Si Vidya Vahini es la solución de Bhagavan a los tiempos actuales en el campo de la educación, empañadas por la erosión de los valores, el mundo puede respirar un suspiro de alivio, cuando el crecimiento y difusión de Vidya Vahini es cada vez más amplio, y traerá un progreso constante en el campo educativo, como fue previsto por Bhagavan.
Esta tarde, con el motivo de la dedicación a Swami de la aplicación de la web desarrollada recientemente por el Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., tres escuelas, bajo el esquema Vidya Vahini, realizaron una presentación cultural de una hora, de veinte minutos cada una, en el Sanctum Sanctorum en Prasanthi Nilayam.
La primera presentación fue por los estudiantes de Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, de Visakhapatanam, que se encuentran en su 27 º año de su creación. La presentación expuso los defectos del sistema educativo de hoy en día, que es más cuantitativo que cualitativo, que pone el énfasis en lo 'cuantitativo' para presionar a los estudiantes a sobresalir, inculcándoles la pasión en ello. La perfección viene con pasión y no con la presión, declaraba la presentación, que represento la historia de una niña de nombre Amrita, que estaba bajo una fuerte presión de su padre por no conseguir un perfecto 10, a pesar de su desempeño excelente. La presentación finalizó con un maestro sabio y docto, atendiendo a la niña infeliz, transmitiéndole la esperanza que trae Vidya Vahini, como respuesta a la actual devaluación del sistema educativo moderno.
A continuación presentaron 'Kolattam ", una forma popular de baile de Andhra Pradesh ofrecido por los estudiantes de Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai de los distritos Vidyalayam, Nandigama, y Andhra Pradesh. Bailando vibrantes al ritmo de un par de canciones devocionales populares en Telugu, estos estudiantes, con traje típico, con diademas y tobilleras, cautivaron a la audiencia con su rápidos, rítmicos y peculiares, movimientos sincronizados, con gran espíritu de equipo.
La tercera y última fue una ofrenda musical brillante por un grupo de alumnas de la Escuela secundaria de Sri Visva Vidyalaya, Vandalur, Tamil Nadu. La presentación de este rico talento consistió en cantar himnos a Bhagavan, este grupo de estudiantes incito una ronda de aplausos de la audiencia, en reconocimiento de su exhibición musical agraciada.
Mientras los bhajans continuaban, cada grupo posó para una sesión de fotos en grupo. Todos los niños participantes fueron felicitados con regalos especiales y prasadam fue distribuido a todo el auditorio.

If Vidya Vahini is Bhagawan’s solution to the present times in the field of education, marred with erosion in values, the world can breathe a sigh of relief as the expanse of Vidya Vahini is ever expanding bringing in steady progress in the field, as was previsioned by Bhagawan.
This evening, marking the occasion of the dedication of the newly developed Web Application by the Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., three schools, under the Vidya Vahini scheme staged an hour-long cultural presentation, of twenty minutes apiece, at the Sanctum Sanctorum in Prasanthi Nilayam.
The first presentation was by the students from Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Visakhapatanam, which is in its 27th year of inception. The presentation exposes the flaws of modern day educational system, that is more quantitative than qualitative, that puts ‘quantitative’ pressure on the students to excel than instilling passion in them. Perfection comes with passion and not with pressure, declares the presentation depicting the story of girl by name Amrita, who was under severe pressure from her father for not scoring a near perfect 10, despite here excellent performance. The presentation ended with a wise and learned teacher, attending to the hapless girl, airing greater hopes bringing in Vidya Vahini as today’s answer to devalued modern educational system.
Next to come was ‘Kolattam’, a folk-dance form from Andhra Pradesh offered by the student of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Vidyalayam, Nandigama, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. Dancing vibrantly to the tunes of a couple of popular Telugu devotionals, these students, in typical attire, with headband and anklets, enthralled the audience with their quick, quirky, rhythmic, synchronised movements graced with great team spirit.
The third and final presentation was a scintillating musical offering by a group of girl students from Sri Viswa Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Vandalur, Tamil Nadu. Presenting rich talent, singing paeans to Bhagawan, this bunch of students incited round of applause from the audience, in appreciation of their graceful musical display.
Even as bhajans continued, each group posed for group photo session. All the participating children were felicitated with special gifts and prasadam was distributed to the entire assembly.
Mangala Arathi was offered at 1825 hrs.
