Guru Purnima FIESTAS 2011
Programa de la mañana
como parte de Guru Purnima celebraciones, una serie de programas se llevaron a cabo en Prashanti Nilayam. Sri Sathya Sai Conferencia Mundial de la Juventud sobre el tema noble "Ideal Liderazgo Sai" se llevó a cabo en el Auditorio Poornachandra el 13 y el 14 de julio de 2011.
El festival Guru Purnima, en la mañana del 14 de julio, se inició con los Cantos Vedicos, a las 8:00
am en el Sai Kulwant Hall, llenó en su capacidad.
La sala estaba decorada con buen gusto con lámparas chinas y guirnaldas que agregó valor
estético a la atmósfera. El altar con fotografías de Bhagavan estaba hermosamente decorado con
flores frescas.
Los hermanos Mlladhi, Prasad Sriram y Sri Ravi Kumar, el famoso dúo de música Carnatic
cautivó a la audiencia con su actuación por sexta vez.
Fueron acompañados por artistas en violín, Ghatam, Mridagam y Tanpura. Los cantantes y
artistas se sentaron frente al Trono majestuoso de Swami trono y sus fotografías.
Los hermanos Malladi comenzaron su interpretación con un canto en Hamsadhwani Raga.
Las canciones ensalzando ha Bhagavan como Brahmajnani (que tiene la sabiduría, que revela la
realidad interna), como el que quiso nacer en el clan Ratnakara, y la madre del Avatar,
Ishvaramma.
Las canciones concluyeron levantando el ritmo increscendo, es decir,Janula Madhya Tirugade
Jagapati (el Señor del universo que se mueve en medio de la gente), Sai Sai Namasmaranam Rupa
Dhyanam (cantando el nombre de Sai y meditar en la forma de Sai).
Al final, el profesor Anil Kumar, comunico una lluvia de alabanzas a los cantantes y los comparó
con los cantantes de Sri Rama y Sri Lakshmana, quien cantó junto a Bhagavan en Venkatagiri
durante los días pasados.
Sri V. Srinivasan, Presidente de la Organización Sri Sathya Sai para toda la India, honró a los
cantantes y artistas con Angavastrams de seda, tras lo cual los cantantes agradecieron con
su reverencia a Bhagaván.
El programa siguió con unos pocos Bhajans, y la mañana concluyó con el Arati a las 10.15 hs.
El segundo día de la conferencia comenzó con las oraciones de apertura en el Auditorio
Poornachandra.
El primer orador de la jornada fue un joven adulto Aparna Murali, un miembro del Consejo
Internacional de la Juventud de la zona 1, que comprende los países - EE.UU., Canadá, Antillas y
e Israel. El segundo orador fue adulto joven Mathias Seital, nuevo miembro del Consejo
Internacional de la Juventud de la zona 7, que comprende los países del norte de Europa.
Los jóvenes oradores tercero y el cuarto para adultos, fueron Anatoli Dikunov de la zona 8 Rusia y
Leo Alvin de la Zona 3 que comprende los países - Australia, Nueva Zelanda, Papua Nueva Guinea
y Fiji. Ambos eran miembros del Consejo Internacional de la Juventud.
Luego se dispersaron en grupos para círculos de estudio y deliberación sobre el tema "Adultos
Jóvenes Sai - Lideres Sai Ideal del Futuro." Después del receso del almuerzo, los informes sobre las
deliberaciones de todos los círculos de estudio fueron presentados por los facilitadores de grupo.
Las actuaciones del día terminaron con las observaciones finales de Sri Shitu Chudasama,
Coordinador Internacional de la Juventud y las oraciones de clausura.
Programa de la tarde:
El programa de la noche comenzó con los Cantos Vedicos a las 4:30 pm, seguido por los discursos
de dos jóvenes de la Organización Internacional Sathya Sai.
El primer orador fue Sri Shitu Chudasama, Coordinador Internacional de la Juventud. Ofreciendo
sus humildes saludos a Bhagavan, Sri Chudasama opinó que a pesar de que Bhagavan ya no
estaba físicamente con nosotros, Él continúa guiando y nos inspiran. No debemos olvidar que la
obra que ha comenzado a través de nosotros debe continuar. Por ello es importante que utilicemos
nuestras capacidades al máximo.

Continuando su discurso, el orador dijo que aprendió que Bhagavan siempre dio responsabilidad a
los jóvenes diciendo que el futuro de cualquier nación depende de la juventud.
Los que estuvieron presentes durante la conferencia de jóvenes en 2007, fueron testigos de
que Bhagavan distribuyo ropas a los delegados.
No se debe subestimar el poder de la túnica. Se refirió a un incidente en la Biblia donde un simple
toque de la orla del manto de Jesús puede curar a una persona.
Bhagavan incluso dijo a los delegados que mantengamos el manto debajo de la almohada, mientras
duermimos. Tal es el valor de la túnica.
Chudasama dijo que Bhagavan había concedido permiso para que esta conferencia de la
juventud en el pasado mes de noviembre, junto a el Dr. Michael Goldstein.
Esta conferencia de la juventud es "de los jóvenes, para los jóvenes y por los jóvenes.
" Hay 440 líderes juveniles. Muchos de ellos son participantes activos en programas internacionales
de jóvenes.
Sri Chudasama tomó la promesa de que seguiría sirviendo hasta el último aliento. Desde la
conferencia de la juventud pasada, hemos estado tratando de construir una base sólida de jóvenes.
Nuestra Organización Sai, lleva el nombre de la Divinidad, debemos salvaguardarla, dijo Sri
Chudasama.
En muchos países, los jóvenes han tomado mayores responsabilidades, especialmente a los jóvenes
de alto nivel.
Nuestros jóvenes han jugado un papel importante para aliviar el sufrimiento del pueblo por las
calamidades naturales: el tsunami en Sri Lanka, el terremoto en Haití, etc.
También se ha llevado a cabo un proyecto de agua potable en Nepal. Conferencias zonales de
jóvenes se han llevado a cabo en 9 zonas.
En la Zona 2 - América Latina, 21 países celebraron una conferencia sobre el tema ". Ahora es el
momento" La profundidad de la comprensión de la juventud de América Latina es fenomenal,
dijo Sri Chudasama.
La juventud rusa, aunque económicamente pobres, viajan largas distancias en los trenes, para
asistir a conferencias. Las actividades de servicio realizadas por los jóvenes rusos es notable.
Conferencias similares se llevaron a cabo en algunas partes del Lejano Oriente y otras regiones del
mundo.
Reiterando además, Sri Chudasama dijo: "Debemos recordar que Bhagavan está siempre con
nosotros para guiarnos. Dios no tiene principio ni fin. Él es eterno. "Prometimos ofrecernos a
Bhagavan, para que nuestra vida se convierta en su mensaje. Con estas palabras, Sri Shitu
Chudasama concluyó su discurso.
El siguiente orador joven fue Sri Daniel Strauss, miembro del Consejo Internacional de la Juventud.
Ofreciendo sus humildes saludos a los Divinos Pies de Loto y rindiendo homenaje a los miembros
del Sri Sathya Sai Trust, Sri Strauss dijo que 440 jóvenes líderes representan a jóvenes de 17 países
al unísono para esta conferencia.

La misión de la Organización Sai es despertar la divinidad interna. La Organización Sai se basa en
la espiritualidad. Éstos ayudarán a los jóvenes adultos maduros espiritualmente. El liderazgo
espiritual es el foco de nuestros jóvenes.
Finalmente, el factor clave es que tenemos que ser dueños de nosotros mismos. Con la gracia de
Swami, queremos practicar la máxima de "Jefes en el bosque, las manos en la sociedad."
El orador concluyó su discurso diciendo: "Swami es el refugio y consuelo de millones de personas."
El evangelio del amor va a perpetuar para siempre.
Después del discurso de Sri Strauss, los jóvenes de 16 países de las regiones 1,6,7 y 8 presentan un
coro al unísono. El grupo fue bautizado LASA ( AMA A TODOS SIRVE A TODOS).
Con las voces de los jóvenes, tanto en caballeros como damas, El coro internacional cautivó a la
audiencia durante una hora aproximadamente.
Al final, el líder del grupo expresó su gratitud a Swami por la oportunidad. Los estudiantes de
Instituto Sri Sathya Sai de Educación Superior, cantaron unos pocos Bhajans, y luego el Arati se
ofreció a las 6 pm...

The Sri Sathya Sai World Youth Conference on the lofty topic “Ideal Sai Leadership” was conducted in Poornachandra Auditorium on 13th and 14th July 2011. As a curtain raiser to the Guru Purnima festival, on the morning of 14th July, the programme commenced with Veda chanting at 8.00 a.m. Sai Kulwant Hall was filled to capacity. The Hall was tastefully decorated with Chinese lanterns and buntings which added aesthetic value to the ambience. The altar with Bhagawan’s photographs was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Malladi brothers, Sriram Prasad and Sri Ravi Kumar, the famous Carnatic music duo enthralled the audience with their performance for the sixth time. They were accompanied by artistes on violin, Ghatam, Mridagam and Tanpura. The singers and artistes sat facing Swami’s majestic throne and the photographs. The Malladi brothers began their rendition with a song in Hamsadhwani Raga. The songs extolled Bhagawan as a Brahmajnani (one who has the wisdom that reveals the inner reality), as the One who chose to be born in the Ratnakara clan and the mother of the Avatar, Easwaramma. The concluding songs raised the tempo to a crescendo, namely, Janula Madhya Tirugade Jagapati (the Master of the universe who moves amidst people), Sai Namasmaranam Sai Rupa Dhyanam(Chanting the Name of Sai and meditating on the form of Sai). At the end, Prof. Anil Kumar showered praises on the singers and compared them to the singers Sri Rama and Sri Lakshmana who sang along with Bhagawan in Venkatagiri during those earlier days. Sri V. Srinivasan, All India President, Sri Sathya Sai Organisations honoured the singers and artistes with silk Angavastrams, after which the singers paid their obeisance to Bhagawan. A few Bhajans followed and the morning programme concluded with Arati at 10.15 am. The first speaker for the day was a young adult speaker Aparna Murali, a member of the International Youth Council from Zone 1 comprising the countries – U.S.A., Canada, West Indies and Israel. The second young adult speaker was Mathias Seital, again a member of the International Youth Council from Zone 7, comprising countries from Northern Europe. The third and fourth young adult speakers were Anatoli Dikunov from Zone 8 Russia and Alvin Leo from Zone 3 comprising the countries – Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Both were members from the International Youth Council. Then they dispersed into study circle groups and deliberated on the topic “Sai Young Adults – Sai Ideal Leaders of the Future.” After the lunch recess, the reports on the deliberations of all the study circles were presented by the group facilitators. The day’s proceedings ended with concluding remarks by Sri Shitu Chudasama, International Youth Coordinator and closing prayers. Evening Programme The evening programme commenced with Veda chanting at 4.30 pm followed by speeches by two youth from the International Sathya Sai Organisation. The first speaker was Sri Shitu Chudasama, International Youth Coordinator. Offering his humble salutations to Bhagawan, Sri Chudasama opined that though Bhagawan was no longer physically with us, He continues to guide and inspire us. We should not forget that the work He has started through us should continue. It is therefore important that we utilise our capabilities to the utmost. Those who were present during the youth conference in 2007 were witness to Bhagawan distributing robes to the delegates. One should not underestimate the power of robe. He referred to an incident in the bible where a mere touch of the hem of robe of Jesus could cure a person. Bhagawan even told the delegates to keep the robe under their pillow while sleeping. Such is the value of the robe. Sri Chudasama said that Bhagawan had granted permission for this youth conference in last November to Dr. Michael Goldstein. This youth conference is “of the youth, for the youth and by the youth.” There are 440 youth leaders. Many of them are active participants in international youth programmes. Sri Chudasama took a pledge that they would continue to serve till their last breath. Since the last youth conference, we have been trying to build a solid youth foundation. Our Sai Organisation bears the name of Divinity; we should safeguard it, said Sri Chudasama. In many countries, youth have been given greater responsibilities, especially the senior youth. Our youth have played a major part in allaying the suffering of people in natural calamities: Tsunami in Sri Lanka, earthquake in Haiti, etc. They have also undertaken a drinking water project in Nepal. Zonal youth conferences have been held across 9 zones. In Zone 2 – Latin America, 21 countries held a conference on the topic “The Moment is Now.” The depth of understanding of Youth of Latin America is phenomenal, told Sri Chudasama. Russian youth though financially poor, travel long distance through trains to attend conferences. The service activities done by Russian youth is noteworthy. Similar conferences were held in far east and other parts of the world. Reiterating further, Sri Chudasama said, “We must remember that Bhagawan is always with us to guide us. God has no beginning or end. He is eternal.” We have promised to offer ourselves to Bhagawan so that our life becomes His message. With these words, Sri Shitu Chudasama concluded his speech. Offering his humble salutations at the Divine Lotus Feet and paying his respects to the Sri Sathya Sai Trust members, Sri Strauss said that 440 youth leaders brought together youth from 17 countries in unison for this conference. Right from registration to arranging chairs and Prasadam were done by the youth. Speaking on the deliberations of the conference, Sri Strauss said that delegates examined on the ways to improve the organisation. In addition to new guidelines, delegates were asked to structure the old ones. An important deliberation was to make Sai leaders for the future. Young leaders are important for the Sai Organisation. Delegates were asked to do spiritual enquiry to find answers to probing questions. The mission of the Sai Organisation is to awaken the inner divinity. Sai Organisation is founded on spirituality. These will help spiritually mature young adults. Spiritual leadership is the focus of our young adults. Finally, the key factor is that we have to become master of ourselves. With Swami’s grace, we want to practice the maxim “Heads in the forest, hands in society.” The speaker ended his speech by saying, “Swami is the refuge and comforter to millions.” The gospel of love will perpetuate forever. After the speech of Sri Strauss, youth from 16 countries from the regions 1,6,7 and 8 presented a choir in unison. The group was christened LASA (Love All Serve All). The voices of the youth, both gents and ladies gelled well with the musical instruments. The international choir enthralled the audience for about an hour. At the end, the leader of the group expressed his gratitude to Swami for the opportunity.
