Viaje con Sai: Conclusión de la exposición sobre la vida y mensaje de Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
La Organización Seva Sri Sathya Sai de Delhi-NCR, ayer concluyó sus ocho días de exposición con el título "Viaje con Sai.
La exposición proporciono un conocimiento profundo de la misión de Sri Sathya Sai Baba, el trabajo y las actividades del Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust y específicamente la Organización Seva Sri Sathya Sai , Delhi-NCR.
La misión de Baba ha llegado a 113 países con más de 2000 Centros Sai en todo el mundo.
La exposición de ocho días, que tuvo lugar en el Centro Internacional Sri Sathya Sai de Lodi Road, llamó la atención de miles de personas de toda Delhi-NCR. Personas de diferentes orígenes socio-económicos, culturales y religiosos, visitaron la exposición incluye varios cientos de estudiantes de una docena de escuelas y muchos beneficiarios del Programa Integrado Sri Sathya Sai Village. La exposición fue visitada por varios eminentes líderes espirituales y representantes de diversos credos, religiones y organizaciones espirituales como Swami Saraswati Nikhilananda, director regional de la Misión Chinmaya, Delhi-NCR; el Rev. Padre Dominic Emmanuel, director y portavoz de la Arquidiócesis Católica Delhi; el Sr. Shatrughan Jiwnani representa Baha'i House of Worship; el rabino Ezeikiel Malekar, Secretario Honorario de la Sinagoga de Judá Hyam; Bhai Sewa Singh, ex Jefe Granthi Gurudwara Singh Sabha Greater Kailash, Nueva Delhi; Shantatmanand Swami ji, Secretario, Misión Ramakrishna, Nueva Delhi; Mehant Sri Atma Swarupa de Swaminarayana Akshardham Temple, Delhi.
Otras luminarias que adornaban la exposición con su presencia fueron Shri OP Mehra, Ex Mariscal Jefe del Aire de la India, Shri MK Kaw, Ex Secretario de Educación, del Gobierno de la India; Shri Nirmal Chandra Suri, Ex Mariscal Jefe del Aire de la India, Sri Ramesh Dua, Director General de la India Relaxo y miembro del Comité de Dirección, del Centro Internacional Sri Sathya Sai y varios defensores de alto nivel de la Corte Suprema de la India, también visitaron la Exposición .
La exposición representa la vida y el mensaje de Baba a través de tres secciones principales. La primera sección retrato las actividades de Educare, Medicare y Sociocare del Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, Prashanti Nilayam y la Organización Sri Sathya Sai de India.
Las estadísticas exhibidas fueron una revelación: Desde su creación más de 30 lakh (millones) de pacientes han sido tratados de forma gratuita en los hospitales Sri Sathya Sai de Super especialidades, 246.000 intervenciones quirúrgicas se llevaron a cabo de forma completamente gratuita. En el año 2011-12 solamente, 640.315 pacientes han sido tratados y 23.221 intervenciones quirúrgicas fueron realizadas por los Hospitales Sri Sathya Sai. El Hospital General y el Hospital Móvil atendieron a más de 700 pacientes cada día, de forma gratuita.
La exposición también puso de relieve la misión de Baba Educare, que se ha expandido para incluir a más de 10 mil Bal-Vikas estudiantes de todo el mundo, 99 Escuelas Sathya Sai en India y una Universidad de 31 años que proporciona valores educativos basados a todos los estudiantes sin cobrar ninguna honorarios.
La segunda parte de la exposición, consistió en una excelente exposición de fotografías, trajo a la memoria experiencias vividas y recuerdos entrañables de Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Journey with Sai: Conclusion of the exhibition on the Life and Message of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
The Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Delhi-NCR yesterday concluded its eight-day exhibition entitled ‘Journey with Sai’. The exhibition provided a deep insight into the mission of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the work and activities of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust and specifically the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Delhi-NCR. Baba’s Mission has now reached 113 countries with more than 2000 Sai Centres all over the world.
The eight-day exhibition held at the Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, Lodi Road, drew the attention of thousands of people from across Delhi-NCR. People from different socio-economic, cultural and religious backgrounds visited the exhibition including several hundred school students from a dozen schools and many beneficiaries of the Sri Sathya Sai Village Integrated Program. There was a lot of interest shown by visitors in knowing about the various activities of the organisation. Many first time visitors were keen to participate in the organisation’s service activities and also showed interest in enrolling their children in the Bal-Vikas (Education in Human Values) program.
The exhibition was visited by several eminent spiritual leaders and representatives of various faiths, religions and spiritual organizations such as Swami Nikhilananda Saraswati, regional head of the Chinmaya Mission, Delhi-NCR; Rev Father Dominic Emmanuel, Director and Spokesperson at Delhi Catholic Archdiocese; Mr Shatrughan Jiwnani representing Baha’i House of Worship; Rabbi Ezeikiel Malekar, Honorary Secretary of the Judah Hyam Synagogue; Bhai Sewa Singh, Former Head Granthi Gurudwara Singh Sabha Greater Kailash, New Delhi; Swami Shantatmanand ji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, New Delhi; Mehant Sri Atma Swarupa of Swaminarayana Akshardham Temple, Delhi. Other luminaries who graced the exhibition with their presence were Shri OP Mehra, Ex Air Chief Marshal of India; Shri MK Kaw, Ex Secretary, Education, Govt. of India; Shri Nirmal Chandra Suri, Ex Air Chief Marshal of India; Sri Ramesh Dua, Managing Director, Relaxo India and member of the Management Committee, Sri Sathya Sai International Center and various senior advocates of the Supreme Court of India also visited the Exhibition.
The exhibition depicted the life and message of Baba through three major sections. The first section portrayed various Educare, Medicare and Sociocare activities undertaken by the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, Prashanti Nilayam and the Sri Sathya Sai Organization, India. The statistics showcased were an eye opener: Since its inception over 30 lakh patients have been treated free of cost at the Sri Sathya Sai Super Specialty Hospitals; 246,000 surgical procedures were carried out completely free of cost. In the year 2011-12 alone, 640,315 patients had been treated and 23,221 surgical procedures were carried out by the Sri Sathya Sai Hospitals. The Sathya Sai General Hospitals and the Mobile Hospital serve more than 700 patients every day, free of cost. The exhibition also highlighted Baba’s Educare Mission, which has expanded to include more than 10 Lac Bal-Vikas students all over the world, 99 Sathya Sai Schools in India and a 31 year old University which provides values based education to all its students without charging any fees.
The second part of the exhibition, through an excellent exposition of photographs, brought to mind vivid experiences and fond memories of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The final part of the exhibition showcased the activities and the programs of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation, Delhi-NCR, Some of the major programs showcased in the exhibition are the National Narayan Seva Program; operations of the Sri Sathya Sai Village Integrated Program in 42 slums across Delhi-NCR; a Mobile hospital which goes around Delhi-NCR providing free and quality medical care to the needy; Life is a Game – Play it, a 9 module program in Human Values for college students; Discover YourSelf, a free, self-paced, online course in Human Values which has enrolled more than 1200 people from 44 countries around the world.
As part of the eight-day exhibition, several cultural programs were staged at the Sri Sathya Sai International Centre. These appealing programs included a Hindustani Classical Music Concert by Koustub Pare and group from Sri Sathya Sai Music College, Puttaparthi; interesting drama and dance performances by the Bal Vikas students, Women Alumni from the Anantapur Campus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, and Sai Youth, SSSO-Delhi NCR. The concluding day celebration was marked by a mesmerizing musical concert by Shri. Sumeet Tappoo, a popular singer world wide and an ardent devotee of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Shri Sumeet Tappoo is a direct disciple of Sri Anup Jalota.
The exhibition will now move to Uttar Pradesh and ultimately expected to move to all other States.
