Historia detrás de esta foto - (Samadhi o Sannidhanam)?
Durante una entrevista a un grupo de devotos, un devoto preguntó a Swami: "Dios es Omni presente y esta difundido en todo el mundo, y si es así, porque la necesidad de ir a un templo para adorarlo " .
Swami afortunadamente aclaro este punto con un ejemplo excelente, Swami es el único que puede hacerlo.
Swami respondió: "Tenemos la leche de una vaca, y esto no quiere decir que puede obtener leche de cualquier parte del cuerpo de la vaca. Tienes que ir a la ubre, para obtener la leche. Del mismo modo, a pesar de que Dios es inmanente en cada átomo, Dios está consagrada en el sanctasanctórum del templo ...
En nuestro templo, este santuario es conocido como "Sannidhi" o Sannidhanam ", donde la energía concentrada o la esencia de la Divinidad se está manifestando.
Esta palabra se deriva de la palabra latina, santuario. Queriendo decir con ello, que El santuario es el lugar más íntimo, y el templo, el santo de los santos.
El Santo cuerpo físico de Nuestro querido Bhagavan, ha sido consagrado en el Salon Kulwant Hall, bajo la cubierta de la terraza extendida del Manidr.
En nuestro templo, este santuario es conocido como "Sannidhi" o Sannidhanam ", donde la energía concentrada o la esencia de la Divinidad se está manifestando.

En los templos hindúes, se encuentra el "Vimana"(carrauaje o nave divina) gopuram en el Santuario Divino. Aquí también encontramos con 3 gopurams, tales Vimanas pequeñas, están sobre el lugar donde el Divino cuerpo de Bhagavan está consagrado.
Parece ser que Swami había preparado este lugar con mucha antelación.
Recuerdo los acontecimientos durante los últimos días de Shirdi Sai Baba. Al Complejo del templo se había subido cerca del Gurusthan, una plataforma elevada, para montar una deidad allí. Bhagavan Shiridi Sai Baba, aunque muy débil, hizo una visita a este complejo del templo, y estuvo sentado en la plataforma elevada. Los devotos de Bhagavan preguntaron, que deidad debe instalarse allí. Bhagavan reflexionado sobre esta cuestión, respondió: "Murali Manohar". Lo que no sabían, en ese momento, es que Bhagavan ya había decidido en su mente a dónde ir para su última morada.
Ahora yendo a nuestra historia, vamos a llegar al lugar de descanso final de Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Este lugar ahora se reverencia mencionado como el "samadhi". La palabra samadhi se utiliza en varios lugares. En la escritura de yoga, Samadhi se menciona como suprema bienaventuranza en la etapa de la meditación. Los lugares de descanso final de los yoguis también se llaman samadhi.
Ahora yendo a nuestra historia, vamos a llegar al lugar de descanso final de Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Este lugar ahora se reverencia mencionado como el "samadhi". También estas palabra , nos trae a la memoria, los últimos días de Bhagavan Baba, y también estamos viendo el Cuerpo Divino en el interior del ataúd. Estos pensamientos no son agradables. Swami está siempre feliz, y Swami deseaba que todos sus devotos siempre debían estar felices y alegres.
La palabra SANNITHI o SANNITHANADAM trae sentimientos celestiales en nuestras mentes.
Es mi humilde sugerencia que cuando se mencione el lugar de culto en el Sai Kulwant Hall, debemos convertir en un hábito utilizar la palabra ", SAI SANNIDHANAM"o Sannidhi SAI ".

In our temples, this sanctum is known as “Sannidhi” or Sannidhanam”, where concentrated energy or essence of Divinity is manifesting
This word is derived from Latin word, sanctum sanc·to·rum (s ngk-tôr m, -t r -). Meaning thereby, The innermost shrine of a tabernacle and temple; the holy of holies.
Our dear Bhagavan’s Holy physical body has been enshrined in premises of Sai Kulwant Hall, under the extended balcony cover of the Manidr. In the Hindu temples, you will find “Viman” gopuram over the Divine Sanctum. Here too we find 3 such small Viman gopurams above the place where the Divine body of Bhagavan is enshrined. It seems that Swami had prepared this place well in advance.
I recall the events during the final days Shirdi Sai Baba. A Temple complex had come up near Gurusthan. An elevated platform has been provided to mount a deity over there. Bhagavan Shiridi Sai Baba, though very week, made a visit to this temple complex, and was sitting on that elevated platform. The devotees asked Bhagavan, which deity should be installed there. Bhagavan pondered over that question and replied, “Murali Manohar”. Little did they know at that time, that Bhagavan had already made up His mind where to go for His final resting place.
Now coming to our story, let us come to Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s final resting place. This place is now reverently mentioned as “SAMADHI”. The Word Samadhi is used in various places. In the yoga scripture, SAMADHI is mentioned as supreme blissful stage in meditation. The final resting places of Yogis are also called as SAMADHI. We should understand that Bhagavan Baba cannot be considered a Yogi. He is “Yogeswara”., The lord of the Yogies. Also the word brings back to our memories the final few days of Bhagavan Baba, and also we seeing the Divine Body inside the coffin. These thoughts are not pleasant ones. Swami is ever blissful, and Swami wished that all His devotees should always be happy, and be cheerful. The word SANNITHI or SANNITHANADAM brings heavenly feelings in our minds.
It is my humble suggestion that, whenever or where we mention the worshipping place in Sai Kulwant hall, we should make it a habit to use the word, ‘SAI SANNIDHANAM” or SAI SANNIDHI”. By using this world more often, such a divine feeling will get established. I will even to suggest to the Central Trust, to consider my views, and name swami’s Samdhi Place, as SANNITHI OR SANNIDHANAM.
