Sai Ram - Dulzura en las arenas.


Fue en 1943, cuando Baba tenía diecisiete años de edad. Una noche de luna llena, cerca de las 9 pm, cinco de nosotros teníamos la intención de 'examinarlo', y persuadimos par que Baba nos acompañe a las arenas del río Chitravati.

Él nos llevó a un lugar donde estaban enterrados los muertos!

Le preguntamos a Baba, "Bueno, Baba! ¿Por qué nos has traído al cementerio?" "¿Por qué? ¿ Están temiendo pasar por esto?" Él nos interrogó.

Respondimos : "Sí, Baba. Sin embargo, contamos con tu gracia, y nuestra suerte", y nos sentamos a su alrededor.

Cada vez que le pedíamos algo, Baba solía responder: "Oh", "¿Por qué dudar de él?''" Ya veremos ", o alguna palabra o palabras similares .

Por lo tanto, uno de nosotros, dijo," ¡Swami! ! Nos dan algo de comer ", sonrió Baba , y echó su mirada sobre todos nosotros .

El dijo:" ¿Está usted con Sai Baba o no ", contestó rápidamente:" Yo soy, ¿qué es lo que quieres? Laddu caliente? Boondi? Masaladosa? Poli? ¿Quieres Suggi?

Pide lo que deseas de comer! "


Esos eran días en que los mangos no se podían conseguir en cualquier lugar. Por lo tanto, se planificó pedir mango. "Queremos aquí, de estas arenas, mango ", Baba canto dos líneas de una vieja canción, "Yathna Prayathnamul, manavadharmamu jayapajayamul daivaadheenamu"

"Tratar de luchar es el deber del hombre, dar o no dar la victoria al hombre es la voluntad de Dios." ....Él dijo, "Que los conseguiría." Por lo tanto, uno de nosotros dio unos pasos hacia adelante en la arena, como si fuera a recoger el fruto, y gritó desde donde estaba, "¿Están aquí o allí? Dime dónde están, y voy a cavar la arena en ese lugar, para sacarlos ". Baba respondió, desde donde estaba sentado, "En cualquier lugar .." Por lo tanto, él se inclinó y se sentó en la arena y cavó en ella cerca de tres pies( 90 cent).

Dijo al fin, "¡Swami! No veo ningún mango aquí!"

Baba dijo: "Muchacho! Puedes llegar hasta allí ! .Trata, recitando el nombre de Dios! . Kashte phale" (El cumplimiento solamente a través del trabajo incansable)! Por lo tanto, mi amigo cavo una profundidad de unos cuantos centímetros más, diciendo en voz alta, "Sai Ram", "Sai Ram".

De repente fue sorprendido cuando sus dedos tocaron algo suave y frío! ..

En efecto, era el cementerio, bien podría ser un cadáver!

Al verlo, Baba (joven) rodó por la arena riendo en voz alta por la situación. Nosotros también nos reímos con él. "Mi querido amigo! No es un cuerpo muerto", dijo Baba, y me pidió que fuera a ayudar a mi amigo. "Se trata de un fruto, un fruto," nos dijo.

"Ve a ver", me ordenó y por lo tanto, fui y miré en el agujero. O, la fragancia de mango maduro!...Baba dijo: "Él ve un cadáver; usted dice que es fragante, para ver la verdad profundiza un poco más, y tráeme lo que hay ?"

Hicimos un agujero más ancho y cavamos un poco más profundo, y Sai Ram. Obtuvimos un buen mango Mulgoa, frío al tacto, como si hubiera sido sacado de la nevera en ese momento. Lo llevamos a Baba y le preguntamos: "Swami, ¿Cómo puede esta fruta ser suficiente para cinco personas ?

" Swami tenía un cuchillo en su mano (¿de dónde vino, no podíamos adivinar). Empezó a cortar la fruta y a distribuir las porciones a nosotros, el sabor era increíblemente dulce y duradero. Nuestros estómagos pronto se llenaron. "Basta, Baba! ¡Basta!" lloramos.

Swami dijo: "Tengo la mitad de la fruta todavía conmigo. ¿Quién va a comer esto?" Oramos para ser excusados. "Imposible, Swami! No puedo más".

Sin embargo, Baba nos dijo . "¡Mira! La cremación, el lugar de enterramiento está aquí. Voy a llamar a los fantasmas que te aterrorizaran. Coman, sin protestar," mandó.

A medida que la madre alimenta al niño lo persuade a tragar cada bocado con la amenaza de 'un tigre' o un 'ladrón', Baba nos dio de comer la fruta entera ese día!

Sai Ram - Sweetness from the sands


It was in 1943, when Baba was seventeen years of age. One Full Moon night, about 9 P.M., five of us intent on `examining' Him, persuaded Baba to walk out with us to the sands of the Chitravathi River . He led us to a place where the dead are buried! We asked Baba, in Pun, "Well,Baba! Why have you brought us to the burial ground?" "Why? Are you dreading to go through it?" He questioned us. We said, "Yes, Baba. But, we are counting on Thy Grace, and our luck," and sat around Him.


Whenever we ask for anything, Baba used to answer, "O" "Right" "Why doubt about it?'' "We shall see," or some such similar word or words. So, one of us said, "Swami! Give us something to eat!" Baba laughed within Himself, and cast His glance on all of us in turn.I said, "Are you Sai Baba or not?" He replied quickly, "I am; what is it that you want? Hot Laddu? Boondi? Masaladosa? Poli? Do you want Suggi? Ask for whatever you desire to eat!"

Those were the days when mangoes could not be had anywhere. So, we planned to ask for mango. "We want here, from these sands, fine mango fruit," Baba sang two lines from an old song, "Yathna Prayathnamul, manavadharmamu jayapajayamul daivaadheenamu"

"To try and struggle is man's duty; to give or not to give man victory is God's will." He said, "Try; you will get them." So, one of us took a few steps forward on the sand, as if to pick up the fruit, and shouted from where he stood, "Are they here? Or there? Tell me where they are, and I shall dig the sand in that place, to take them." Baba replied, from where He was sitting, "Dig anywhere.." So, he bent low and sat on the sand and dug into it about three feet, in great earnest. He said at last, "Swami! I do not see any mango here!" Baba said, "Boy! You can get it there! Try, reciting the Name of God! Kashte phale" (Fulfilment only through tireless labour)! So, my friend dug a depth of a few more inches, saying aloud, "Sai Ram," "Sai Ram". All of a sudden He was shocked into a strange terror when his fingers touched something soft and cold! For, it was the burial ground; it might well be a corpse! Seeing him, Baba (young Boy that He was) rolled on the sand laughing loudly at his plight. We too laughed with Him. "My dear fellow! It is not a dead body" said Baba, and asked me to go and help my friend. "It is a fruit, a fruit," He told us.

"Go and see," He ordered me and so, I went and peeped into the hole. O, the fragrance of ripe mango! Baba said, "He sees a corpse; you say it is fragrant! Whose word is true? Dig a little more, and bring me what you get!"

We made a wider hole and dug a little deeper; we called out Sai Ram, often. We got a nice Mulgoa mango, cold to the touch as if it had been taken out of a fridge just then. We took it to Baba and asked, "Swami! How can this one fruit suffice for five of us?" Swami had a knife in His hand (wherefrom it came, we could not guess). He started slicing the fruit and distributing the pieces to us, the taste was unimaginably sweet and lasting. Our stomachs soon became overfull. "Enough, Baba! Enough!" we cried.

Swami said, "There is half the fruit still with Me. Who will eat this?" We prayed to be excused. "Impossible, Swami! We cannot eat any more," we swore. But, Baba did not yield. "Look here! The cremation ground, the burial place is here. I shall call ghosts to terrorise you. Eat, without protest," He commanded. As the mother feeds the child persuading it to swallow each morsel threatening it with `a tiger' or `thief', Baba fed us the entire fruit that day!

Día Mundial de Meditación 11/11/11_World Meditation Day 11.11.11

Participemos en el Día Mundial de la Meditación 11/11/11 (Hora: 11.11 GMT)

Meditar por la paz interior y la unidad mundial.

Esta es una oportunidad para todo el mundo, para traer un cambio positivo en el mundo. Como una fuerza colectiva de meditación pacífica, podemos curarnos a nosotros mismos y a el planeta, y elevar la conciencia de cada ser.

Lo más importante es que todos sean conscientes de que ese día es un día de Meditación Mundial. Con la meditación de todo el mundo en este día, ya sea en un momento al unisono, o en diferentes momentos durante el período de 24 horas,  sin duda será beneficioso para todos.

Si usted no se sienta en  meditación, puede pasar el tiempo enviando amor y sentimientos positivos a su entorno.

 Piense en las cosas bellas que le gustaría ver en la tierra ... árboles verdes, el agua limpia, aire fresco, comida suficiente para todos los seres ... no más hambre, que no haya más casos de desastre, ni más sufrimiento ...


Juntos, podemos cambiar el mundo.

Según la física cuántica, nuestros pensamientos están siempre  en el "campo cuántico", es decir "el mundo", y siempre estamos influyendo tanto en nosotros mismo, como unos a otros, y en la naturaleza e incluso el tiempo (!) 

Por qué y cómo pensamos y sentimos. Si nos  unimos en un solo día y conscientemente tenemos pensamientos positivos e irradiamos "amor " por el mundo va a generar una gran diferencia. 

O, simplemente, sólo calmar la mente y encontrar la paz interior y felicidad. 

Y cuanta más gente lo haga, mejor será el efecto. Esta es una meditación en todo el mundo para crear ondas de energía positiva de amor que rodeen el planeta.

Le recomendamos formar un grupo para meditar . Invítelos a su casa, o a meditar en algun otro lugar adecuado, como un lugar de culto, un salón de clases o en el exterior con la naturaleza! 

Si, por alguna razón, no son capaces de formar un grupo o con su grupo, usted puede hacer la meditación por sí mismo, dondequiera que esté.

Participemos en la meditación  mundial !

Meditate for Inner Peace and World Unity.

Here is an opportunity for everyone to bring a positive change to the world. As a collective force in peaceful meditation, we can heal ourselves and the planet, and lift the consciousness of every being.

The most important thing is for everyone to be aware of that day being a World Meditation Day. With people meditating all around the world on this day, be it at the same global time, or at different times during the 24 hour period, it will definitely be beneficial to all.

If you don’t sit in meditation, you can spend the time sending love and positive feelings to your surroundings. Think about the beautiful things you would like to see on earth... green trees, clean water, fresh air, enough food for every being... no more hunger, no more disaster, no more suffering...

Together, we can change the world.

According to quantum physics, our thoughts are always beaming out into the “quantum field”, that is “the world”, and we are always influencing both our self, each other, the nature and even the weather(!) by what and how we think and feel. Coming together on one day and consciously thinking positive thoughts and “beaming love” out into the world will make a huge difference. Or simply, just calm your mind and find your inner peace and bliss. And the more people doing it, the better will be the effect. This is a worldwide meditation to create positive energy waves of Love to surround the planet.

We recommend that you form a group to meditate with. Invite them into your home, or do the meditation in some other suitable locations, such as a place of worship, a classroom or outside with Nature! If you, for some reason, are not able to form a group or be with your group, you can do the meditation by yourself, wherever you may be.

Be there and join in the World Meditation!
