Love Makes No Losses
At Dubai, in the host’s home as the group of family and close friends walked in with a variety of dishes to be served to Swami for lunch, He glanced around and said, “Oh! All of you are doing business. Well, I too am a businessman. The difference is that I deal in the currency of love. I give love and get love. The more I give love, the more I get love. And in My business I always make profits unlike yours, which deals with money and makes losses too.”
“Love is the best business, for its currency is valid in this world as well as beyond, and you can be rest assured that you will never make losses, no investment will ever go waste.”
What a profound way of teaching the supreme truth to a bunch of business people over a dining table! It’s the hallmark of Swami who never fails to convey His message in the simplest way, and never loses a point let alone losing in His business of Love!

DIVINE VISIT – LONDON – MARCH 29, 2018
A two-and-a-half-hour drive to Darsham in Suffolk was the first agenda in the UK. Darshan in Darsham! Soon after an early breakfast, Swami proceeded to Darsham, to the Sai Grace Ashram where Rev Leonora van Gils and other devotees had been preparing for the divine visit. Swami reached the Ashram, and was welcomed with a lot of gratitude by Rev Leonora. Swami walked straight into the Mandir room, where about 30 devotees were already seated and were blissfully lost in Bhajans. Swami beckoned Rev Leonora and asked her to explain to everyone about Good Friday and Easter. Swami then said, “Atman ( spirit) is beyond the body. The supremacy of the spirit over the body is the celebration of Easter. The eternal spirit is more powerful than the ephemeral body, which will perish some way or the other. Easter reminds who we truly are. Good Friday tells us who we are not! This is the message of Jesus, who was an embodiment of love and compassion. I don’t die, body dies. I am beyond birth and death, and I continue to shower My love and compassion like Jesus. And what should My disciples do? Just like the disciples of Jesus, they must love all and serve all.” Swami then explained the similarity between the lives of Jesus and Himself. Lunch was then served to everyone, and Swami rested for the afternoon.
In the evening, after a few interviews, Swami came down to the living room for a Satsang. About 40 people were gathered, and it was an intimate and cosy evening, and an evening of revelations. Swami started by giving advise about Seva. The devotees and youth in London are engaged in feeding the needy and also in elderly care. Swami said, “Service should be done keeping in mind the convenience of the needy, and not as per our convenience. Serving should be done with the faith that those receiving will develop a feeling of humanity, as they should realise that humanness exists and someone is there to look after them. This feeling will give them a lot of joy and assurance. Food will get digested in a few hours, but this Love will remain with them forever. Everybody understands....
It was Good Friday, a day which commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his physical departure at Calvary. Rev Leonora with Swami’s blessings conducted a beautiful Good Friday Service at Sai Grace. Swami then gave His sermon. He said, “The angel Gabriel had come to Mary and told her about the birth of a divine son. For Easwaramma as well, a blue light from heaven rolled into her womb. She fainted thinking something went wrong, but Kondama Raju told her not to worry and assured her it was a divine sign, as he was promised by one of seers Venkaavadootha that God Himself will incarnate in his lineage. Mother Easwaramma was in labour for a long time, before I was born. Everyone knew that this was a divine child, but as time progressed due to the Maya, they forgot. I showed My divinity, not to exhibit it, but to remind everyone. Jesus at a young age of eight said He did not belong there, and said He had a lot of work to do and many were waiting for Him. He left home and was not back for seven years. He went around the world seeking the truth. Jesus came to the far east as well, and went back seeking life’s purpose. He realised it to be to serve humanity and teach them the path of God! All great men are born only for the sake of others. Be it Rama, Krishna, Sai, Buddha, Jesus, or Mohammed. All can be Jesus, all can be Sai, if only every individual lives for the sake of others. One should lead a life of love and service in accordance to the teachings of Jesus. This Good Friday, pray and resolve that these sacrifices will not go waste. These Masters came, putting upon themselves so many restrictions, suffered so much for the sake of others, so that each human being can become Divine! Let the blood and sweat of the Masters not go in vain. Strive to be divine and selfless! Pay the homage of gratitude to the Masters today.” Swami then gave each person palm leaves which were brought from Jerusalem, and blessed all gathered. It was a divine moment for every one. DIVINE VISIT – LONDON – MARCH 31, 2018
The day dawned to a chilly and quiet morning. After breakfast until noon, the ever busy God went about blessing many with interviews, while the entire household along with the youth and other members of the Anugraham Trust were busy at the Public Satsang venue, Sir James Hawkey Hall in Chigwell, a five-minutes drive from the Malhotras.
Swami entered the Hall at around 5:45 p.m, where over 400 people were signing the name of the Lord with much adoration and devotion. The energy was palpable, the love was infectious, the bliss was divine! A word here, a look there, an assurance here, a blessing there; as Swami walked down the aisle to the stage, it was Love begets Love, for He is only reflection, reaction and resound!
Dr Grish Malhotra welcomed the gathering and submitted himself at the Lotus Feet for this divine visit yet again. The youth presented soul stirring songs, which was followed by a piano recital by Francesco Paniccia, a charismatic pianist and composer from Italy. He signed off with Manasa Bhajare, which captivated every heart.
Mr Isaac Tigrett was the first speaker, who spoke about how Jesus, one of the greatest servants of truth gave His life on a Good Friday. He reminisced Swami’s passing on in 2011, which he said is a great and grand coincidence, to celebrate His life and gift to all. He spoke about his love for Christ, and how he discovered the same personality in Sai Baba when he met Him for the first time in 1972, and thereafter how he found the motto of his business, ‘Love All Serve All’. Mr Tigrett had realised this was the new purpose of his business. ‘Understanding to evolute and the formless nature in everything’, is the lesson he learnt when Swami didn’t speak to him for 17 long years! ‘How do you get to God?’ was the first question Swami had asked him during his first interview. DIVINE VISIT – PARIS – APRIL 01 & 02, 2018
An early morning, early breakfast, and an early Mangala Arati to Bhagawan at the Malhotra residence, as the entourage were all set to fly to the next destination, Paris. After blessing the Malhotra and Tandon family, and other gathered devotees profusely, Swami bid His entourage farewell, and said He would meet them in Paris! Swami’s ‘first’ Visit to Paris is a result of a loving and prayerful invitation by a Sri Lankan couple, Smt Rajanee and her husband Srirangan. Ardent devotees for many decades, they had invited Swami to their humble abode last year during Swami’s visit to Biarritz. At that time, they were living in a modest apartment, and when Swami promised to come to their home this year, they bought a villa, to welcome the Lord! This is just one small example of what devotees do around the world to welcome their Master, who currently has transcended His physical existence. It is unbelievable to see what devotees do for the ‘unseen’ Sai! Truly, this continuing mission of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba is for those who think from the heart!
The first batch pass outs from the Sri Sathya Sai Centre for Human Excellence, who are part of Swami’s entourage had reached two days earlier, and were hosted with love by the devotees, as they got to experience and understand the French culture. The entourage upon arrival, were lovingly welcomed by Brother Srirangan, his wife and other devotees at the Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris. The young graduates were mighty excited to be in Paris, for where in the world from pin to plane, everything is lovingly given by someone, and in their case, The Creator Himself! Wading through traffic, everyone reached the home of Srirangan and Rajanee at around 8 p.m. Bhagawan manifested as soon as Brother Madhusudan Naidu got off the car at the entrance of the new home, Swami’s home which He lovingly named Sathya Sai Nilayam! Bhajans were in progress by the students, and Swami spoke about the loving sacrifice of the couple, and the service activities which the family has undertaken. Blessing all, Swami proceeded to His room, where dinner was served to Him.
