En un satsang celebrado en la presencia divina en California, Estados Unidos, el 19 de junio de 2016, un devoto agradece a Swami por construir un hospital en Delhi como lo prometieron hace 15 años.

Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:

Pregunta: Swami, hace quince años, yo estaba en la sala de entrevistas con Usted, y me prometió que construiria un hospital en mi ciudad natal cerca de Delhi, en la India. Después de salir del cuerpo en 2011, casi me olvido, ya que estaba seguro de que no iba a ocurrir. El 25 de noviembre de 2015, Sreenivas, que está sentado en el escenario, me escribió, “Vamos a tener un Bhoomi Puja para el hospital de Nueva Delhi. Swami está por venir. Por favor, ven.”Estaba muy feliz que el hospital se estuviese construyendo cerca de mi casa en Palwal. (Aplausos)

Swami en cuerpo físico me prometió algo, y en cuerpo sin forma, Usted cumplió su promesa. Sólo quiero agradecerle por el amor que ha brindado a nuestro pequeño pueblo en India, donde se necesitaba mucho.

Swami: Usted ha diferenciado el Cuerpo Físico, del Cuerpo Sutil y el cielo sabe qué otros cuerpos.! (Aplausos)...

Yo soy la misma Verdad, ¿no? Sea cual sea la forma que tome, seguiré haciendo lo que hago. 

Para Mí, es una tarea continua. Para usted, ha sido en dos partes. Muchas cosas gloriosas van a suceder en el futuro cercano. ¿Por qué sólo un hospital en un lugar, como usted pidió.? Hay cientos de personas que me han orado por tales cosas. Como siempre digo, la oración es una parte; el esfuerzo es la otra parte. Quien ora también debe ser parte de él.

El sabio Bhagirath vio el dolor de la gente que sufría de sequía extrema. Él oró al Señor, "Por favor concédenos agua para que nadie tenga sed. Todos nuestros yagnas, yagas, abhishekas (rituales y ceremonias) - todo debe continuar sin interrupción; nada debe detenerse por falta de agua ". Se sentó y oró durante años y finalmente su oración fue concedida.

Cuando la oración de Bhagirath fue concedida, él no sabía cómo aceptarla, porque el inmenso Ganges que fluía libremente en el espacio, descendería sobre la tierra, y el impacto sería tan grande que la tierra se desestabilizaría. Por lo tanto, volvió a orar: "Señor, has concedido mi deseo de enviar el agua del Ganges a la Tierra, ahora envía también a alguien que pueda recibir el Ganges" (Risas)

Así, Swami envió a Sreenivas para construir el hospital. (Risas y aplausos)..... No hay que pensar que el hospital es sólo para la gente de este país o sólo en beneficio de ellos. ¡No! Es para todos. Todos ustedes son hermanos y hermanas. Todos ustedes son hijos de un mismo Señor. El hecho de que los padres tengan niños que viven en países diferentes, ¿Eso los hace diferentes?

Si los padres sufren, todos los niños deben reunirse para ayudar. Si un niño sufre, todos los demás hermanos y hermanas deben reunirse. Debes trabajar con este sentimiento de fraternidad. Tigrett también oró para que hiciera algo por la gente donde nació. Le dije: "Muy bien oraste; Yo concederé tu oración. "Sólo sé decir una palabra," Tathastu ", que así sea. Si oras por algo bueno, te diré 'Tathastu'. Si oras por algo malo, todavía diré 'Tathastu'. (risas y aplausos). Todo depende de ti.

Aquellos que oraron por un hospital, le dije: "Tathastu", y en un corto tiempo, definitivamente verán cómo comienza la construcción. Estoy enviando a Tigrett a América para trabajar en este proyecto. Lo he mantenido conmigo y lo he entrenado durante años y pronto, voy a enviarlo de vuelta a la gente de América para que pueda trabajar en estos proyectos y hacerlos suceder. Todos ustedes que están aquí deben unir sus manos y ayudar a Tigrett a llevar a término este proyecto hospitalario. Será un hospital único, y tal vez, el primero de su tipo en todo Estados Unidos.

Estas son buenas noticias. Estos son signos de los buenos tiempos por venir. Bendigo a todos ustedes para que asuman esta responsabilidad de hacer que su oración se haga realidad.

Cuando el Señor Indra y los dioses estaban luchando contra los demonios y no había manera de que pudieran vencerlos, se acercaron al Señor Brahma y le preguntaron: "¿Cómo podemos derrotar a estos demonios? ¿Cuál es la solución? "Lord Brahma respondió:" La solución es hacer un arma con la columna vertebral del sabio Dadhichi. Sólo con esta arma hecha de su espina dorsal, podran conquistar a los demonios. "

Indra, el líder de los dioses, fue al sabio y lo encontró en profunda meditación. Por su poder de intuición, el sabio sabía que Indra había llegado y el propósito por el que había llegado. Sin embargo, él le permitió hablar, así como le permitio que le diga lo que habia en su corazón. Indra dijo que él y los dioses estaban en una situación difícil. Necesitaban un arma que les ayudara a ganar la guerra contra los demonios. Esa arma, por desgracia, tenía que ser hecha de la espina dorsal del sabio. Dadhichi dijo: "Oh, ¿eso es todo? ¿Por qué te sientes tan tímido al preguntarme? Aquí está ", y se convirtió en cenizas,  permitiendo a Indra usar su columna vertebral contra los demonios.

Si ese sentido de sacrificio está ahí y usted puede renunciar a todo, incluyendo su vida, por el bien de la justicia, entonces cualquier cosa es posible. Sólo el compromiso y la dedicación pueden impulsar esta misión. Yo dije: "Mis devotos deben ser a mi imagen." Mi imagen es de amor y servicio. Si alguien dice: "Yo soy un devoto de Sai Baba", entonces él o ella debe vivir una vida de amor y servicio. Si eso no está allí en su vida , no se puede llamarse devoto de Sai Baba.

La gente dice: "¡Swami, esta con nosotros y bendícenos.!" Yo dije que siempre estoy dispuesto a estar contigo, pero como tú estás feliz de estar con alguien que te ama, que hace lo que quieres que haga, a mi también me gusta estar en compañía de aquellos que Me aman y hacen lo que yo quiero que hagan.

El año pasado, estábamos en Nigeria, y había un problema. Los niños allí estaban sufriendo. Un niño enfermo podría ser llevado a Raipur, conseguir ser operado y volver. Por desgracia, para un niño, volar de ida y vuelta es demasiado costoso, para la gente pobre de Nigeria.

Por lo tanto, pedí que una clínica pequeña se construyera allí para iniciar el diagnóstico de los niños. Vamos a enviar a nuestros médicos a Nigeria para asistir a aquellos casos que son dignos de operar, y llevar a los niños en grupo a la India para conseguir que sean operados. El próximo mes, vamos a volver a Nigeria para abrir el centro médico, que comenzará a trabajar en este proyecto. (Aplausos)

Mi deseo en América es comenzar un Centro Médico y encontrar aquellos casos que requieren atención inmediata o cirugía. O nuestro equipo de médicos viajará a América o, cuando haya un cierto número de niños, se les traerán a la India para ser operados. Este es nuestro plan hasta el momento.

Cuando Swami ha llegado hasta aquí y vuelve, debe haber algo que demostrar al mundo porque 'El lo ha hecho. No puede ser simplemente otro relato escrito sobre su visita, para ser leído por todos. Tiene que manifestarse como una acción - un signo de su presencia y de Su gracia en este país. Debe ser un testimonio de la misión y la presencia continua de Swami. Corresponde a los devotos en América pensar juntos, trabajar juntos y lograr lo que se debe lograr.

Mis bendiciones están siempre allí. Siempre digo, “den un paso hacia Mí y Yo daré cien pasos hacia ustedes.” Cuando le dije a Sreenivas ve a Raipur, no tenía una rupia en el bolsillo. Solo fue con la fe de que Swami le dijo que fuera a Raipur y Swami tenía algo que hacer allí. Él nunca había estado en Raipur. Ni siquiera sabía dónde estaba Raipur.! Sin embargo fue, y el resto es historia.

Swami proporcionó todo y el hospital fue construido. Por supuesto, se requiere mucho trabajo duro y la gracia de Dios. Al igual que para que la corriente eléctrica, circule por los cables, hay tanto un positivo como un negativo. Y cuando ambos se unen, la corriente fluye. In a satsang held in the divine presence at California, USA, on 19 June, 2016, a devotee thanks Swami, for building a hospital in Delhi as promised 15 years ago.

And here is what Swami said:

Question: Swami, fifteen years ago, I was in the interview room with You and You promised me that You would build a hospital in my hometown near Delhi, in India. After You left the body in 2011, I almost forgot about it, as I was sure it was not going to happen. On 25th November, 2015, Sreenivas, who is sitting on the stage, wrote me, “We are going to have a Bhoomi Pooja for the hospital in New Delhi. Swami is coming. Please come.” I was so happy that the hospital is being built right near my home in Palwal. (Applause)

Swami in the physical body promised me something and, in the formless body, You fulfilled Your promise. I just want to thank You very much for the love You have given to our small village in India, where it was needed very badly.

Swami: You have differentiated the physical body from the Subtle Body and heaven knows what other bodies! (Applause) I am the same Truth, am I not? Whatever form I take, I will continue to do what I did. For Me, it is a continuous task. For you, it has been in two parts. Many glorious things are going to happen in the near future. Why only one hospital in one place, as you asked? There are hundreds who have prayed to Me for such things. As I always say, prayer is one part; effort is the other part. One who prays must also be a part of it.

Sage Bhagirath saw the pain of the people who were suffering from extreme drought. He prayed to the Lord, “Please grant us water so that nobody should be thirsty. All our yagnas, yagas, abhishekas (rituals and ceremonies) – everything should go on without an interruption; nothing should stop due to lack of water.” He sat and prayed for years and finally his prayer was granted.

When Bhagirath’s prayer was granted, he did not know how to accept it, because the immense Ganges water which was free flowing in space would descend on earth and the impact would be so great that the earth would get destabilised. So, he prayed again, “Lord, You have granted my wish to send the Ganges water down to Earth, now please send somebody who can receive the Ganges down, too!” (Laughter)

So, Swami sent Sreenivas to build the hospital. (Laughter and applause) You must not think that the hospital is only for the people of this country, or only to benefit them. No! It is for all. You are all brothers and sisters. You are all children of the same Lord. Just because parents have children living in different countries, does that make them different?

If the parents suffer, all the children must come together to help. If one child suffers, all the other brothers and sisters must come together. You must work with this feeling of fraternity. Tigrett also prayed that he should do something for the people where he was born. I said, “You prayed very well; I will grant your prayer.” I only know one word, that is, “Tathastu,” – so be it. If you pray for something good, I will say ‘tathastu’. If you pray for something bad, I will still say ‘tathastu’. (Laughter and applause) It is all up to you.

Those who prayed for a hospital, I said, “Tathastu,” and, in a short while, you will definitely see the construction begin. I am sending Tigrett back to America to work on this project. I have kept him with Me and trained him for years and soon, I am going to send him back to the people of America so that he can work on these projects and make them happen. All of you who are here must join hands and help Tigrett to bring this hospital project to completion. It will be a one-of-a-kind hospital and, perhaps, the first of its kind in the entire USA.

These are good tidings. These are signs of good times coming. I bless that all of you shoulder this responsibility of making his prayer come true.

When Lord Indra and the gods were fighting the demons and there was no way they could conquer them, they approached Lord Brahma and asked, “How can we defeat these demons? What is the solution?” Lord Brahma replied, “The solution is to make a weapon out of the backbone of the Sage Dadhichi. Only with this weapon made from his backbone, can you conquer the demons.”

Indra, the leader of the gods, went to the sage and found him in deep meditation. By his power of intuition, the sage knew that Indra had arrived and the purpose for which he had come. Nevertheless, he allowed him to speak, just as I allow you to tell Me what is in your heart. Indra said that he and the gods were in a difficult predicament. They needed a weapon that would help them win the war over the demons. That weapon, unfortunately, had to be made from the sage’s backbone. Dadhichi said, “Oh, is that all? Why do you feel so shy in asking me? Here it is,” and he turned himself into ashes and allowed Indra to use his backbone against the demons.

If that sense of sacrifice is there and you can give up everything, including your life, for the sake of righteousness, then anything is possible. Commitment and dedication alone can drive this mission forward. I said, “My devotees should be in My image.” My image is of love and service. If somebody says, “I am a Sai Baba devotee,” then he or she ought to live a life of love and service. If that is not there, you cannot call yourself a Sai Baba devotee. 

People say, “Swami, be with us and bless us!” I said I am always willing to be with you but, just as you are happy to be with somebody who loves you, who does what you want him to do, I also love to be in the company of those who love Me and do what I want them to do.

Last year, we were in Nigeria, and there was a problem. The children there were suffering. One sick child could be brought to Raipur, get operated on and go back. Unfortunately, flying a child back and forth is too costly for the poor people there.

Hence, I ordered that a small medical clinic be built there to start diagnose the children. We will send our doctors to Nigeria to attend to those cases which are operation-worthy, or bring the children as a group to India to get them operated on. Next month, we are returning to Nigeria to open the medical centre, which will start working on this project. (Applause)

My wish in America is to start a medical centre and find those cases which need immediate attention or surgery. Either our team of doctors will fly to America or, when there are a certain number of children, we will bring them all the way to India and have them operated on. This is our plan so far.

When Swami has come all the way here and goes back, there should be something to prove to the world that He had come and gone. It cannot simply be another document written about His visit and read by all. It has to manifest as action – a sign of His presence and grace in this country. It must be a testimony to Swami’s continuous mission and presence. It is up to the devotees in America to think together, work together and achieve what needs to be achieved.

My blessings are always there. I always say, “Take one step towards Me and I will take a hundred steps towards you.” When I told Sreenivas to go to Raipur, he did not have one rupee in his pocket. He just went with the faith that Swami told him to go to Raipur and Swami had something for him to do there. He had never been to Raipur. He did not even know where Raipur was! Yet, he went, and the rest is history.

Swami provided everything and the hospital was constructed. Of course, both hard work and God’s grace are required. Like the electric current which runs in all these wires, there is both a positive and a negative. When both come together, the current flows. God’s grace is there; His blessings are there. He will say ‘tathastu’ (so be it) to all your prayers. Your efforts order to make things happen. I am sending Tigrett back to America very soon to commence this work. You must all join hands and help him. (Applause)
