Biarritz, originalmente un puerto de pesca de ballenas, es una elegante ciudad costera en la costa vasca en el suroeste de Francia, y ha sido un destino popular que la realeza europea comenzó a visitar en el 1800. Un destino de surf importante, con playas de arena y escuelas de surf, la localidad tiene un atractivo estético.
Después del desayuno, Swami habló a la reunión íntima en la residencia Camblong. El dijo, “a los que llama, cuándo, dónde y por qué le llama, es su prerrogativa, no del hombre. En el conjunto de Francia, se sugirieron muchos lugares para la visita de Swami.
Pero he venido aquí, porque él (refiriéndose a la Camblong ) tenía un deseo de tener Darshan, y debido a su mala salud, él no ha sido capaz de viajar. Por su bien, este lugar ha sido elegido. Si no puede venir, puedo ir por sus oraciones. Dejándolo, ella (refiriéndose a la dueña de la casa) no puede venir. Es por su bien que he venido.
Hay placeres y dolor. Como el día y la noche, que van y vienen. Pero la verdadera felicidad es la que viene y crece, no se va. Y esa felicidad sólo es posible, a partir de lo que es permanente. Puesto que Dios es permanente, la alegría que surja de Dios siempre es permanente!”
Swami habló con cada persona de los reunidos, revelandoles muchos aspectos de su vida, conocido sólo por ellos, lo que los dejo abrumados y bendecidos! El almuerzo se sirvió a todos, y Bhagavan se retiró por la tarde.
Por la noche, un Satsang privada se organizó en la residencia Camblong y cerca de 50 personas se habían reunido. Los niños presentaron una obra de teatro corta y ofrecieron dos canciones a los Pies de Loto de Bhagavan. Swami estaba muy satisfecho cuando Bendijo a todos los niños en abundancia hablando con cada uno de ellos.
Swami primero ordenó al señor Isaac Tigrett que hablara a todos los reunidos, y luego pidió a Sri C Sreenivas que se dirigiera a la reunión, quien dijo: "La devoción es lo que nos mantiene en todos nuestros viajes. Todos ustedes están permitiendo la devoción en estos pequeños.

Swami se apresuró a decir que los niños no son responsabilidad exclusiva de los padres, sino de toda la sociedad. Él dijo: "Un niño es el miembro más joven de la sociedad, y el primer miembro del mundo entero es el niño.
Por lo tanto, no es sólo responsabilidad de los padres, sino de todos. La educación y la salud son dos aspectos importantes que los niños necesitan “.
Sri B N Narasimha Murthy en su charla dijo que en nombre de la ciencia y la tecnología, Dios se ha mantenido fuera de la educación, y esto había creado una gran cantidad de problemas. "Antes de convertirse en un buen profesional, convertirse en un buen ser humano es importante.
Tenemos que sintetizar la ciencia y la espiritualidad. Citó las palabras de Swami de Vidya Vahini, La verdadera educación debe tener dos aspectos - Jivana Upadhi - esto debe darnos medios de vida, educación para enseñarnos el conocimiento y hacernos hábiles para ganarnos la vida. Segundo es Jivitha Paramavadhi - enseñar al niño la meta final de la vida humana, la realización de Dios. "Swami habló extensamente sobre el desarrollo de las buenas compañías. Del mismo modo, un niño nace a la imagen de Dios, pero eventualmente recibe la influencia del mundo alrededor. Aunque uno nace puro, las compañías lo vuelven impuro.
La mejor manera de conservar la pureza es tener buenas compañías. 'Dime con quién andas, y te diré quién eres', reza un dicho. Las buenas compañías llevan a buenos pensamientos, lo que conduce a buenas palabras. Y esto conduce a buenas acciones, lo que lleva a buenos hábitos, buen carácter, y en última instancia buen destino.
Por lo tanto, mantengan siempre buenas compañías. Cada viaje espiritual comienza con una buena compañía. De la buena compañía surge el desapego. Con desapego alcanzaran el principio inmutable de Dios!”
Cuando Swami terminó su discurso y llamó al Mangala Arati, la nieta de la familia Camblong, a 12 años de edad, le preguntó a Swami en cuanto a si los animales pueden sentir la presencia de Dios, y cómo pueden obtener a Dios.
Swami respondió a la niña diciendo: “Los animales siempre detectan la presencia de Dios. Pero la diferencia es, el hombre puede realizar a Dios y convertirse en uno. Así que, los animales encontrarán a Dios, finalmente, cuando se conviertan en hombres, y luego se conviertan en Dios. El nacimiento humano es el más alto de todos.
Pero los animales encuentran a Dios en su amor y compasión. Es por eso que de los 84 lakh de especies, el nacimiento humano es el más alto. Así que no pierdan este nacimiento!”
Después del Mangala Arati y el prasadam, cuando Swami caminaba de regreso a su habitación, el Sr. Camblong preguntó a Swami sobre cómo era la relación entre Jesús y Swami. La respuesta de Swami fue,
“Como un padre y un hijo”.
Cuando el señor Camblong dijo que la mayoría de los franceses eran cristianos muy estrictos con la intención de transmitir que la mayoría siguieron a Jesús con devoción,
Swami respondió: “Sí, por supuesto! Sin embargo, Jesús no era cristiano ni Creó el cristianismo. Sólo enseñó amor y servicio al igual que todos los otros grandes maestros, pero sus seguidores crearon la religión después de Él”.

This is an official Report of Sai Vrinda of Swami Visit to Biarritz-France on April 29, 2017.
Biarritz, originally a whale fishing harbour, is an elegant seaside town on southwestern France’s Basque coast, and has been a popular resort since European royalty began visiting in the 1800s. A major surfing destination, with long sandy beaches and surf schools, the resort town has an aesthetic appeal.
After breakfast, Swami spoke to the intimate gathering at the Camblong residence. He said, “Whom He calls, when, where and why He calls, is His prerogative, not man’s. In the whole of France, many places were suggested for Swami’s visit.
But I have come here, because he (referring to the senior Camblong) had a desire to have Darshan, and because of his ill health, he hasn’t been able to travel. For their sake, this place has been chosen. If he cannot come, I can come as per his prayers. Leaving him, she (referring to the lady of the house) cannot come. It is for their sake I have come.
There are pleasures and pain. Like day and night, they come and go. But true happiness is that which comes and grows, not goes. And such happiness is possible only from that which is permanent. Since God is permanent, the joy arising out of God is always permanent!”
Swami spoke to each person gathered, revealing many aspects of their life, known only to them, leaving them overwhelmed and blessed out! Lunch was served to all, and Bhagawan retired for the afternoon.
In the evening, a private Satsang was organised at the Camblong residence and about 50 people had gathered. The children presented a short skit and offered two songs at Bhagawan’s Lotus Feet. Swami was very pleased as He blessed all the children abundantly by speaking to each of them.
Swami first commanded Mr Isaac Tigrett to speak to all gathered, and then He asked Sri C Sreenivas to address the gathering, who said, “Devotion is what holds us in all our journeys. You are all enabling devotion in these little ones.
Devotion gives us strength, and it is Love for God, resulting in strength from God. We need strength, and that strength will take us forward. FromBhakti to Shakthi to Mukti, like Swami says.”
Swami was quick to say that children are not the responsibility of just the parents, but of the entire society. He said, “A child is the youngest member of the society, and the very first member of the entire world is the child.
Hence it is not just the responsibility of parents, but all. Education and health are two important aspects children need.”
Sri B N Narasimha Murthy in his talk said that in the name of science and technology, God has been kept out of education, and this had created a lot of problems. “Before becoming a good professional, becoming a good human being is important.
We have to synthesise science and spirituality. He quoted Swami’s words from Vidya Vahini, True education should have two aspects – Jivana Upadhi – this should give us means of livelihood, education to teach us knowledge and make us skillful to eke out a living. Second is Jivitha Paramavadhi – to teach the child ultimate goal of human life, God realisation.”
Swami spoke at length about developing good company. He said, “Everyone who is born, is born as the child of immortality. But as one grows in the world, due to the influence of the worldliness, and the poisonous desires of the world, the ambrosia like child becomes poisoned. This is the word of truth, the word of Sai.
One can drink rain water as it is. But when it touches the soil, it is not suitable for drinking. Similarly, a child is born in the image of God, but eventually gets influenced by the world around. Though one is born pure, the company changes oneself.
The best way to retain purity is to have good company. ‘Tell me your company, I shall tell you who you are’, goes a saying. Good company leads to good thoughts, which leads to good words. This leads to good actions, which leads to good habits, good character, and ultimately good destiny.
Therefore, keep always good company. Every spiritual journey starts with good company. From good company arises detachment. With detachment you attain the unchanging principle of God!”
As Swami finished His discourse and called for Mangala Arati, the grand daughter of the Camblong family, a 12-Year-old, asked Swami as to whether animals can feel the presence of God, and how can they get God.
Swami answered to the little girl by saying, “Animals always sense the presence of God. But the difference is, man can realise God and become one. So yes, animals will find God eventually when they become man, and then they become God. Human birth is the highest of all.
But animals find God in your love and compassion. That is why out of the 84 lakh species, human birth is the highest. So don’t waste this birth!”
After Mangala Arati and Prasadam, as Swami was walking back to His room upstairs, Mr Camblong asked Swami as to what was the relation between Jesus and Swami. Pat came the reply from Swami,
“That of a father and son”. When Mr Camblong said that most of the French people were very strict Christians intending to convey that most followed Jesus devoutly,
Swami replied, “Yes of course! However, Jesus was not a Christian nor He created Christianity. He only taught Love and Service like all other great Masters, but His followers created the religion after Him”. A truth for all to ponder upon!
Dinner was served, and everyone retired for the night.
