En este momento, pregunté: “¿Qué me pueden dar que no me pertenezca? ¿A qué te estás rindiendo? ¿Cuál es el tuyo en primer lugar para entregarte a Mí? "Todo lo que Mío lo he puesto bajo tu custodia y tú me lo estás devolviendo, eso es todo. Esta conciencia te permitirá entender el significado de rendición. Todo es creado por Dios, incluyéndote a ti, y es por Mi voluntad que vives y haces lo que haces; Incluyendo ganarse la vida y lograr el respeto y la reputación en la sociedad. Si sigues recuperando lo que me das, no puede llamarse rendición.

Piloto de unidad de nutrición con Annapoorna Trust
|
|
Annapoorna Trust se complace en anunciar el inicio de un proyecto piloto de nutrición con el Gobierno de Andhra Pradesh para 45 escuelas gubernamentales en el distrito de Vizianagaram.
Annapoorna ha estado proporcionando nutrición diaria gratuita por la mañana para 200,000 niños que van a la escuela en 15 estados y dos territorios de la Unión. En el estado de Andhra Pradesh, más de 15,000 escolares en 225 escuelas del gobierno reciben servicios de nutrición matutina desde el último año.
El gobierno de Andhra Pradesh ahora ha decidido trabajar en un proyecto piloto con Annapoorna Trust, al proporcionar el arroz y el aceite necesarios para este programa de desayuno para 45 escuelas en Lakkavarapu Kota Mandal en el distrito de Vizianagaram. Evento CSR de Share-a-Meal con Oracle
|

Annapoorna y Oracle Corporation se unieron para una actividad de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) basada en el tema "Compartir una comida". El evento se llevó a cabo en la última semana de noviembre de 2018.
Alrededor de 14 voluntarios de Annapoorna y Oracle ofrecieron paquetes de almuerzo y jugo a aproximadamente 140 estudiantes que estudian en dos escuelas del Gobierno en la aldea de Doddabele, cerca de Mysore Road en Bangalore. También sirvieron a varias personas necesitadas en el pueblo.

Annapoorna Desayuno en Kerala para
Kalarcode Lower Primary School

El programa de desayuno Annapoorna se lanzó la semana pasada para los niños necesitados que pertenecen a la Escuela Primaria Inferior Kalarcode en el distrito de Alappuzha en el estado de Kerala.El programa de desayuno fue inaugurado por el Presidente del Comité Permanente Municipal.Alrededor de 50 niños de la escuela ahora reciben un desayuno diario y sólido en la escuela.
Además de esto, dos voluntarios más de Annapoorna ya están proporcionando un desayuno sólido y diario por parte de los voluntarios de Annapoorna por más de un año. Es decir, 24 niños que van a la escuela de Kidangamparambu Lower Primary School, y 50 niños de la TDJB School reciben el desayuno diario de Annapoorna.

El equipo de TCS visita el Centro Annapoorna
en JP Nagar Slum

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) y Annapoorna realizaron una visita especial al JP Nagar Slum cerca del templo Ragigudda en Bangalore, ¡que fue una grata sorpresa para los niños allí! El equipo de TCS, compuesto por 15 voluntarios, planificó una gran cantidad de actividades para los niños de los barrios marginales que también reciben regularmente el programa de desayuno diario de Annapoorna.Las actividades incluyeron la plantación de árboles, juegos como el lanzamiento de discos, el salto de cuerdas, etc. Los niños mayores estaban comprometidos con divertidos juegos al aire libre como voleibol, bádminton y fútbol. El equipo también proporcionó kits dentales a los niños para ayudar a impulsar la importancia de la higiene entre ellos y también recibieron regalos en forma de ropa.Almuerzo y refrigerios fueron servidos a todos los niños y padres.

Annapoorna celebra su sexto aniversario

Annapoorna celebró seis años del programa de desayuno insignia y tres años de la formación Trust. Annapoorna aprovechó esta oportunidad para agradecer a todos los que contribuyeron a su éxito.Para conmemorar este logro con la gran familia de voluntarios, maestros y administradores escolares de Annapoorna, Annapoorna organizó un gran programa en Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, distrito de Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, el domingo 30 de diciembre de 2018.

Educare, ubicada en Kirankulam, Batticaloa ofrece una educación basada en el valor para niños pequeños y jóvenes. Las clases regulares de matemáticas de los grados ocho a once y la clase de física para estudiantes de nivel avanzado se llevan a cabo de forma totalmente gratuita. Además, los estudiantes tienen la oportunidad de participar en las prácticas de Bhajan y Veda. Los estudiantes también tienen la oportunidad de mostrar sus talentos en forma de representaciones teatrales y de danza durante celebraciones especiales y horarios de festivales.

Seva Actividades en el Medio Oriente

Los jóvenes de Medio Oriente acatan este principio con una comprensión profunda. Estas almas desinteresadas no hacen ninguna discriminación por motivos de religión, género o nacionalidad cuando se trata de Seva .
Fines de semana en sitios de construcción
Durante el fin de semana, los jóvenes de la región se reunieron con sus hermanos en cuatro áreas diferentes para distribuir artículos como verduras, frutas, artículos de tocador, frutas secas, galletas, jugos y leche de mantequilla. Todo lo que se distribuye es dado y aceptado con amor puro y sagrado. ¡El entusiasmo de los jóvenes por emprender este Seva cada semana, sin lugar a dudas, es el testimonio de la alegría que obtienen!

La oportunidad de donar 'Amor líquido' llegó en el camino de los jóvenes de Medio Oriente, este diciembre. Todos estaban entusiasmados y entusiasmados por aprovechar esta oportunidad. A pesar del ajetreado horario de Seva , muchos jóvenes aparecieron.

Empoderamiento de la mujer

Diciembre de 2018 fue un mes de reflexión y relajación en el Campamento de Damas. El equipo trabajó con las mujeres en técnicas de relajación y las guió sobre cómo pueden despejar el desorden mental manteniendo su entorno físico limpio y evaluando la calidad de los pensamientos. Estas sesiones terminaron dando a las mujeres sus raciones semanales en forma de líquidos para lavar platos, granadas y batatas. ¡Las damas también dieron la bienvenida al Año Nuevo cortando un pastel en la celebración de nuevas noticias!

Celebraciones de navidad y año nuevo

Los jóvenes también celebraron la Navidad con grupo Bhajans y villancicos. Las celebraciones y reuniones se organizan de vez en cuando para fortalecer el vínculo entre los miembros del grupo. La víspera de Año Nuevo también se gastó cantando la gloria del Señor.El grupo dio la bienvenida al Año Nuevo con la determinación de participar juntos en más Seva en el próximo año.

And here is what Swami said:
Just now, I asked, “What can you give Me that does not already belong to Me? What are you surrendering? What is yours in the first place to surrender to Me?” It is all given by Me into your custody and you are giving it back to Me, that is all. This awareness will allow you to understand the meaning of surrender. Everything is created by God – including yourself – and it is by My will that you live and do whatever you do; including earning a living and achieving respect and reputation in society. If you keep taking back what you give to Me, it cannot be called surrender.

Government of Andhra Pradesh
Pilots Nutrition Drive with Annapoorna Trust

Annapoorna Trust is very happy to announce the commencement of a pilot nutrition project with the Government of Andhra Pradesh for 45 Government schools in Vizianagaram district.
Annapoorna has been providing free, daily morning nutrition for 200,000 school going children in 15 States and two Union Territories. In the state of Andhra Pradesh, more than 15,000 school children in 225 Government schools are served morning nutrition since the last one year.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has now decided to work on a pilot project with Annapoorna Trust, by providing rice and oil needed for this breakfast program for 45 schools in the Lakkavarapu Kota Mandal in the Vizianagaram district. Rest of the ingredients required for cooking a sumptuous morning meal will be provided by Annapoorna to these Government schools.

This type of partnering initiative helps Annapoorna reach many more needy children and thereby helps build the Nation through nutrition!

Share-a-Meal CSR Event with Oracle
|
|
Annapoorna and Oracle Corporation came together for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity based on the theme of ‘Share-A-Meal’. The event was conducted in the last week of November 2018.
About 14 volunteers from Annapoorna and Oracle offered lunch packets and juice to around 140 students studying in two Government schools in Doddabele village off Mysore Road in Bangalore. They also served several needy people in the village.

Annapoorna Breakfast in Kerala for
Kalarcode Lower Primary School

Annapoorna breakfast programme was launched last week for the needy school children belonging to the Kalarcode Lower Primary School in Alappuzha district in the state of Kerala. The breakfast programme was inaugurated by the Municipal Standing Committee Chairman. About 50 school children are now provided with daily, solid breakfast in the school.
In addition to this, two more needy schools in the area are already being provided with daily, solid breakfast by Annapoorna volunteers for over a year now. That is, 24 school going children from the Kidangamparambu Lower Primary School, and 50 children from the TDJB School are being provided with Annapoorna daily breakfast!

TCS Team Visits Annapoorna Centre
at JP Nagar Slum

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Annapoorna sprang a special visit to the JP Nagar Slum near Ragigudda temple in Bangalore that came as a hearty surprise to the children there! The TCS team consisting of 15 volunteers planned a slew of activities for the children in the slum who are also the regular recipients of the daily Annapoorna breakfast programme. The activities included tree plantings, games like discus throwing, rope skipping and so on. The elder children were engaged with fun filled outdoor games like volleyball, badminton and football. The team also provided dental kits to the children to help drive the significance of hygiene amongst them and they were also given gifts in the form of clothes. Lunch and refreshments were served to all the children and parents.

The JP Nagar Slum Centre in Bangalore deserves a special mention where the volunteers organised events involving sweater distribution, singing of Carols and Santa Claus playing games with the tiny tots to name a few!

Annapoorna Celebrates Sixth Anniversary

Annapoorna celebrated six years of the flagship breakfast programme and three years of the Trust formation. Annapoorna took this opportunity to thank everyone instrumental in its success. In order to commemorate this achievement with the larger Annapoorna family of volunteers, teachers and school administrators, Annapoorna organised a grand programme at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka on Sunday, December 30, 2018.

Educare located in Kirankulam, Batticaloa offers a value based education for young children and youth. Regular Math classes from Grades eight to eleven and Physics class for advanced level students are carried out totally free of cost. In addition, students are given opportunities to take part in Bhajan and Veda practices. The students also have chances to showcase their talents in the form of drama and dance performances during special celebrations and festival times.

Seva Activities in the Middle East

|
The youth of the Middle East abide by this principle with a thorough understanding. These selfless souls do not make any discriminations on the basis of religion, gender or nationality when it comes to Seva.
Weekends at Construction Sites
During the weekend, the youth of the region set out to meet their brothers spread across four different areas to distribute items such as vegetables, fruits, toiletries, dry fruits, biscuits, juices and butter milk. Anything that is distributed is given and accepted with pure and sacred love. The enthusiasm of the youth to set out for this Seva every week, without fail, is the testimony of the joy that they derive!

The opportunity to donate ‘Liquid Love’ came the way of the Middle East youth, this December. They were all enthusiastic and excited to grab this opportunity. In spite of the busy Seva schedule, many youth turned up.
|
|
December 2018 was a month of reflection and relaxation at the Ladies’ Camp. The team worked with the women on relaxation techniques and guided them on how they can clear the mental clutter by keeping their physical surroundings clean and by evaluating the quality of thoughts. These sessions ended by giving the ladies their weekly rations in the form of dishwashing liquids, pomegranates and sweet potatoes. The ladies also welcomed the New Year by cutting a cake in the celebration of new tidings!

Christmas and New Year Celebrations
|
|
The youth also celebrated Christmas with Group Bhajans and Carols. Celebrations and get-togethers are arranged once in a while to strengthen the bond among the members of the group. New Year’s Eve was also spent by singing the glory of the Lord. The group welcomed the New Year with the determination to be involved together in more Seva in the coming year.
