Swami dice ... Cuando piensas en mí, Yo pienso en ti ... hermosa experiencia de un alumno.
Swami siempre hizo hincapié en la importancia de los estudios, insistiendo en que todos tenemos que hacerlo bien nuestros exámenes. En uno de sus estados de ánimo buenos, para motivar a los estudiantes, anunció que iba a llevar con el a Ooty, a todos los chicos que recibieran Rank Primer / Primera División, durante las vacaciones de verano, lo que implicaba que los que no lograran una primera división serian dados de baja .
Esto creó un gran entusiasmo entre los estudiantes, Swami fue a menudo para recordar a los estudiantes que estudien bien, de lo contrario, se perderían la oportunidad de ir a Ooty con Él.
Un estudiante tenía ganas de estudiar, pero prefería pasar tiempo en la presencia de Swami ..., a pesar de las advertencias de Swami, disfrutaba el tiempo extra alrededor de Swami.
Una vez terminados los exámenes los resultados se dieron a conocer, y como se esperaba, el muchacho no alcanzo una primera división ...... Swami lo reprendió, recordandole que tendría que haber estudiado más y mejor.
Los preparativos para el viaje de Swami a Ooty comenzaron...... Todos los chicos que había logrado primeras divisiones, estaban dispuestos a viajar ....... Swami utiliza generalmente dejar Brindavan a las 4.30 horas, con el fin de llegar a Ooty por la tarde en el mismo día ........ En el día de la salida, ya que este estudiante no iba, fue temprano en la mañana para el darshan de Swami.
En ese momento, el estudiante también vio a los alumnos seleccionados moviéndose silenciosamente a los coches ...... Un pensamiento cruzó por la mente del estudiante 'Si yo hubiera estudiado más duro. ".... El pensamiento vino y desapareció.
En ese momento, alguien tocó el hombro del estudiante, fue el Dr. Lakshmi Narsimham ..... Él dijo: "Ud. está aquí. He estado buscándolo por un tiempo. Swami le ha pedido que empaque su equipaje y este listo para el viaje a Ooty. "
El niño corrió hacia el albergue, abrió el equipaje y metió todo lo que pudo encontrar de ropa ....... incluso abrió cajones de otros estudiantes, y tomó lo que él sabía que le quedaba ....... A diez minutos de Brindavan, el convoy se detuvo, y Swami reorganizo los estudiantes entre los coches ....... Este estudiante tuvo la suerte de sentarse en el asiento delantero del coche de Swami con otro estudiante.
Tan pronto como el coche comenzó a rodar, todavía estaba oscuro ya que el sol no había salido, y Swami le susurró "Si hubiera estudiado más duro." .......
El estudiante volvió su cuello hasta tocar los pies de Swami de entre los asientos y logró hacerlo ...... Swami dijo, "¿Quién es la Universidad, para que diga si usted tiene una primera clase o no? ........ Soy yo quien dará la primera clase a la gente, y les he dado la primera clase, es por eso que estamos aquí. "
El estudiante sintió "No son las calificaciones, sino que en el momento en que tuve el pensamiento de ti, has pensado en mí, y para ese momento yo tenia el pensamiento exclusivo en su mente ........ Eso es lo que me ha tocado, y es muy valioso para mí. "
Swami respondió inmediatamente: "Cuando piensas en mí, pienso en ti."

Swami always emphasized the importance of studies, insisting that all of us must do well in our examinations. In one of his good moods, to motivate students, He announced that he would take all the boys who got First Rank / First Division with Him to Ooty during the Summer Holidays, reinforcing that those who don’t secure a first division will be dropped.
This created a lot of enthusiasm amongst the students, Swami was often reminding students to study well otherwise they would miss the opportunity of going to Ooty with Him
One student was keen to study but preferred to spend time in Swami’s presence…, In spite of Swami’s warnings he enjoyed the extra time around Swami, Exams finished and results were announced, and as expected, the boy did not score a first division……Swami also chided him, reminding if only you had studied harder and better.
Preparations started for Swami’s trip to Ooty…… All the boys who had scored first divisions were ready to travel…….Swami usually used to leave Brindavan at 4.30 am so as to reach Ooty by the evening on the same day…….. On the day of departure, since this student wasn’t going, he went early morning for Swami’s darshan.
At that moment this student also saw the selected students move silently to the cars……A thought flashed across the student’s mind ‘If only I had studied harder.’…. The thought came and disappeared.
Just then someone tapped the shoulder of the student, It was Dr. Lakshmi Narsimham….. He said, “You are here. I have been looking for you for some time. Swami has asked you to pack your luggage and be on this trip to Ooty.”
The boy ran to the hostel, opened his luggage box and stuffed whatever clothes he could find……. even opened other students’ luggage boxes, and picked whatever he knew would fit him……. As soon as he had put his box in the car, the cars started. All this happened at such a rapid pace.
Ten minutes outside Brindavan, the convoy stopped, and Swami rearranged the students amongst the cars……. This student had the good fortune of sitting in front seat of Swami’s car with another student.
As soon as the car started, it was still dark since the sun had not risen, and Swami whispered “If only I had studied harder.”…….
The student turned his neck to touch Swami’s feet from in between the seats and managed to do so…… Swami said, “Who is the University to tell me whether you got a first class or not?........ It is I who give first class to people, and I have given you first class, that is why you are here.”
The student felt “It is not the marks but the thought that at the very moment that I had the thought about you, that you thought about me, and for that one moment I was the exclusive thought in your mind…….. That is what has touched me, and is very precious for me.”
Swami replied immediately, “When you think of me, I think of you.”
