En un satsang celebrado en la presencia divina en California, EE.UU., el 24 de junio de 2016; cuando se le preguntó por qué eligió California; esto es lo que dijo Swami:

Pregunta: Swami, me siento muy honrado de ver este movimiento comenzando desde aquí mismo, en la costa oeste. Quiero saber por qué California, y más específicamente, ¿por qué el sur de California?

Swami: Tienes que comenzar en algún lado. ¿Por qué aquí? Porque la gente como tú está aquí, porque son de aquí. Donde sea que encuentre personas como ustedes, comenzaré desde ese lugar. Mi trabajo no es a través de Mí, como dije, es a través de ustedes. Por lo tanto, cuando encuentre personas que me escuchen, que estén dispuestas a llevar a cabo la tarea, estén dispuestas a sacrificar lo que sea necesario para asegurarse de que suceda, allí iré. Todos ustedes están aquí; es por eso que estoy aquí. Pueden hacerlo; es por eso que estoy aquí. La razón por la que estoy aquí son ustedes, no yo. Todos ustedes deben transformarse en verdaderos reflejos de Mí. A través de cada uno de ustedes, voy a lograr lo que necesito lograr. No teman; el miedo es la única cosa que hace que dejen de hacer lo que quieren hacer - el miedo con respecto a su trabajo, sus familias, su bienestar, su futuro, su vida - los limita.

Ustedes nunca tuvieron control sobre su propio nacimiento, ni tendrán control sobre su muerte. Ustedes no nacieron porque eligieron nacer y no pueden morir porque deciden morir. Todo está bajo Mi control; son simplemente marionetas. Ustedes están bailando como Yo quiero que bailen. Ven lo que Yo quiero que ustedes miren. Puedo hablar a través de ustedes - que no tienen voz. Veo a través de ustedes - que no tienen ojos. Yo como y bebo a través de ustedes, yo trabajo a través de ustedes, duermo a través de ustedes. Deben desarrollar esa sensación, cada vez más; cuanto más piensen así, más se convertirán a Mi estilo.

California siempre ha sido un lugar para desarrollar cosas nuevas. Dejen que el trabajo también comience desde aquí.

Question: Swami, I am very honored to see this movement starting from right here on the West Coast. I want to know why California and, more specifically, why Southern California?

Swami: You have to begin somewhere. Why here? Because people like you are here, so it is from here. Wherever I find people like you, I will start from that place. My work is not through Me; as I said, it is through you. Therefore, where I find people who will listen to Me, who are willing to carry out the task, are willing to sacrifice whatever is needed to make sure that it happens, I will certainly go there. You all are here; that is why I am here. You can perform; that is why I am here. The reason that I am here is you, not Me. You all have to transform yourselves into true reflections of Me. Through each one of you, I am going to achieve what I need to achieve. You just have to be My willing, available instruments, then I will sharpen you, brighten you, polish you; I will do everything that is required to make you exactly like Me.

Vishwaroopa darshanam (sight of the Universal Form of God) is not about seeing a being with multiple heads, multiple hands and so on. It is seeing Me in each one of you, as each one of you. Vishwaroopa darshanam is when the whole world looks like Sai – not in the way that you grow out your hair and walk around wearing a robe – what I mean is, truly the essence of Sai, which is love, which is compassion. That is how you all should become – and, when you are all ready, My work will progress at a very fast pace.

Don’t fear for yourselves; fear is the one thing that stops you from doing what you want to do – fear regarding your work, your families, your welfare, your future, your life – it limits you.

You never had control over your own birth, neither do you have control over your death. You were not born because you chose to be born and you cannot die because you choose to die. Everything is under My control; you are merely puppets. You are dancing as I am making you dance. I dress you up the way I want you to look. I talk through you – you have no voice. I see through you – you have no eyes. I eat though you, I drink through you, I work through you, I sleep through you. You must develop that feeling, more and more; the more you think like that, the more you will become like that.

California has always been a place for developing new things. Let the work also begin from here.
