"Estas personas que mueren de hambre en realidad están siendo asesinadas de manera indirecta por aquellos que tienen más que suficiente. Cuando una persona que tiene más de lo que necesita, y comienza a compartir con aquellos que desafortunadamente no tienen lo necesario. ¿No vivirían ambos felices y pacíficamente?
Este es el mensaje que fui a enseñarle a la gente de América.
Si tienes más, comparte con aquellos que no tienen. Si estás sano, ayuda a alguien que está enfermo. Si eres educado, asume la responsabilidad de educar a alguien que no lo es. Si eres capaz, ayuda a otra persona a ser capaz. Y esta es la manera de llevar al mundo en la dirección correcta.
Mucha gente vino Escucharon las charlas de Swami. Estaban muy inspirados. Gente de Mississippi, Stanford, Boston, California; todos quieren venir y ver las instituciones y hospitales de Swami para saber cómo Swami está haciendo esto. Cómo se está promoviendo el servicio desinteresado, propagándose a sí mismo. Ellos quieren aprender esto. Todos ellos planean venir aquí en los próximos meses para visitar las instituciones de Swami y aprender de ellos.
¡En algunos hospitales de América, un paciente no puede morir sin pagar la factura.! En tal situación, ¿cómo está Swami construyendo hospitales que funcionan totalmente gratis? ¿Cómo está manejando las instituciones donde no tiene que pagar ninguna tarifa? Ellos están muy sorprendidos. De hecho, no pueden creerlo.
Este es el comienzo de un pensamiento revolucionario en la cultura estadounidense donde la gente quiere venir a la India para ver nuestras instituciones y aprender cómo lo hacemos desinteresadamente sin honorarios, sin cargos. ¿Es posible establecer tales instituciones en América? Quieren venir, entender y aprender de nosotros. Este es un gran honor que tenemos para enseñarle al mundo cómo debe vivir la sociedad.
¡Queridos! Son muy afortunados de ser parte de dicha institución. Ustedes nacen en el suelo sagrado de la India y son ellos quienes llevarán este mensaje de la India, de servicio desinteresado, amor desinteresado al resto del mundo ".

"These people who are dying of hunger are actually being killed in an indirect way by those who have more than enough. When such person who has more than what one needs, if he or she starts sharing with those who do not have unfortunately, wouldn't both of them live happily and peacefully?
This is the message I went to teach to the people of America.
If you have more, share with those who do not have. If you are healthy, help somebody who is sick. If you are educated, take the responsibility of educating somebody who is not. If you are capable, help somebody else become capable. And this is the way lead the world in the right direction.
Many many people came. They heard Swami's talks. They were very inspired. People from Mississippi, Stanford, Boston, California; they all want to come and see Swami's institutions, hospitals to know how Swami is doing this. How selfless service is promoting itself, propagating itself. They want to learn this. All of them are planning to come here in the next few months to visit Swami's institutions and learn from them.
In some hospitals in America, a patient cannot even die without paying the bill!! In such a situation, how is Swami building hospitals which are running totally free? How is He running institutions where you don't have to pay any fee? They are very surprised. In fact, they are unable to believe it.
This is the beginning of a revolutionary thought in the American culture where people want to come to India to see our institutions and learn how we do it selflessly without fees, without charges. Is it possible to establish such institutions in America? They want to come, understand and learn from us. This is a great honour we have to teach the world how society should live.
Dear Ones! You are very fortunate that you are part of such institution. You are born in the sacred soil of India and you are the ones who are going to take this message of India, of selfless service, selfless love to the rest of the world."
