Desearía expresar mi opinión en relación a la serie de programas SAI, programación recientemente ofrecida por su canal. Pienso que los canales de televisión deberían ser usados para entretenimiento y educación. La difamación de personalidades no es nada bueno. Cuando Usted trata de hacer su programa solo intenta proyectar mentiras y busca participantes que le sirvan a este propósito. Al invitar personas a apoyar sus exabruptos sensacionalistas siento que también debería invitar a alguien más, para poder poner las cosas en su justa perspectiva. Debiera Usted empezar sabiendo que hay millones y millones de devotos SAI alrededor de todo el mundo y que usted hiere sus sentimientos.
Sai Baba nunca deseó publicidad de ningún tipo, de hecho, ni siquiera deseaba que le defendiéramos de cualquier calumnia o ignominia. Su sola sugerencia era” permanezcan calmados y tengan paciencia pues la verdad siempre prevalecerá”. Sí, su nombre es SATHYA! La verdad y nada más que la verdad, a través de los años hemos visto a muchas personas de la prensa y a los también llamados intelectuales jactándose en su propio ego, esperando que sus opiniones captaran la atención de los medios de comunicación. He visto a muchos desaparecer en la nada, siendo hoy completos desconocidos. Como dice Sai solo la verdad prevalece y el amor de Sai se expande hasta el último recodo de la tierra. Está destinado a ser así ,multiplicandose aun después de su partida de este plano físico.
Varias generaciones atrás, en los medios de comunicación, el gran periodista R.K. KARANJIA, fundador y editor de la revista THE BLITZ, fue un racionalista acérrimo que por muchos años bombardeaba sin cesar ni escrúpulos a Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba; inclusive apadrinaba a muchos para que acudieran a desafiar a Bhagawan Baba según desearan.
El destino llevo una vez al Sr. Karanjia hasta la divina presencia. Él al menos se tomó la iniciativa de ir personalmente hasta el valle para examinar a Sai Baba de cerca. Luego de unos cuantos días en Prashanti Nylayam y de atestiguar a Bhagawan en acción reconoció su locura, sin ningún tipo de reserva y alabó a Sai Baba como una entidad divina. Su máxima fue: fui, vi y salí conquistado. Bhagawan graciosamente le concedió la oportunidad de entrevistarle, fue la primera y la última vez que algún periodista pudiera hacerle preguntas. El publicó una versión inédita en la revista Blitz. En caso de que lo quieran leerla pueden hacerlo dentro del libro DIOS VIVE EN INDIA. SI no pueden conseguirla o necesitan mi ayuda por favor contáctenme y yo les pondré a su disposición la copia de esa parte del libro para que la puedan leer. Es una gran historia, de tiempos modernos, donde podemos ver la conversión de un racionalista a devoto de Dios.
Yo ni tan siquiera le reclamo que cese este desatino en contra de la persona divina de Bhagawan, como periodista posee el privilegio de la libertad de expresión, pero reconsidere, pues esta libertad no debe ser usada para ofender ni lastimar los sentimientos, creencias ni fe de los otros. No es apropiado comentar sobre alguien con gríngolas sino con el análisis adecuado. Si Usted considera que esta acción le atraerá más audiencia, adelante continúe………. gane cada vez más y más. Pero le sugeriría una cosa: invite también a personalidades asociadas a SAI por décadas! para que ellos también puedan exponer su versión y ofrecerles acceso a la misma libre expresión que usted regala a los que le difaman. Con mi limitado conocimiento en espiritualidad yo tampoco le creía a Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, yo sin embargo, pude no haber creído, pero nunca pronuncié palabras para desacreditarlo. Luego de un escrupuloso escrutinio y muchas comprobaciones, no me quedó otro remedio que aceptarlo como divino, y como mi guía a través de todo asunto y/o labor espiritual.
Déjeme enumerarle algunas de mis ganancias al asociarme a Bhagawan Baba. Los ginecólogos más afamados de Bombay habían certificado que mi esposa no era capaz de concebir. Por su gracia no solo tuve uno sinó dos hijos! Él personalmente los inició en el Gayatri, se encargó de su educación hasta el nivel de maestría en su universidad, y me salvó tres veces de fatales desenlaces cardiacos. Yo soy prueba fehaciente de su divinidad… ¿y qué le he dado yo a cambio? Ni un solo centavo! a cambio recibí el regalo mas preciado: su divino amor!
Existen millones de devotos como yo a través de todo el planeta cada cual con sus experiencias y vivencias propias. Sus últimas transmisiones solo añaden al dolor de su partida física. Es vergonzoso, sus recientes transmisiones unilaterales, basadas en hechos recopilados de transeúntes cualquieras de las aceras de Puttaparthi.
Le sugiero invite también a devotos a su panel para que puedan proveer información correcta y verdadera. Por favor coloque los hechos completos delante de los televidentes de su audiencia en justa perspectiva. Como devoto de Baba por más de 40 años estaría interesado en participar en su panel si así lo desea. En el futuro si desea transmitir programas sobre Sai de buena lid estaría feliz de ayudarle a hacer series. When you try to put on a programme, you are trying to project only falsehoods, and you search for participants, who will suit you for this purpose. When you invite a person to support your sensational outbursts, I feel that you should also invite somebody who can put things in proper perspective.
You should know that there are millions and millions of Sai devotees spread over the globe, and you are hurting their feelings. SAI Baba did not wish to go for publicity; In fact, He was not allowing us to defend on his behalf. His only advise to us is that "Keep cool, have patience and that TRUTH WILL PREVAIL". Yes, his name is SATHYA, the Truth, nothing but TRUTH!
Over the years, we had seen many many media peoples and the so called intellectuals, who were gloating on their ego, hoping that their views will catch the attention of the media. I have seen many of them vanishing into thin air, and presently there are no traces of such people. But as Sai says, the truth prevails, and the love of SAI is spreading to every nook and corner of the earth. It is bound to be so, many fold, even after His exit from his physical plane.
In the media world, couple generations ago, there was the great journalist, Mr. R.K Karanjia, founder, Editor of “THE BLITZ”. A rationalist for many years, had criticized Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, recklessly. He had, even, sponsored many individuals who tried to challenge Bhagavan Baba in their own terms. Destiny brought Mr. Karanjia in the Divine presence. At least He took initiative to go personally to the valley and examine Sai Baba. After staying for few days in Prashanthi Nilayam and witnessing Bhagavan in action, he accepted his folly without any reservation and extolled that Sai Baba is a Divine entity. His judgment in nutshell was “I went, I saw, But I was conquered.” Bhagavan graciously granted him a chance to interview Him, the first and the last time for any journalist to question. I will not plead that you should stop this misadventure. It is a privileged freedom to express as a journalist. But this freedom should not be used to hurt anybody's feelings, belief and faith. It is not decent to comment on anybody with blind shots, with proper examination. .If you feel that this adventure will fetch your media more revenue, then please go ahead, and earn more and more.
But one thing I would suggest is that you should also invite some personalities, who are associated with SAI over many years, so that they can also put in their version and allow them a chance to express..
With my limited knowledge on spiritualism I too was not believing Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. I might not have believed, but had never uttered any word to discredit the personality. After close scrutiny and lots of verifications, I had no other way, but to accept him as Divine, and as my guide to take me through the spiritual endeavors.
I shall tell you a small resume of my gains through the associations of Bhagavan Baba. The top gynecologists in Mumbai had long back had certified that my wife will not be able to conceive. By His grace, I got not one but two sons. He initiated them into Gayathri, arranged their education upto MBA level in His University, saved me three times from the fatal heart deceases. I had much more experience to prove of Baba’s divinity. And, what I had given Him? Nothing! Not a single penny!! And the most precious gift he gave me was His Divine Love.
There are millions of devotees like me, across the globe. Each has their own experiences. Your recent telecasts had hurt their feelings. It is a one sided report based on facts collected from street walkers in the lanes of Puttaparthi.
I suggest, please do invite somebody as Sai devotees, in the panel, who can provide you truthful information. Please place the entire facts before the audience/viewers in correct prospective.
As a devotee of Baba for over 40 years, I am willing to participate in your panel, if you desire so.
In future, with a good sense, if you wish telecast some good programmes on SAI, I will be happy to help you to build up serials. I have plenty of materials including videos clips on Swami, which I can make available to you, if you will decide to do positive and worthwhile stories to be telecast.
