Donde no hay amor, las personas se causan daño unos a otros. De la verdad emerge la rectitud. Cuando estas dos cualidades van juntas, la paz es el resultado. La paz se manifiesta como un comportamiento calmo y sereno. Una persona en ese estado dice "soy pacífico".

"La dulzura es tu sabor", cantaba un devoto poeta.
Cuando los devotos del Reino Unido trajeron muchos chocolates y se lo ofrecieron a Swami, él dijo: "¡Oh! Dulces! Como Dios.
Dios es descrito como la 'Dulzura personificada' (Madhuradhipate) '.
Verdaderamente, solo Dios sabe dulce en este mundo, todo lo demás es amargo.
Pero, por desgracia, el que nunca ha probado un dulce, ¿qué sabrá él de su alegría?"
El devoto que estaba escuchando esta conversación dijo:" Swami, ¿cómo podemos saborear la dulzura de Dios? "A lo que Swami respondió:" Si arruinas tus papilas gustativas con otros tipos de gustos mundanos, ¿cómo vas a poder saborear la dulzura de Dios? Al igual que el pájaro Chathaka espera las gotas de lluvia para saciar su sed y no beberá de las aguas caídas en piletas y charcos, también deben esperar saborear lo divino sólo si los placeres mundanos no lo contamina. "¿No es por eso que el nombre de Rama se compara con un dulce.? ¿No es por eso que nos reunimos alrededor de Él como hormigas donde quiera que esté, en cualquier forma.?

El sol se elevó al compás de la música africana mientras todo el Ashram se preparaba para la inauguración de la Estupa Sarva Dharma, los aposentos de los doctores, el laboratorio de patología y la cantina del Hospital. ¿Que más? El arquitecto griego Jai Mexis estaba listo con sus planos para la escuela secundaria, y todos estaban listos para el Bhoomi Puja para la escuela para mil niños que se construirá en los próximos meses. Demasiado para conocer, en un día . Pero este día ha esperado mucho para tener al Señor con él, ¡así que tenía que ser así!
El Comisionado de Salud Dr. Fintan llegó poco después de las 10 am. Y después de una discusión inicial con el equipo, Swami procedió junto con los invitados a declarar inaugurada la estupa Sarva Dharma justo enfrente de la Capilla, con inscripciones de los símbolos de las cinco religiones y el cinco valores según lo enseñado por Swami. No es una hazaña común propagar el principio de unidad, igualdad y armonía ....

‘Sweetness is Thy taste’, sang a devotee poet.
When the devotees from UK brought lots of chocolates and offered it to Swami, He said, “Oh! Sweets! Just like God. God is described as ‘Sweetness personified’ (Madhuradhipate)’. Truly, only God tastes sweet in this world, all else is only bitter. But alas, the one who has never tasted a sweet, what will he know about it’s joy.”
The devotee who was listening to this conversation submitted, “Swami how do we taste the sweetness of God?”
To which Swami replied, “If you spoil your taste buds with other kinds of worldly tastes, how are you going to be able to taste the sweetness of God. Just like the Chathaka bird waits for the rain drops to quench its thirst and will not drink from the fallen waters in pools and puddles, so should you wait to taste the divine alone and not the contaminated worldly pleasures.”
Isn’t it why Rama’s name is compared to a sweet! Isn’t it why we flock to Him like ants wherever He is, in whichever form!

With the Divine Grace of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the annual Global Akhanda Bhajan will be held at Muddenahalli this weekend.

A trip to Latin America in October is usually considered as the final visit for the year for Swami and His entourage, and this also heralds the onset of the Birthday Celebrations. ‘Love My Uncertainty’ is what Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba reminds everyone all the time. And this time it was no different, as Swami wanted to visit the JOY Ashram of Father Charles in Enugu, Nigeria. The entourage set off on Thursday, November 2, in the early hours of the morning to board their flight to Dubai. With direct connections to Enugu only twice a week, the schedule demanded a night at Dubai, and the Lord out of His infinite mercy and compassion decided to bless the yearning hearts in Dubai for the fifth time. As the flight landed at Dubai International Airport in the afternoon, Sri Madan Gupta along with other devotees from ‘Sai Hridayam’ welcomed the entourage. Swami had lovingly named the group in Dubai ‘Sai Hridayam’ during His very first visit saying that, while He resides in the hearts of these devotees, more importantly they reside in His heart! What a unique blessing!
As Swami entered the Gupta residence, Bhajans were in progress, and Swami sat for a couple of Bhajans before Mangala Arati. A late lunch was served, and everyone relaxed for the rest of the day. During dinner as Sri Madan Gupta, his devout wife Smt Shobhna and son Vijay walked into Swami’s room to serve Him, Swami asked them a very pertinent question “How does God serve?” Many answers were attempted by the couple, but Swami was not satisfied. When Swami asked Vijay, pat came his reply, ‘God serves through His instruments.’ Swami was extremely pleased with the reply and said that He indeed serves through the hands, legs and bodies of His instruments. DIVINE VISIT – ENUGU, NIGERIA NOVEMBER 04 AND 05, 2017
Swami’s entourage boarded their flight in the wee hours of the morning of November 4, and landed in Enugu at noon. They were lovingly received by Father Charles Ogada, Brother Anant Rao, Brother Ashok Pai and Brother Ricky Sharma at the airport. A short native African dance welcomed everyone as they stepped out of the Airport, and all were soon driven away to the Hotel in Ebe, Enugu. After lunch, the Commissioner of Health Dr Fintan Ekochin and the Commissioner of Agriculture Mr Emeka Edeh arrived at the Hotel to meet Swami’s entourage. They were awe struck by all the ongoing work and were equally overwhelmed to hear about all the initiatives that will unravel in Enugu. Due to the long flight, everyone rested in the evening after an early dinner.
The next morning, November 5, after breakfast Swami’s entourage proceeded to the JOY Ashram, tucked away in the lap of Mother Nature. Upon arrival, Swami who was already waiting in His room, commanded Father Charles to conduct the Sunday Mass at the Chapel. What followed for the next 30 minutes was indeed beautiful! It was one-of-a-kind Sunday Mass in the presence of the Heavenly Father! Swami then went on a quick tour around the Campus, and then returned to the Chapel to partake His lunch. The entourage returned to the hotel for lunch.
In the evening, over 200 people had gathered at the Chapel. The children presented a drama, ‘World Parliament of Religions’ which....

DIVINE VISIT – ENUGU, NIGERIA NOVEMBER 06, 07 AND 08, 2017
The sun rose to the beats of African music as the whole Ashram got ready for the inauguration of the Sarva Dharma Stupa, the doctors’s quarters, the pathology lab and the Hospital canteen. What more? The Greek architect Jai Mexis was all ready with his plans for the High School and everyone were ready for the Bhoomi Puja for the thousand children School that will be built in the coming months. Too much to soak in, in one day. But this day has waited long to have the Lord with it, so it had to be so!
The Commissioner of Health Dr Fintan arrived soon after 10 a.m. and after an initial discussion with the team, Swami proceeded along with the guests to declare open the Sarva Dharma stupa right in front of the Chapel, with inscriptions of the symbols of five religions and the five values as taught by Swami. It is no ordinary feat to propagate the principle of unity, equality and harmony of all religion in this part of the world.
Swami cut the ribbon as He declared open the symbol of harmony of all faiths to the public. Thereafter, everyone proceeded to the Aruike Hospital to have a quick tour. Professor Bassden who is a cardiologist from the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) joined just in time and was all praises for the free medical work of Swami in Raipur and Delhi, which he had recently visited. No coincidence that he turned out to be the teacher of the Commissioner of Health who is a neurologist himself! Both were deeply impressed by the infrastructure that was developed for medical service and met the small team of the doctors and nurses too. Everyone then walked down to the new Canteen to inaugurate the same. The Commissioner was very impressed...
