¿Cómo puede uno 'soportar todo y no hacer nada; ¿escuchar todo y no decir nada? y seguir el dharma(su deber) al mismo tiempo?

En uno de los satsangs durante la visita de Swami a Suffolk, Reino Unido, el 2 de abril de 2016, un devoto preguntó cómo uno puede seguir Sus enseñanzas y aun así seguir el dharma.
Y aquí está lo que dijo Swami:
Pregunta: Swami, como sabes, me has puesto en el mundo corporativo. Es difícil para mí llevar a cabo mi dharma a la luz de Tu enseñanza: 'Soportar todo, no hacer nada; escuchar todo, no decir nada. "Como sabes, eso es difícil para mí, Swami. Luego, también hay personas que juegan su juego y otros que harán las cosas para su propio beneficio. ¿Cómo evito quedar atrapado en eso? ¿Cómo evito que me afecten? Al mismo tiempo, ¿cómo 'soporto todo sin hacer nada'? escuchar todo y no decir nada 'y llevar a cabo mi dharma al mismo tiempo?
Swami: Una cosa que debes tener en cuenta, muy fuertemente: es que nada te sucederá si Yo no lo he querido. Nadie puede hacerte nada, bueno o malo, a menos que Yo lo desee. Si cree firmemente en eso, ¿quién puede hacerle daño?
Mira la difícil situación de Draupadi. Estaba casada con los guerreros más poderosos, que se suponía que eran los más grandes héroes de la época, pero por alguna razón, cayó en manos de los malvados Kauravas.
Hicieron trampa cuando jugaban al juego de los dados, y como resultado, pidieron algo tan terrible, para el honor de Draupadi.
El mundo entero estaba en contra de ella. Incluso sus propios maridos, que diferenciaban el bien del mal, quedaron indefensos. ¿Qué la salvó? Su devoción a Krishna la salvó.
De manera similar, si eres Mi devoto, deja que el mundo entero actue contra ti, déjalos que jueguen, pero nadie podrá hacerte daño. Se dedicado y dependiente de Mí, e incluso estando entre los Kauravas, aún puedes ser salvo. Así es como debes pensar. Si he puesto una dificultad en tu camino por alguna razón y parece que no estoy respondiendo, incluso entonces, deberías pensar que hay una razón por la que te ha pasado, porque sé lo que es mejor para ti. Esa sola fe ayudará.
A pesar de haber pasado por esa terrible experiencia, ¿alguna vez Draupadi regresó a Krishna y preguntó? ... "¿Por qué permitiste que me casara con estos Pandavas en primer lugar, Krishna? Podrías haberme conseguido otros maridos.
Ella no cuestionó la decisión de Krishna; ella creía en su elección. Fue Krishna quien llevó a Arjuna a la corte de Drupada. How can one ‘bear all and do nothing; hear all and say nothing’ and carry out ones dharma at the same time?

In one of the satsangs during Swami's visit to Suffolk, UK on 2nd April, 2016, a devotee asked how one can follow His teachings and yet perform ones dharma?
And here is what Swami said:
Question: Swami, as You know, You have put me in the corporate world. It is difficult for me to carry out my dharma in light of Your teaching, ‘Bear all, do nothing; hear all, say nothing.’ As You know, that is difficult for me, Swami. Then, there are also people who play games and others who will do things to their own advantage. How do I avoid getting caught up in that? How do I avoid getting played by them? At the same time, how do I ‘bear all and do nothing; hear all and say nothing’ and carry out my dharma at the same time?
Swami: One thing you must bear in your mind, very strongly – nothing will happen to you if I have not willed it. Nobody can do anything to you – good or bad – unless it is willed by Me. If you strongly believe in that, who can harm you?
Look at the plight of Draupadi. She was married to the mightiest of warriors, who were supposed to be the greatest heroes of that time, but for some reason, she fell into the hands of the wicked Kauravas.
They cheated when they played the game of dice and, as a result, asked for such a terrible thing, for Draupadi’s honour.
The entire world played against her. Even her own husbands, who knew right from wrong, were rendered helpless. What saved her? Her devotion to Krishna saved her. Similarly, if you are devoted to Me, let the whole world play against you, let them play games – but nobody can harm you. Be devoted and dependent on Me, and even being amongst all the Kauravas, you can still be saved. That is how you should think. If I have placed a difficulty in your way for some reason and it seems as if I am not responding, even then, you should think that there is a reason why I have put you through it, because I know what is best for you. That faith alone will help.
Despite having gone through the terrible ordeal, did Draupadi ever return to Krishna and ask, “Why did You allow me to marry these Pandavas in the first place, Krishna? You could have gotten me some other husbands.” She did not question Krishna’s decision; she believed in His choice. It was Krishna who brought Arjuna to the court of Drupada. It was Krishna who made the marriage take place; so she believed and trusted in Krishna that, whatever He wanted, whatever He did, was right for her. If she had to go through the ordeal, too, it was His decision. Nobody could harm her.
