Las celebraciones Onam - Día 3 Mañana

Hoy en día es Thiruvonam ... la fiesta de la abundancia y la prosperidad, el día que marca, como indica la leyenda, la llegada del antiguo emperador Mahabali, preguntando por el bienestar de los ciudadanos del propio país de Dios, Kerala.
La festividad de Onam siempre ha sido una experiencia diferente en Prashanti Nilayam, en comparación con la experiencia en 'casa' en el estado. Cuando, en los tiempos modernos, la cultura, las tradiciones y las leyendas relacionadas con las festividades toman un sentido errado, debido a la explotación poco saludable por el interés comercial en exceso del materialismo, Prashanti Nilayam a menudo da la bienvenida a la parte integral de todas las fiestas, abrazando y difundiendo cierto significado de cada festividad.

Reflejando el estado de ánimo festivo, esta mañana, el lugar, el Sai Kulwant Hall, dio a luz un aspecto festivo de alegría y grandeza, con decoraciones naturales típicas de Kerala que reflejaban las tradiciones culturales valiosas del estado. Banderas, guirnaldas, festones y sombrillas de colores forman la parte decorativa de la mañana propicia.
Panchavadyam, un conjunto de cinco instrumentos musicales populares en el sur de India, prestaban impulso al espíritu festivo de la mañana.
Onappookkalam, típico colorido, decoración, artística floral en el suelo, justo en frente de Sancta Sanctorum, se presentó como un símbolo de buen augurio en la mañana festiva.
Panchavadyam, un conjunto de cinco instrumentos musicales populares en el sur de India, prestaban impulso al espíritu festivo de la mañana.
Onappookkalam, típico colorido, decoración, artística floral en el suelo, justo en frente de Sancta Sanctorum, se presentó como un símbolo de buen augurio en la mañana festiva.
Festejando la ocasión, una cantante clásica Sri Abhiram Unni ofreció un concierto Carnática, serenata a Bhagavan durante más de 40 minutos.
Comenzando con MahaGanapatim ... Abhiram fluyó en el canto Shambho Mahádeva ..., Govinda Gopala Hari Narayana ..., Krishna Nee Begane ... para concluir con el famoso número Telugu Brahmamokkade ... Un miembro regular del grupo de bhajans del estado, Unni era una imagen de la elegancia simple en esta mañana, cantando con profesionalismo. Abhiram Unni aparece regularmente en programas de aire y televisión en el estado. Esta mañana fue acompañado con eficacia por SMT Vedavati Ganesh en el violín, Sarvasree Kallaikkulangara P. Unnikrishnan en Mridangam, Sreejith en Ghatam, Payyanur Govindankutty en Morsing. Una breve sesión de Panchavadyam por los estudiantes ISSSES siguió a continuación.
Bhajans por el grupo de Kerala continuaron y la sesión terminó con el Mangala Arathi a Bhagavan.
Durante la ocasión un mini-santuario con una fotografía de Bhagavan se abrió cerca de la Puerta de Ganesh.

Today is Thiruvonam... the festivity of plenty and prosperity, the day that marks, as per the legend, the arrival of erstwhile Emperor Mahabali, enquiring after the welfare of the citizens of God's Own Country, Kerala. Onam has always been a different experience in Prasanthi Nilayam compared to the ‘home’ experience back in the state. Where, in modern times, culture, traditions and the legends connected to festivities take a back-seat owing to unhealthy exploitation by the commercial interest with excess materialism, Prasanthi Nilayam often welcomes the holistic side of all festivities, embracing and disseminating true purport of each festivity.
Reflecting the festive mood, this morning, the venue, Sai Kulwant Hall, bore a festive look of gaiety and majesty, with Kerala's typical natural decorations reflecting the state’s valued cultural traditions. Flags, buntings, festoons and colourful parasols formed the decorative party for the auspicious morning. Panchavadyam, an ensemble of five musical instruments popular in South India, rendered fillip to the festive spirit in the morning. Onappookkalam, typical, colourful, artistic floral decoration on the floor, right in front of the Sanctum Sanctorum stood as a symbol of auspiciousness on the decorative morning.
Feasting the occasion, upcoming classical vocalist Sri Abhiram Unni offered a Carnatic concert, serenading Bhagawan for over 40 minutes.
Beginning with MahaGanapatim... Abhiram flowed on singing Shambho Mahadeva..., Govinda Gopala Narayana Hari..., Krsna Nee Begane... to conclude with the famed Telugu number Brahmamokkade... A regular bhajan troupe member for the state, Unni was a picture of simplistic elegance this morning, singing with professional elan. Abhiram Unni regularly features in AIR and TV programmes in the state. This morning he was effectively accompanied by Smt Vedavati Ganesh on Violin, Sarvasree Kallaikkulangara P. Unnikrishnan on Mridangam, Sreejith on Ghatam, Payyanur Govindankutty on Morsing. A brief session of Panchavadyam by the SSSIHL students followed next.
Bhajans by the Kerala troupe continued and the session ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
During the occasion a mini-shrine with a photograph of Bhagawan was opened near the Ganesh Gate check-in point by senior ashram official.
