Incidente maravilloso de amor y compasión de Swami .. una lectura obligada ...
Hace muchos muchos años, había una señora en Puttaparthi que vendía maní para ganarse la vida con un ingreso magro. Un día, el joven Swami la llamó y le dijo que le proporcionaría alimento y alojamiento, y que no tendría por qué sufrir más.
Todos los días la señora se levantaba temprano por la mañana a las 3.00 am y las utiliza para acarrear ollas de agua desde el río Chitravati, y calentar el agua lista para que Swami tomase el baño a las 4.00 AM ... Siguió haciendo esto como Seva por 10 años, día tras día tras día, sin pensar en las muchas serpientes y otras criaturas en el camino.
Un día, la señora cayó gravemente enferma y Swami pidió a un devoto de Bangalore que estaba presente allí, que la llevase a Bangalore en su coche y consiguiera tratamiento. La paciente fue recostada en el asiento trasero del coche y Swami iba sentado en la parte delantera, junto al conductor. En el camino el coche se averió y como Swami era sólo un acompañante del conductor, Swami bajó y empujó el coche por varios metros.
Llegaron a Bangalore a medianoche y fueron de inmediato a la casa del médico y llamaron a su puerta, el doctor estaba muy molesto por haber sido perturbado a esa hora y después de abrir la puerta, Swami le explicó al médico el tipo de apendicitis que el paciente sufría y le pidió al médico que realizara la operación de inmediato. Esto hizo que el doctor se pusiera más enojado y agitado, cuando sintió que alguien con el pelo tupido vestido con una túnica azafrán, le explicaba que tenía que hacer, y a esa hora.
Él fue persuadido por Swami para que operara al paciente, pero no pudieron encontrar otro médico para que administrara la anestesia a la paciente.
Swami dijo entonces que no era un problema, ya que Él creó vibhuti y no debería ser un problema. Creó vibhuti y se lo aplico a la paciente en el área en la que la operación tenia que realizarse y actuó como Anaesthisia.
Huelga decir que la operación fue un éxito y el médico sorprendido fue a su residencia.
El devoto que estaba con Swami pidió que fuera a su casa y descansara un poco, ya que podía tener que volver al hospital, una vez que la paciente saliera del efecto de la anestesia, pero Swami le dijo que se quedaría en el hospital y le dio permiso para que el devoto fuese a su casa a descansar ..
Al día siguiente, la señora después de que ella estaba consciente, le pregunto a Swami, por qué Swami se tomó tantas molestias por ella, al venir personalmente en el coche, empujando el coche en medio de la noche, aplicándole vibhuti y luego pasando la noche entera en el Hospital, Swami sonrió y respondió: "Usted me ha estado sirviendo con agua caliente durante más de 10 años, no le puedo servir por un día".
Un incidente divino del amor puro de Swami. Un incidente que recuerda a todos nosotros en su ausencia física, Su Amor Divino y la Compasión para con todos.

Wonderful Incident of Swami's Love and Compassion..a must read...
Many Many Years ago, There was a lady in Puttaparthi who used to sell groundnuts to make her living with a meagre income, One day, the young Swami called her and said He would provide her with food and accommodation and that she need not suffer further anymore.
Everyday the lady used to get up early in the morning at 3.00 AM and used to get pots of water from the Chitravati River in that dark hours to keep hot water ready for Swami to take bath at 4.00 AM…She kept doing this Seva for more than 10 years day after day after day, unmindful of the many snakes and other creatures on the way.
One day the lady fell seriously ill and Swami asked a Bangalore devotee who was present there to take her to Bangalore in his car and get her operated. The Lady patient was made to lie down in the back seat of the car and Swami sat in the front, next to driver. On the way the car broke down and as Swami was only one apart from the Driver in the car, Swami got down and pushed the car for several metres.
They reached Bangalore at Midnight and went straight away went to a doctor's house and knocked at his door, The doctor was very annoyed at being disturbed at that hour and after he opened the Door, Swami explained to the doctor the type of Appendicitis that the patient was suffering from and asked the doctor to perform the operation immediately, This made the Doctor more angry and agitated as he felt that someone with bushy hair wearing a saffron robe explaining to him which he had to do and also at this hour.
He was persuaded by Swami eventually to operate the patient, but there was a problem as they could find another Doctor to administer anesthesia to the patient, Swami then said that was not a problem as He created Vibuthi and should not be a problem and created Vibhuti and applied to the patient at the area where the operation has to be performed and it acted like Anaesthisia, Needless to say the operation was successful and the amazed doctor went away to His residence.
The devotee who was with Swami requested Swami to come to his house and have some rest as they may have to come back to the hospital once the patient came out of the effect of anesthesia, but Swami told him that He would stay back in the Hospital and gave permission for the Devotee to go home to take rest..
The next day, the Lady after she became conscious asked Swami as to why Swami took all this trouble for her from coming personally in the car, pushing the car in the middle of the night, to applying Vibuthi and then staying the whole night in the Hospital, Swami smiled and replied “You have been serving me with hot water for more than 10 years, can I not serve you for one day”.
What a Divine Incident of Pure Love from Swami. An Incident which reminds all of us in His Physical Absence of His Divine Love and Compassion for everyone.
