Jhoola Mahotsavam junto con dos conciertos de música brillantes, marcó la noche brillante del 87 cumpleaños aquí en Prashanti Nilayam el 24-11-2012..
La dicha de ver al Divino balanceándose en su hamaca, fue una rara bendición en la tierra, en Prashanti, donde Bhagavan con Su generosidad suprema otorgaría esta bendición sin igual a la humanidad, en las décadas doradas pasadas. En ocasiones de anteriores cumpleaños o hitos especiales contarían con jhoola Mahotsavam. Apreciar los momentos de oro en Prasanthi recordando esos momentos de oro en años pasados, balanceandose el Señor en el jhoola, con el acompañamiento de una oferta musical.
Hoy en día, en la noche, volvió el jhoola, que adornaba el centro de la escena en el Salón Sai Kulwant, con una melodía musical de fondo, presenciado por miles y miles de personas.
El primer programa de la noche fue por Debhashish Bhattacharya Pandit, quien ejecuto en una guitarra pasajes de distintos temas de cuerdas. El Pandit Debhashish Bhattacharya pulió sus habilidades bajo la tutela del reconocido Chakraborthy Ajay, un vocalista eminente, y dio su concierto inaugural a la tierna edad de cuatro años en Radio India antigua.
Por la noche, Debhashish interpreto melodías para endulzar los corazones de todas las almas presentes en el gran Salón Sai Kulwant. Tocando por media hora, el artista ganó los aplausos generalizado de la audiencia.
Antes de la última pieza, el Pandit Debashish Bhattacharya, fue nostálgico, y recordó su actuación anterior en la Divina Presencia de Bhagavan en 1994, cuando el artista tuvo la oportunidad de interactuar con la Divinidad.
Él dijo, recordando su asociación "corazón a corazón", que "Fue un diálogo constante con Él". Por otros cinco minutos, toco su composición final Raga Bhairavi . Al final de la actuación, el Pandit junto con su esposa, quien lo acompañó en Tanpura, y junto con los acompañantes en Tablas , fueron felicitados.
Acto seguido se presento un Cantante Carnatic Sri Abhishek Raghuram. Bajo través de la tutela exclusiva de su ilustre abuelo Palghat Raghu, reconocido maestro Mridangam, Abhishek pasó de ser un niño prodigio para afinar sus habilidades, y convertirse en un consumado nombre en la música carnática.
Hoy, en un crepúsculo celestial hermoso, el artista joven estalló en períodos de vocal carnática mostrando su destreza, era un placer y una fiesta verlo y escucharlo, sobre todo con sus notas raga hermosas y giros serpentinos. Abhishek concluyó cantando una canción Uyyala (jhoola), un final apropiado para una maravillosa noche gloriosa.
Al final del programa, el artista junto con sus acompañantes fueron felicitados.
Los Bhajans continuaron y finalizaron con Bhagavan cantando "Bhaja Govindam, Bhaja Govindam". Prasadam se distribuyó a los asistentes en su totalidad y el Mangala Arathi se ofreció a las 20:00 hrs.
Mañana es el último día de las celebraciones del 87 cumpleaños en curso, los devotos de Japón y Malasia van a presentar sus programas culturales.

Jhoola Mahotsavam along with two scintillating music concerts marked the glittering 87th Birthday evening here in Prasanthi Nilayam today.
Bliss of swinging the Divine had been a rare blessing on earth, in Prasanthi, where Bhagawan with His supreme munificence would grant this most unparalleled blessing upon the humanity in the bygone golden decades. In the past special birthday occasions or landmark birthdays would feature Jhoola Mahotsavam. Cherishing those golden moments Prasanthi revisited those golden moments last year, swinging the Lord on the Jhoola to the accompaniment of musical offering.
Today, in the evening, the Jhoola that adorned the centre-stage in the Sai Kulwant Hall swung to the melody of musical delight, witnessed by thousands upon thousands.
The first programme in the evening was by Pandit Debhashish Bhattacharya, who played on a stringed instrument, Slide Guitar. Pandit Debhashish Bhattacharya fine tuned his skills under the tutelage of renowned Ajay Chakraborthy, an eminent vocalist and gave his maiden concert at the tender age of four in All India Radio.
In the evening, Debhashish played with elan striking notes of melody into the hearts of every soul present in the vast Sai Kulwant Hall. Playing for a full half-an hour, the artiste won plaudits from the capacity audience.
Before the last piece, Pandit Debashish Bhattacharya went nostalgic, recalling his earlier performance in Bhagawan’s Divine Presence in 1994, when the artiste had an opportunity to interact with the Divine. He said, recalling his ‘heart-to-heart’ association ever-since , “It was my constant dialogue with Him.” Requesting for another five minutes, he played his final composition in Raga Bhairavi. At the end of the performance, the Pandit along with his wife, who accompanied him on Tanpura, along with Tabla accompanists were felicitated.
Next to come was a Carnatic Vocal by Sri Abhishek Raghuram. Through the unique tutelage of his illustrious grandfather Palghat Raghu, renowned Mridangam maestro, Abhishek grew from a child prodigy to fine tune his skills to become an accomplished name in Carnatic music.
Today, in the beautiful heavenly twilight, the young artiste who burst into spells of Carnatic vocal showcasing his prowess was a treat to watch and feast to listen, especially with his beautiful raga notes and serpentine twists. Abhishek concluded singing an Uyyala (Jhoola) song, an apt end to a glorious wonderful evening.
At the end of the programme, the artiste along with his accompanists were felicitated.
Bhajans continued and ended with Bhagawan singing “Bhaja Govindam, Bhaja Govindam”. Prasadam was distributed to the capacity audience and Mangala Arathi was offered at 2000 hrs.
Tomorrow, being the last day of the ongoing 87th Birthday celebrations, devotees from Japan and Malaysia would be presenting cultural programmes.
