Swami: Let Me ask the young women here: where do you keep your gold and diamonds? Do you store them in the shelves in your drawing room, or safely in your cupboard? Women are very precious to Me all the time, so I decided to keep them safe and secure, away from the gaze of the public. Women have service ingrained in their blood. They are born with the feeling to help, serve, love and care. They are like Mother Earth. That is why they are known as ‘mother’, which has been gifted to them by God. If you look at your own home, your mother makes an effort to do something for you. That is the nature of women – but, if you tell your father not to do something, he will be very happy. (Laughter)

If children are hungry, the father will ask them if they want food. If they do not want any, then he will leave them on their own. The mother, on the other hand, will start cooking for their child, even if the child is not hungry. Women naturally render service; men are the other way round. Generally, you know who is better. I love people who serve. I have to train men to become more service-minded, kind and compassionate. That is why I give more attention to men.
