. This is the day when the beloved children of Mother Sai make it a point to meet their Divine Mother and seek blessings. Swami's students who are now literally scattered all over the world, doing the best to the society in their own ways come to the divine abode to recharge their spiritual batteries, meet old friends and plan the new year towards the betterment of His mission.
This year as well, there were scores of former students of Sai in Puttaparthi with series of programmes. For any outsider, to see this BOND OF LOVE between them and Swami is infact mesmerising and bit emotional. Swami, on various occasions said His students are His property and they are the future torch bearers of Sathya Sai Mission. True enough the student fraternity is heading towards this goal and it is just a matter of time when the divine plan will be unfolded very soon.
The evening programme had two speakers coming from different fields of life and both playing challenging roles in their lives. The first speaker was Sister Sonia Thakar from 1996 batch, who had a challenging role in few media houses. She narrated how Swami helped her to cope with the situations when there was so much negative publicity about Swami in the media. Her talk was very inspiring and very easily could relate few such uncomfortable situtations in our own lives.
The second speaker was brother Gunaranjan of 1987 batch who is actively involved in service activities. Apart from explaining the great fortune of being in Swami's institution he also explained the importance of "giving" for human life. When one is at the death door, he/she has to inevitably "give away" all the physical and worldly possessions and requested all to practice the act of "giving" at an early age in one's life.
Later few beautiful songs were sung by the alumni and the highlight and soul stirring moment was when the ladies sang "Tu Pyar Ka Sagar Hai".

The evening programme had a small procession by students with flags and veda chants. There were two speakers for this evening and the first one to address the gathering was Dr.Srinivas who spoke about Swami's omniscience and how his hospital in Vizag was saved even after a collapse.
The second speaker was Prof.Anil Kumar. Probably it has been almost one year since he spoke in Sai Kulwanth Hall except few announcements now and then. With his exemplary oratory skills he made every one become more alert in reminding the need of the hour. Remembering Swami's infinite motherly love for His students, Prof.Anil Kumar shared an incident when the bus carrying the students to Kodaikanal was delayed and Swami was waiting at the entrance of His abode waiting for His beloved ones.As soon as they arrived He personally received them as if they were from the bride groom's party. Swami who had not touched even a glass of water since then said "I will not eat unless My children eat".
Narrating another incident Prof.Anil Kumar said, Once a boy was feeling sad that he didn't act well in a drama but Swami said "Unlike others this boy acted with heart". Swami doesn't want any one to be disappointed or frustrated .
Prof.Anil Kumar also urged all of us (devotees) to serve with a smile and always be cheerful. Religion is not seriousnesss. Seriousness is sickness.
It is absolutely necessary to live upto the expectations of Bhagwan. Let my life be Your message from now on. The society is watching us and will draw conclusions basing on the actions. Swami once said, " It wiil make me happy if people say that His boys are good. Bring good name to the organisation and to parents. that is what I want and nothing else".
It is time instead of just saying I am a Sai Student, let us all be humble and soft. The society should recognise you with your character.
Sensing the urgent need of young blood to the organisation, Prof.Anil Kumar urged all the students to join the main stream of the organisation without having any separate entity which is cancerous. Urging all to be united, Prof.Anil Kumar said, All people have been tolerating our weakness because Swami was defending. Today we all should be united. Most of you are highly talented. don't limit it to merely cultural programmes. Join the organisation. Tamil Nadu already has few students as District Presidents . They should take all the responsibility.Let Sai Students be heroes in action .
Reporting the excellent work done by few students over seas, Prof.Anil Kumar said, "The whole organisation is very well taken care by students in countries like the UK and also in USA. In Japan there are one or two students teaching vedas to locals, so also in Venezuela. That is why they chant Prashanthi style. Stand unitely, speak Swami's message of Unity of religions.. Service is most important and that is how we can go to the massess.
Later the evening programme ended with two other programmes, one was the Alumni brass band and later a collective offering of few songs. Thus ended the first day of the year 2013.
