SUS CARTAS ... A Sri Indulal Shah - Llegando a Navaratri.

SUS CARTAS ...

A Sri Indulal Shah

Llegando a Navaratri (9 días dedicados a la Divina madre).

Indulal y Sarlamma, acepten Mis bendiciones.

Indulal!

Has estado trabajando con gran sinceridad y devoción.

Transmite mi generosa bendición a Chandravadan, Darshana y Sarlamma.

Your letters ...

To Sri Indulal Shah

Arriving at Navaratri (9 days dedicated to the divine mother)

Indulal and Sarlamma, accept My blessings.

Indulal ! Since I am busy with ceaseless activities I could not write to you earlier. Navaratri is approaching; time is short and the amount of work to be done is huge. Everyone at Prashanty Nilayam is working day and night to prepare the place for Navaratri. You are aware that all tasks, big and small, happen here only with Swami's permission. All the time, I am on the ground floor itself and getting the work done. I am also busy overseeing the construction of new sheds. In this situation, I am unable to come to Bombay at present. I would have definitely come if I could have found a little time. The day before yesterday, I was informed by telephone that Burgula Ramakrishna Rao was unwell and was anxious to see Me. I rushed to Hyderabad that very night and returned the next evening, travelling over a thousand milles in a single day. This, I had to do because of the amount of work waiting for Me here.

Whatever work I undertake is for the sake of My devotees. My devotees are everything to Me. Wherever I am, I am at work on your behalf. I have nothing else to do. I am your property. I don't have any problem of My own. Please wait with pathience and understanding. I will come after Dasara and bring joy yo you all.

Bangaru ( golden one ) ! I know you hearth very well. You have been working with great sincerity and devotion. I feel very upset that I am not able to give you total satisfaction, but I am not independent, since I am bound and beholden to My devotees. Hence, I cannot move around the way I wish.

Convey My bountiful blessing to Chandravadan, Darshana and Sarlamma.

Thus

Your Baba

('Tattva Sameeksha' is a Talk session by eminent speakers to the Ashram residents of Sathya Sai Grama in Muddenahalli).

“As an individual you can start doing good because that good has repercussions. The nation will have a change at some point in time. That is the way forward.”

—————

Some of you might have heard of the political turmoil in Sri Lanka recently. The present Government is kind of being thrown and somebody else is claiming stake and there is going to be floor test on Monday. So, obviously, the Sri Lankan devotees were overwhelmed because Sri Lanka has had a very bad time for the last three decades. There were murders, death and violence every day. And it is only in the last few years some peace; some sense of society has come into the country. And then you have this huge political instability. Everybody is worried. So, they were asking what we can do. How can we help? Then Swami said,

“There is Vaiyaktika Dharma, duty that an individual has to perform. Then there is a Griha Dharma, duty of a family. Then there is a Samaaja Dharma, the duty towards the society. There is a Desha Dharma, the duty towards the nation. Like that Vishwa Dharma, duty towards the entire world. So, all these duties must align. So each duty should lead to the welfare and goodness of the next stage of people. As an individual, you must do something that should help the family. As families, you must do something that should help the societies. As societies, we must do something that should help the nation at large. As all the nations, we must do something that helps the world at large. That is the way it would happen.”

Then Swami said, based on Dharma, there is Karma. What you do is what you experience. If you do good things, you experience good. If you do wrong, you experience wrong consequences. So when an individual does good, not only his individual Karma improves, even the family Karma improves. One good person in the family can redeem the entire family. One good family can redeem the entire society. One good society can redeem the entire country. One good country can redeem the entire world.

So Swami said you cannot do much at the political level. You cannot wish that political stability comes back. Nothing untoward happens in the country. What you can do is, as individual you can start doing good because that good has repercussions. That will someway affect the families around you. When families change, it will affect the society. In the same way, the nation will have a change at some point in time. Swami said that is the way forward. That is why I want you all to keep doing good!

Youth For Youth

To the global youth coordinators, Swami was guiding about the need to organise and formalise the youth movement around the world, and so He coined a phrase “ Youth for Youth”, defining the very purpose of the youth to be of help to another youth in pursuing the path of spirituality and service.

Then He went on to ask the duo, what does youth stand for?

Many guesses were made, while most of them were a shot in the dark, a few educated answers like - ‘Y’ stands for Young, ‘O’ stands for Oneness, ‘U’ stands for  Understanding, etc were attempted trying to acronymize the term ‘Youth’.

Swami heard it all patiently and then said, “The very nature of the youth should be to help others and therefore the right way to describe it would be - Young Ones United To Help.”

“Youth is the spring of one’s life, full of vigour and energy in the body, which should be bent in the service of others before it becomes old and weak. But one alone can do so little, whereas together much can be achieved”, He added.

I always wonder as to how Swami comes up with these nomenclatures and acronyms that are not just relevant, but very revealing too!

DIVINE VISIT TO VISHAKAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH – OCTOBER 31, 2018
Bhagawan Baba along with His entourage, landed in Visakhapatnam at around 10:30 a.m. Thus, the port city joined the ever-growing number of cities to be blessed by a Divine visit.
Bhagawan was escorted by a small convoy, from the airport to a nearby hotel, which was to be His residence for the next two days. By the time He reached the hotel it was 11:15 a.m and Bhagawan was greeted by a large number of alumni and eagerly-waiting devotees and guests, whom He had personally invited. After a brief interaction in His suite and a sumptuous lunch, well-prepared by devotees, Bhagawan then retired for the afternoon.
In the evening, a Satsang had been organised at an area by name Sujathanagar. Upon reaching the venue, Bhagawan glided into the small, beautifully decorated hall to bless the overflowing crowd of devotees who had gathered for the joyous occasion. After listening to a few Bhajans, He proceeded to inaugurate the kitchen at the rear of the building.
This was followed by a welcome address by Sri Madhusudhan Sivakoti, an alumus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institutions. He remarked that it was a landmark day for everyone in Visakhapatnam and commended the work done by the devotees of the Sujathanagar Centre, many of whom often come to Muddenahalli to offer Seva.
Smt Jyothi, a devotee primarily responsible for setting up the Samithi spoke next. In a joyful and emotional speech, she thanked Bhagawan for coming to the Samithi and blessing all the devotees. She expressed her joy that though the Samithi was completed last year and had taken ten years to build, the Lord.....

BHOOMI PUJA OF SRI SATHYA SAI ANANDASHRAM - VISHAKAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH - NOVEMBER 01, 2018
The first mention of an Ashram at Visakhapatnam was made several years ago to Sri Ramgopal, a resident of Visakhapatnam and a devotee of Bhagawan. When Bhagawan summoned four of His alumni to Muddenahalli in February 2015, He spoke of an Ashram overlooking the ocean at Visakhapatnam. Thus over the years, the concept of this Ashram was refined and more clarity emerged.
In 2017, Dr Suryaprabha, a leading gynecologist of Visakhapatnam, selflessly offered her entire property to Bhagawan, praying that an Ashram should come up in the city. After forming a Trust called Sri Sathya Sai Trust for Social Welfare as a vehicle to execute this project, Bhagawan commanded Sri Madhusudhan Sivakoti and his team with assisting Dr Suryaprabha in this mission of establishing the Ashram. After a rigorous and often heart-wrenching search, a piece of land was identified and after Bhagawan had granted His approval, the land was offered to Him. The location and topography of this piece of land exactly matched what Bhagawan had described in previous years.
Thus, November 01, 2018 marked the fructification of nearly a year of hard work as Bhagawan proceeded to the village of Muthalammapalem, where He performed the Bhoomi Puja for the new Ashram.
The proceedings began with a welcome address by Sri Madhusudan Sivakoti, president of Sri Sathya Sai Trust for Social Welfare. He observed that it was a historic day for devotees of Vizag and offered his gratitude to Bhagawan, for coming there and blessing everyone.
Bhagawan then commanded Dr Suryaprabha, Vice-President of Sri Sathya Sai Trust for Social Welfare, to speak. She expressed her gratitude to Swami for answering her prayers and accepting her....

NATIONAL LEVEL ROVERS RANGERS MOOT INAUGURAL CEREMONY - SATHYA SAI GRAMA, MUDDENAHALLI
  NOVEMBER 02, 2018
Adding to the diversity and richness of cultures that Muddenahalli enjoys, it was time for the Annual Scouts & Guides Meet to taste the spiritual flavour of the place. Celebrating the 100th year of Scouting, Bharat Scouts & Guides, Karnataka, organised a National level Rovers and Rangers Moot, where more than 1,500 boys and girls from 27 states of India participated. It was a rare sight in the Sathya Sai Premamrutham Hall as both the men’s and women’s side saw youngsters gathered to celebrate the spirit of service and better way of life, clad in their official uniform, displaying the true essence of ‘unity in diversity.’
The programme got underway as Bhagawan entered the Hall with the Chief Guest of the programme, Honorable Governor of Karnataka, Sri Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala, who also has also been a relentless supporter of the Movement. As per the protocol of every function, it started with the National Anthem of India, followed by the Moot prayer to the Almighty.
Sri P G R Sindhia, State Chief Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides, delivered his welcome address in Kannada and welcomed everybody with his heartfelt words, extending his thankfulness to Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions who played a monumental role in hosting the event.

This was followed by the lamp-lighting ceremony to mark the beginning of the four day event where the participants would be learning better ways of life, enjoying, and also sharing their values amongst each other.
Sri M A Khalid, National Commissioner for Bharat Scouts & Guides delivered the presidential address. This was followed by Bhagawan Baba’s Divine message to the audience, delivered through Brother Madhusudan. Baba emphasised on the spirit of ‘togetherness’ with which the organisation...
