LA REALIDAD ES UNA REALIDAD VIRTUAL

Estamos aquí para cambiar esta situación. No sólo para hablar de ello..._Satsang .28 de diciembre de 2017.

" Estamos aquí para cambiar esta situación. No sólo para hablar de ello, discutir sobre ello, quejarnos y argumentar sobre ello, sino para hacer algo para cambiar la situación. Estamos aquí para crear buenos hombres y mujeres antes de crear grandes hombres y mujeres."

Uno puede seguir quejándose. 'El gobierno debería hacer esto. Las autoridades deberían hacer eso. Las personas en puestos de responsabilidad deberían tomar esto o aquello ". Uno puede continuar quejándose, pero simplemente quejándose y arrinconándose, no se puede resolver ningún problema. Aquellos que no tienen interés en mejorar las cosas se refugian en las quejas y en las mentiras. 

Pero, aquellos que realmente quieren hacer una diferencia, aquellos que realmente quieren cambiar la situación, no se quejan y se quejan, sino que siguen adelante y hacen todo lo que se requiere para arreglar las cosas. Madiyal Narayan Bhat fue una de esas personas que decidió por elección ser maestro y establecer instituciones que inspiren a los docentes, los que prepararán a buenos ciudadanos, no solo a grandes profesionales.

Los padres de hoy, la sociedad, todo el tiempo desea grandes hombres y mujeres, pero no buenos hombres! 
Ravana fue un gran hombre. Tenía todas las 64 cualidades de conocimiento en su cabeza. Él conocía todos los Vedas, Shastras y Upanishads. 

Pero para que le sirvio, cuando no podía controlar sus propios sentidos, y trajo la ruina para él y para todo su clan. 
Duryodhana tenía la fuerza de miles de elefantes, pero finalmente debido a su propia avaricia derribó todo el reino y causó su muerte en la Guerra de Mahabharata. También lo fue Hiranyakashipu, que fue un gran científico. En aquellos días él fue a la luna y regresó. Tal persona trajo la ruina a sí mismo debido a su propio ego.

Quién está creando bombas atómicas que están causando destrucción masiva? No son grandes ingenieros inteligentes y científicos? Quienes son los que recogen dinero de la gente en nombre de finanzas y banca y abusan de ella de tal manera que trae la ruina debido a su codicia y tanta gente pierde su medio de vida. Esto no es hecho por gente que tiene gran inteligencia y conocimiento? Todos los que están sentados en altas posiciones, en las empresas y los países como gobernantes, no son personas inteligentes y capaces? Pero desafortunadamente, la base, la bondad fundamental falta en ellos. Debido a esto, toda su grandeza sólo está causando daño a la sociedad, pero no es de ayuda o apoyo.

Que es la bondad? Otros, antes de uno mismo, es bondad. Una simple comprensión de quién es bueno y quién no. Pero, ¿cuántos piensan en los demás? Todo lo que obtienen, sus conocimientos, habilidades, talentos y capacidades solo se usan para sus ganancias egoístas. ¿Cuántos están buscando ayudar a alguien más? Esa es la razón de la ruina en el mundo de hoy.

Sin embargo, estamos aquí para cambiar esta situación. No solo hablar de ello, discutir al respecto,  quejarse y argumentar al respecto, sino para hacer algo para cambiar la situación. Estamos aquí para crear buenos hombres y mujeres antes de crear grandes hombres y mujeres. Una vez que eres una buena persona con pensamientos desinteresados, seguramente serás un buen ingeniero, un buen médico, para aquellos que necesitan tu servicio. Cuando eres una buena persona de carácter a tu edad más joven, cuando te conviertes en un gran administrador no te conmoverán las tentaciones que puedan surgir en tu camino. La bondad debería ser la base de toda educación. Crear hombres y mujeres de carácter debería ser el objetivo de la educación. Y para lograr esto, necesitamos maestros con carácter y bondad como base.

"We are here to change this situation. Not merely speak about it, discuss about it, complain and argue about it, but do something to change the situation. We are here to create GOOD men and women before creating GREAT men and women."

One can go on complaining. 'Govt should do this. Authorities should do that. People in responsible positions should take up this or that.' One can go on complaining, but by simply complaining and cribbing, no problem can be solved. Those who have no interest in improving things take refuge in complaining and cribbing about things. But, those who really want to make a difference, those who really want to change the situation, they don't simply complain and crib but instead go ahead and do all that is required to set things right. Madiyal Narayan Bhat was one such person who decided out of choice to be a teacher and set up institutions which will have inspired teachers which will prepare good citizens, not just great professionals.

Today's parents, society all the time wishes for great men and women, but not good men! Ravana was a great man. He had all the 64 qualities of knowledge in his head. He knew all the Vedas, Shastras and Upanishads. But what was the use when he could not control his own senses and brought ruin to himself and his entire clan. Duryodhana had the strength of thousand elephants, yet ultimately because of his own greed brought down the entire kingdom and caused death in the War of Mahabharata. So was Hiranyakashipu who was a great scientist. In those days he went to moon and came back. Such a person brought ruin to himself because of his own ego.

Who are creating atom bombs which are causing mass destruction? Are they not great intelligent engineers and scientists? Who are those who collect money from people in the name of finance & banking and misuse it in such a way that it brings ruin due to their greed and so many people lose their livelihood. Is this not done by people who have great intelligence and knowledge? All those sitting in high positions, in high pedestals ruling companies and countries, are they not intelligent and capable people? But unfortunately, the basis, the fundamental goodness is missing in them. Because of this, all their greatness is only causing damage to the society but is of no help or support.

What is Goodness? Others before Self is Goodness. A simple understanding of who is good and who isn't. But how many think of others? Everything that they gain, their knowledge, skills, talents, capabilities are only put to use for their selfish gains. How many are looking at helping anybody else? That is the reason for the ruin in the world today.

However, we are here to change this situation. Not merely speak about it, discuss about it, complain and argue about it, but do something to change the situation. We are here to create good men and women before creating great men and women. Once you are a good person with selfless thoughts, you are bound to be a good engineer, good doctor for those who are in need of your service. When you are a good person of character in your younger age, when you become a great administrator you will not be shaken by temptations that may come your way. Goodness should be the basis of all education. Creating men and women of character should be the goal of education. And to achieve this, we need teachers with character and goodness as their basis.

En uno de las Satsangs celebrados en la presencia divina en Cisternino, Italia, el 19 de abril de 2015. Un devoto busca la guía de Swami para entender el equilibrio entre la confianza en sí mismo y el ego.

Y esto es lo que dijo Swami:

PREGUNTA: Soy incapaz de hablar cuando hay más de dos o tres personas en una habitación. Muchas veces, tuve el temor de despertar y creer que todo esto era un sueño. Creo que estoy en la etapa de Educación Infantil, e incluso antes de jardín de infantes.! Por favor, Swami, ayudeme a comprender el equilibrio entre la confianza en sí mismo, que no tengo - pensar que soy de ninguna utilidad - y el ego.

SWAMI: Nada es inútil, que he creado. Incluso una brizna de hierba, la que podría parecer insignificante, alimenta y abriga  a seres, los insectos. Cuando tu eres un ser humano, la joya cumbre de toda la creación, ¿cómo puedes ser inútil.? 

El mismo hecho de que todavía te este dando un día más para vivir le indica, acerca de la fe y la confianza que tengo en ti. 

Estás vivo, eso es prueba de que Swami aún cree que serás útil para los demás.

Si en polvo piensas, polvo eres. Si en Dios piensas, Dios eres. 

Por lo tanto, solo depende de cómo pienses.

In one of the satsangs held in the divine presence at Cisternino, Italy, on 19 April, 2015. A devotee seeks Swami's guidance to understand the balance between self-confidence and the ego.

And here is what Swami said:

QUESTION: I am unable to speak when there are more than two or three persons in a room. Many times, I had the fear of waking up and believing all this was a dream. I don’t think I am in the kindergarten stage, but even before kindergarten! Please, Swami, help me to understand the balance between self-confidence, which I don’t have – thinking that I am of no use – and the ego.

SWAMI: Nobody is useless, whom I have created. Even a blade of grass, which might seem insignificant, feeds and shelters beings, insects. When you are a human, the crest jewel of all creation, how can you be useless? The very fact that I am still giving you another day to live tells you about the faith and trust that I have in you. It is that that you must believe in. You are alive - that is proof that Swami still believes that you will be of service to others. Dust you think, dust you are. God you think, God you are. Therefore, it just depends on how you think.
